    By far the best experience I’ve had with any apartment. Aunna was full of enthusiasm and instantly put me in a great mood. Most apartments I’ve toured I’ve felt like more of a burden than anything else but with her it was the total opposite. She was very helpful and happily answered any and every question I had with a thorough answer! Thank you Aunna!

    September 2023-Editing my review. Moving out due to work, otherwise I would renew my lease.Updates- They have added backyards for some apartments, upgraded exterior lighting and added in lighting to back walking area, touched up on exterior paint, and added in more grills to the pool.Maintenance- always completes a request same day or next day. Never had any problems with the AC. They will legit fix anything.Front office- super nice and helpful. If they’re busy, just shoot them an email and they’ll get back to you within a couple days. They also provide recycling bags for valet.Upkeep- Landscaping comes every Wednesday & the gym is cleaned every Thursday, so the place stays fairly clean.Pool is by far the best one I’ve seen in an apartment complex. They keep it clean & open as well.Every now and then will find a bug or small spider in my apartment, but that just comes with having a backyard and facing the back wooded area. Nothing significant or worrisome at all.They provide doggy bags and waste stations around the property, as it’s very pet friendly.Community- They bring food trucks in from time to time, and have at least one community event each month with free food/drinks/games. Nice people. Haven’t had any problems with neighbors.No packages have been stolen & my car has not been messed with or broken into.Noise- Every now and then I’ll hear my upstairs neighbor walking (I’m on the first floor), but nothing significant.You will hear airplanes, being right next to the airport, but nothing that ever bothered me. Most are smaller planes and only land during the daytime.Apartment- no carpet. Deep kitchen sink. Great lighting. Jacuzzi bath tub. Large closet. Some apartments unfortunately don’t have ceiling fans, so I had to add mine for extra cost. Some units come with washer/dryer and some don’t, but they offer a great rental place if you don’t have your own. TALL ceilings and doors.Parking- love that you automatically get a covered parking space with no extra charge. I haven’t had any trouble with guest parking since they have the left and right side of the complex completely designated for guests or extra spots. No garages available, which doesn’t bother me, as it’s less noise.Overall, I have had a great experience here.Original review:Maintenance and the office staff have been so nice and accommodating ever since I moved in. Great floor plans, amenities and overall community. Work orders get completed fast, parking isnt an issue with assigned (covered) spots, social events are held where people actually attend, and it just feels like a good/safe place to live.

    Great place to live, nice apartments, they have an amazing pool and a good market place with restaurants and stores.Great service from the leasing consultant ladies, they made it possible to have our apartment.Gabbie the AT&T contact for the internet is greatly recommended, I had internet the day after moving.

    Went for a tour of the property and Aunna and Tori were very friendly, diligent and knowledgeable. They were on top of their game even taking notice of things that need improvement while conducting the tour to bring up to their maintenance people. Overall a very pleasant experience. Looking forward to moving here.

    We are living here from 3 weeks now. Their apartment complex is really good. We enjoy the free coffee & hot chocolate everyday at the clubhouse. They have a huge swimming pool & gym, properly maintained.

