    My boyfriend and I have been living here for six months, and we couldnt be happier with our choice. We were in a rush to find an affordable two-bedroom apartment in a clean, well-maintained community. With the help of a realtor, we narrowed it down to four properties. After touring this one with Michael, one of the leasing agents, we knew it was the perfect place for us.The community offers excellent security, two pools, a spacious two-story gym, and a cabana. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Michael is always a joy to interact with, and Maria, the cleaning staff, greets everyone warmly and keeps the community spotless.We also love the hotel-style hallways, which keep us protected from the summer heat and winter cold as we walk to our apartment. The maintenance team is outstanding, responding quickly to service requests and ensuring everything runs smoothly.One of the highlights of living here was watching the Addison Circle 4th of July fireworks from the sky patio lounge. The staff also organizes fun events, like a pool party with free food from a food truck and a Thanksgiving dinner with all the traditional fixings.Our experience has been truly enjoyable, and we look forward to continuing our stay here for a long time.

    I highly recommend the Berkshire Auburn Apartments.Honestly, It has been the best moving experience I have ever had. I toured with Chantal and she made the apartment search incredibly easy. She was extremely responsive to any questions I had through email and by phone. She was also very accommodating with my income verification and when I had issues with my renters insurance on the day of move in, I am so thankful to have her as my leasing agent! Another shoutout to Micheal too for helping with the process as well.The apartment itself was so clean upon opening the doors and the amenities are so new compared to other apartments in the area. Maintenance requests are done so quickly, I was very impressed. I only wanted them to remove my shower head so I could install my own, but Armando went out of his way to find the box in my cabinet and install it for me! I hope management will commend him for his attention to detail.I am so happy with my first week here, which is surprising because I am extremely picky.     I’ve lived here for over 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say about the complex, community, and staff. The location is amazing and close by everything! The complex is nice, clean, and has great amenities. Honestly, I’m pretty sure they clean the floors in the hallways daily which is really nice. The package lockers are nice especially if you get a lot of packages. The complex holds events often for the residents where food will be served in the lounge or a food truck will come. We love hanging out on the sky lounge or by the pool. The sky lounge and parking garage have the best view of Addison firework show every year in July. The community here is really great and friendly too. The staff are very friendly and show great hospitality. Tano at the front office is so kind and helpful. We’ve gotten to know some of the maintenance crew and they always wave and say hello when they see us. We’ve never really had an issues with the apartment. Any maintenance request we’ve placed was resolved same day or at the latest next day. We really enjoy living here. It’s the best complex!

    The staff at these apartments is top tear!!! I applied for an apartment and Chantal helped me out and she was just the sweetest soul! She was so nice and patient with all my questions and she was just such a delight to deal with. Her customer service was amazing!!