    Berkshire Creekside is a great apartment complex in New Braunfels. I moved in late December 2023 and left September 2024 for a new job.Savanna helped me thoroughly during my tour visit and she did a great job answering any questions/concerns I had. The apartment complex itself is nice and luxurious with the basic amenities, such as a pool, mail boxes, gym, and lounge area. There is a lot of apartment units on this property, and I mean ALOT.Once I applied, there were some hiccups for the lease signing process, but they squared it properly and honored their leasing special. The move-in was smooth and they helped explained how everything works.Pros:* Covered parking for all residents* Large balcony space* Well ventilated apartments* Plenty of parking space* Large pool* Close proximity to Creekside restaurants, entertainment, and Buc-eesI really wish I gave them 5 stars, but the fact is this is not a perfect apartment complex. It came with some issues. I hate having to do cons in general, but addressing these things can take them a step further to be better.Cons:* Main entrance gates are very unreliable. Gates have been working on and off with having to hire a vendor occasionally to fix them. Theyve recently got them working, but now its a question about how long they can keep them working.* Online maintenance requests are not addressed. You will NEED to personally call the front office to resolve any maintenance issues. Every time Ive submitted a maintenance request online, it would take up to a week until I had to call them.* Mass spamming emails. I appreciate the emails so I can be in the loop, but sometimes its taken a little too far and can get annoying. Especially when you think its important or work-related.* Residents parking on uncovered visitor parking spot. Even though we have issued parking permits with covered parking, residents still feel the need to park on a visitor parking spot for convenience. This is unfair to residents following the rules and visitors who are trying to find a spot.This is not particularly a con, but suggestion. They have a good apartment size, but pretty weird layouts. I love the big windows as it made it feel more homey. However, the layout design is not the best. Closed kitchen space, bathroom not connected to the master bedroom, etc. You will understand more when you look at the floor plans online.Overall, there are some areas that can be improved, but Berkshire is a very solid management company and the staff here at Creekside were helpful with any issues I had. They always made sure to resolve any resident concerns and host different events with free food and food trucks. I highly recommend Berkshire Creekside for any young professionals or couples who are starting out to rent a home.

    Aunna is my Angel! I am completely impressed by her professionalism and her willingness to help, great customer service skills. She went above and beyond her call of duty. I needed to get into a unit ASAP. 1st time I came she greeted me with a smile, showed me units with no pressure, I thought I had decided on one but after viewing it the second time it was not for me. I emailed Aunna, we met the following morning, she showed me another unit. That was it! she started the paperwork and got me approved the same day. Aunna was so kind to help me download all the documents she needed to make it happen. Berkshire Creekside Apartments defiantly have a prized employee. Thank you Aunna your the best!

    I was highly delighted after viewing Berkshire Creekside Apartments with property manager Brandon Mills. Brandons professionalism and passion for the property were clear from the start. He gave a thorough tour of the units great amenities and features.Brandon knew everything about the community and answered all my inquiries easily. His easygoing personality made the process stress-free. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and knowledgeable, explaining floor plans and community benefits.Beautiful and well-maintained, the property has many modern conveniences for a comfortable and convenient lifestyle. The units are large and well-appointed, and the common rooms are clean.My Berkshire Creekside Apartments experience was great. I recommend booking a tour with Brandon if youre looking for a new home. He is a fantastic property manager due to his attention to service and property knowledge.Brandon, thanks for a great tour and made decision-making easier!

    Impressed!.. wasnt really expecting much from an apartment tour, but Brandon (manager?) really surprised me.. Super friendly.. clearly loves his job.. takes pride in this community, for sure. Nice pool.. nice leasing office.. pet friendly.. clean community.. nice updated units.. hardwood floors.. everybody i saw seemed cool (not sketchy).. no whooptees in the parking lot. ;) The place is a bit far for me, but Im actually considering it now. Worth checking out. Thanks for the great tour Brandon!

    I have been living here for Couple years and it has been awesome. Any issues that I’ve had have been resolved by maintenance the Staff inside is amazing always cordial recently had some issues with my AC going out of course, you know this Texas weather and Brandon couldn’t have been more helpful in getting that fixed in the most speedy fashion not to mention when that was going on before it was fixed I inquired about possibly transferring to a different unit and he was more than accommodating fitting me into his busy schedule to be able to go view possible ones that we could possibly move into That fit my timeline. Also, sidenote, his knowledge of the business is absolutely mind blowing by the time that I was done looking at the units we were looking into and just having great conversation. I thought I was in the business and could Start doing it myself five stars all the way around I Couldn’t be more satisfied and impressed at his professionalism and eagerness to help thank you, Brandon!!!!!!!!

    Update 3/12/24The good refrigerator was just installed. I am so happy!!!!! Five stars for the new manager, Brandon!!!!!!!!!!! He did in 2 days what the other manager never bothered to acknowledge.**prior review**Ive lived here for a few months now.Its generally a nice place. I appreciate that this is a non-smoking community. People are generally quiet and respectful. It feels like a safe place to live.When we first moved in, they forgot about us and our apartment wasnt move-in ready. Most items were remedied quickly, with a few exceptions.The biggest issue is our refrigerator stopped working about a week after we moved in. Instead of trying to repair it, they replaced it with a much smaller refrigerator, not nearly as nice. That has been the biggest disappointment.I talked with maintenance management about it, and left a note for the property management, and have not received a satisfactory response, nor have we received any kind of discounting for the significant appliance downgrade.Overall, this is a good community. Beware of the bait and switch with unit upgrades, even after move-in.

    I moved in about a month ago and have had an excellent experience! The office staff has been incredibly welcoming, clear with communication, and a genuine joy to interact with. Also the maintenance staff was very respectful of my new home while they were doing some routine maintenance and were friendly to chat with. The outdoor grills, pool, and gym are all super clean and frequently attended to. I also love the walking path at the back of the community! Hands down the best apartments I have resided in and would recommend them to anyone!

    Friendly staff, quick maintenance, received deposit back within 48 hours of move out. Management is good, facilities are clean and maintained. Only complaint is it is a lease violation to solve problems with neighbors as adults. You literally have to ask the office to intervene. Seems childish. Otherwise everything is fantastic and I have nothing but good things to say.

    Berkshire is such a nice property to live at! The pool is wonderful & Justine the Apartment Life Coordinator hosts incredible events. Katie the property manager really makes herself known around the property which is a really nice touch to building community. It’s such a beautiful place to live!     The apartment complex is well taken care of and all the amenities are phenomenal! Mr Glass and the maintenance team have gone above and beyond for any and all maintenance request that I’ve had.     Amazing pool. Move here for the pool. The apartments are nice as well. Apartment life does monthly events for the residents. Always fun. Justine rules.Update:Just moved out of Berkshire Creekside. I made sure the apartment was empty and clean. No extra charges were added to my last bill. They did not try to generate revenue from move-out fees. Great move-out experience.

    We have been here since July and have had no major problems. I dont hear my neighbors and the apartments are updated and clean. There is not a lot of storage, no coat closet and no bathroom closets but the bedroom closets are large. Our two bedroom only comes with one covered parking spot and parking otherwise is limited but its not that big a deal. The pool is amazing and the gym is pretty good too. Love the two bedroom layout, large pantry, and deep soak tubs. No problems with management but we will see how move out goes.

    Thank you to all the staff, they made it such an easy process to move-in, from the first inquiry to picking up keys. I had not toured the property or the apartment, except ofcourse online. I just researched around the Creekside location and asked many questions. The rental amount was less than most around this area. The amenities are numerous and I am one of the lucky ones that gets to enjoy them year around. Staff was very courteous and helpful, cannot say enough about them. I am fortunate to call Berkshire at Creekside my home.-Sara

    I have had a very pleasant and enjoyable time staying at Berkshire for a bit over a year. Between the pool, where I was able to meet a lot of friends, or the other accommodations such as the gym and the park. Every time I had a question or concern the leasing agents were able to help me and answer my questions. It has definitely been my best experience with apartment that Ive had so far, thank you.

    Kaitlyn has been so helpful during our move in process! We’ve really appreciated the personal phone calls to check in on our status while we waited for my husband’s job offer. The apartments are gorgeous and the amenities are fantastic! You can tell that the leasing staff really cares about resident satisfaction and they definitely do a lot for their residents!     First off, theyve done a very good job of getting a pleasant, friendly and accommodating staff in place. They are all very helpful and very nice. The manager is also very nice. As for the building complex, its beautiful and makes me feel like Im at the coast. The swimming pool is huge and used often by the guests. The gym is kept-up and clean. They have a tanning bed and a computer room, where you are able to print-off needed documents. If I had a complaint, it might be parking and the lack of any garages. Also... the recycling process needs to be taken a bit more seriously, as I see tons of recyclable objects in the trash from lack of options. The recycling center is off-site, so too many items just get put in the trash. Overall though, the complex is beautiful and the people are all pretty friendly.

    Berkshire is such a beautiful community to live at! I really enjoy the walking trail that is located on the property and it has a really nice gym for an apartment.     I have lived here for 4 years and am the first tenant in my apartment. The staff are friendly and accommodating. If you ever have issues go directly to them. Koral is my favorite but I like everyone there! They do community events which are often free. My only ding would be the amount of dog poop in the grass areas.

    I am super impressed with the Luxe and decided to lease an apt facing the pool. Marisa was so nice and went out of her way to show me various apartments in order for me to make my decision. Matt was also very professional and very informative.I love that the bath tub has jets! All the community amenities are amazing. We were very impressed with the fitness center, Olympic size infinity POOL, let me say I just cannot wait for the warm weather!Looking forward to our tenancy there and the new Garcias Mexican restaurant coming in across the street! ;)

    Koral (leasing consultant) has been an amazing, friendly, helpful professional from the day I first walked in and until now. Always happy to see her smiling and friendly.Katie (Assistant Property Manager) is fantastic at her job. No matter who is right or wrong she comes across with a calm tone, professional demeanor and delivers her message professional.The couple times that I was not happy.     My boyfriend and I moved into the Luxe 2 months ago and we absolutely love it. Cant wait for it to be all finished up, and we are so excited to start using the pool. The amenities are outstanding with great weight room equipment and a top quality tanning bed. The staff are all so friendly, both Ashland and Marissa have been extremely helpful to us and are always there to answer our questions.

    My fiancé and I moved into the Luxe a couple of weeks ago, and can I just say: WOW! I love this place so much, a million times better than any place weve ever stayed. Matt Smith helped us through the entire process. Everyone here is super friendly and we felt no pressure when signing the lease, touring, or at any other step in the process. I love seeing the community grow and develop and cant wait to see the finished product!!!

    Been here since November of 2020, and so far has been great!I was slightly concerned on previous reviews mentioning possible noise issues, but Ive never experienced this. You can hear the street sometimes but thats really it, and that doesnt bother me one bit as you will experience that anywhere Overall quiet, community. The pool is beautiful, waiting for it to get hot enough to use it hahah. The staff has been great to work with and maintenance is extremely timely!!! For example,I did experience some water heating troubles months after move in and they were able to make it same day and help us with the issue.There is plenty of doggy trash bins accessible, a small dog park as well, which I greatly appreciate.The office also has cute events for the residents every once in a while! Some examples are brunch, or breakfast tacos! During christmas time they also offered a gift wrap station.I think they do their best to make this a welcome and friendly enviornment.Neighbors are friendly, and keep to themselves. The complex also has a trash service that is helpful! There is also elevators which make my life so much easier with groceries and such. My unit (1br 1ba) is perfect for our needs. The bathtub is amazing with the water jets, by far a favorite feature. Hard flooring, which makes it easy to clean. The units have plenty of lighting, and balconys that just make it feel so homey.So far we are very satisfied with moving here and have never had issues with management or maintenance, which is more than I can say for my previous apartment complex experiences.Thank you Berkshire!Edit to add: location is also within 10 minutes to HEB grocery, within 13 to walmart, bucees and many other shopping and restaurants are within 5 minutes. Convenient!

    I actually went to the Luxe with a friend to help him search for a new apartment. I was very impressed with the leasing center and community amenities, so much so, that I decided to sign a lease to move in later this year when my own lease is up.Both Matt and Ashlyn were friendly and helpful. They spent a lot of time providing assistance and answering all our questions. The finishes are much nicer than many other apartment buildings and I always look for a place that has zero carpet. Thank you Luxe for providing what more people want in quality decor and interior details!The only reason I did not rank the experience as a 5-Star is because there are so many unknowns. The community has yet to be completed. The building I selected will not be done before August. The pool and grill area is not completed. Nor have I had the opportunity to meet the management team to experience any resolution of issues. Additionally, the community places a limit on internet/TV providers and I don’t like the fact we have to use AT&T...which is the absolute worst provider EVER.Even with the unknowns I anticipate enjoying my move into the Luxe. I know that Ashlyn and Matt will be there to help throughout the process. The extra bonus is living right across from someone very special!

    Me and fiance were looking at apartments to move to. All the other ones were nice but there was something about these that made us really want to move in. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Ashland she is a very great person. She helped us out she helped us understand the process of getting an apartment. She made the whole process alot easier for us thankfully because we had no idea what we were doing. We are looking forward to moving into our first apartment at The Luxe!

    Stopped by on a whim to see these apartments. I have been at my current place for 3 years and have seen a lot these type of facilities. Long story short, Im moving there! Not quite finished yet but so far, amenities look amazing! Ashland and Matt were super helpful showing me around and answering all questions.Big unknown for me is how the management team will maintain the areas. For instance at my current appartment, the pool area on weekends becomes trashed from people who dont even live there. Treadmills become damaged or broke and can stay like that for weeks. I hope there is more oversight in these areas, especially on summer weekends.

    I am a current resident and on more than one occurance I have had an exceptional experience with Sarah. Today when I went in, I wasnt in the best of mood as I was confused and upset. Ashland was hands down the best leasing agent I have EVER gotten the pleasure of speaking with. She ensured I had everything I needed, offered multiple refreshments AND snacks. Ashland should be seriously considered for upper management, she knows what she’s doing!

    Soon it will be 6 months since we moved... was so scared to make the change but I don’t regret it one bit! If you’re looking for a change, I would deff suggest giving them a call for a tour and they always have specials... plus you get a complimentary bottle of wine for coming to check it out. Love the resident functions they have regularly. Plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas to relax by the olympic size infinity pool, plenty of gas grills and an outdoor fireplace. The gym is big, they have a dog spa and walking trail.The club house, where they host all the functions regularly is so nice. I’ve used the printer in the office that’s specifically for residents, there’s never more than 1 person in there and it’s got about 4 or 5 computers in there. Starbucks machine, pool table.Maintenance is top notch.leasing/office are always friendly and helpful with any questions I have had.One last thing, they have elevators. Lol.Thank you!

Asked my brother, who lives there, Whats the swankiest apartments in NB? and he quickly, without hesitation, replied, The Luxe.And boy was he right, after doing due diligence via the internet, it becamse apparent that these are (IMO) some of if not the newest, nicest, and best apartments in NB, consdering how extremely affordable they are for the amazing quality.Just want to give a quick shout out to their staff, as they were a HUGE selling point... Icing on the cake. Tori (the Assistant Community Director) was an absolute pleasure to deal with: not only did she answer all my questions without losing patience, she listened to our concerns and made our problems her problems, and found solutions. Overall, and I dont overstate this, it was the best experience Ive ever had with an apartment complex. These people care about their residents, and its evident in every aspect of their business.Also want to shout to to Justin, the Leasing Consultant who helped us out, answered our questions, and showed us around the floor plans, helping us decide what fit our needs and wants. At no point did we feel as if we werent in good hands with either Tori, Justin, or anyone at Luxe.So yes, these apartments ROCK. Do yourself a favor and checkem out, you wont regret it.

    I looked at A LOT of apartments in the area, and it just seemed like The Luxe couldnt be beat. The rooms are more luxurious than anything else I saw with stainless appliances, granite countertops, track lighting and wood floors throughout. Throw in a big, fully stocked exercise facility with free weights, a huge saltwater infinity pool, free Starbucks, and a free covered parking slot and I was like, why would I go anywhere else? I originally assumed it would be too expensive, but its not at all. The prices are competitive but with all the amenities they offer it ends up being a better value than the other places. Marissa took care of getting me set up in my new place and she was great to talk to and really knew her stuff. Now I cant wait to invite people over to show off my new place, including the 7-ft rainwater showerhead which Ive been wanting for YEARS. Thank you Marissa and The Luxe!

    I needed to move out if Austin and further south on 35 . I looked in San Marcos and New Braunfels. When I visited The Luxe at Creekside I was greeted by Kaitlyn.