    Hi Community, I have lived at the Berkshire Auburn complex for a little over a year and wanted to give an honest assessment for transitioning people and families. The complex is situated perfectly for optimal living. Meaning we are fortunate to live within walking distance to over 30 eateries, 3 major grocery stores, 2 parks with pet areas, 2 different family entertainment centers and a whole host of other adventures, learning sites, and fun.Among all the positive aspects of the environment, our society also has a little work to do with overcoming the negative. There is homelessness within the community. However, the staff at Berkshire Auburn, manages the misfortune of people and situations with respect and grace while balancing the safety of the residents, our property, and deliveries.The Berkshire Auburn residential community is an interesting mixture of cultures, genders, ages, and income levels. Most of my neighbors throughout the building have been warm, inviting and friendly. We do have a few characters that have a lot going on and may forget they live in a small community and not their own property. Some have caused confusion that impacted our community in a negative way. I have heard from other residents and personally experienced unwelcome tragedy or uncomfortable situations and needed a little extra support. Surprisingly, my neighbors and I found that here, with on and off-site staff.The Berkshire Auburn has a management staff and a supporting concierge staff that goes above and beyond to stand with their residents in creating supportive interactions, a clean, safe, and positive environment. We as a community rarely have negative experiences on the property. However, when there is something impactful happening the entire staff pulls together and whether through it with their residential community with the utmost respect and dignity, privacy and grace a company can provide.I can’t leave out, that management seeks out moments to bring the community together to get to know each other by sponsoring food trucks, social events, and other gatherings throughout the year.Lastly, the Berkshire Auburn has 4 special gems that you must experience while here that you can’t get anywhere other than here.Maria, who is always smiling and cleaning, and ready to help at a moment’s notice. If you drop it in the hallways or common areas, she has more than likely placed it at the front for you.Fidel, who loves to sing and laugh while driving his cart around the property working. Who secretly knows about cars and has helped me a couple times fixing small things on my car.Armando, who spoils the already spoiled pets in the community. If there is some type of maintenance issue he is respectful of your space while you are away and attempts to resolve the issue within 24hrs. If the issue cannot be fixed within 24 hours he continues to follow up with you until it is completed.William, who never seems stressed that we bother him because Amazon or other delivery people keep misplacing our packages. He has helped me track down at least 4 packages that were in the other complex, or wrong door delivery. He never seems bothered even when I have asked for my 3rd parking garage sticker because my A/C or heat keep melting the sticker.The entire team at Berkshire Auburn have been phenomenal. I was hesitant about moving into an apartment, but this staff has made the transition feel safe and supportive. That’s not something you can find in a lot of places.

    After searching around in the area I must say what sold me the most was how friendly and welcoming the staff was. My tour with Tano was super informative and getting to see every amenity really showed me the value this community offers. Majority of the properties I tour either skipped over showing most of the amenities except the pool and gym. I also liked how involved they were in yearly upgrades to keep the property looking new. They also offer several methods for security from courtesy officer and a third party patrol on top of having security cameras throughout. Looking forward to my residency here!

    We just moved in and have had such a great experience so far! We love the apartment, the size, the finish, the amenities, location and the community, but most of all... we love the team!It began a few weeks ago when we phoned to see if they had a unit that met our criteria. Daniel answered and had such a great attitude and demeanor. He helped us find a unit that was exactly what we were searching for. It was the end of the afternoon, but they made time immediately to let us see the apartment and… we applied the same day!Moving in has been a breeze. William and Tano were our main contacts for moving in and they were endlessly patient and professional no matter how many questions we asked. The team was flexible, responsive, and understood our needs and met them without complaint - really, I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much, guys!Moving in, there were a few minor issues that I pointed out to Daniel who understood everything and immediately said they would fix them.Really, the property management has been AMAZING so far. These reviews help me decide where to live, so I take them seriously. I’ll update if necessary, but I doubt I’ll have to - the team is so great! Consider me enormously happy with Berkshire Auburn and the team.

    After a week of searching for a place, at the end of the day I decided to try calling one last place and Daniel answered. Even though they were going to close soon he said come on by, we’ll be here. Did a quick tour, had everything we were looking for in an apartment, checked all the boxes, great location and very friendly/welcoming staff so we put in an application immediately.Tano and William have been amazingly helpful and endlessly patient with us throughout the move in process! Couldn’t be happier with them and it’s made all the difference. Front office staff was one of my biggest concern with going back to apartment living but they’ve definitely set my mind at ease!I also have to give a shout out to Armando, their maintenance guy, who was also very welcoming, friendly and helpful on move in day! Granted we just moved in a few days ago, so far I couldn’t be happier with our decision!

    I recently moved out my apartment this past year after living here for 2 years and had a really great experience overall. I had no issues during my time here but did have a few concerns that tano took care of promptly. Communication was very consistent and professional with the office, maintenance is timely, and all is always up to date. Spoke with Liliana today about my deposit and she was very polite and professional. Thank you Auburn staff, you guys have been awesome!

    I have loved my living experience here for the past 12 months. If I didn’t have to relocate for work I’d be signing a renewal for another year. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments and the staff here have been the most knowledgeable and helpful. Have to mention Tano who’s always been so willing to answer my questions about my account or helping me track down a mis-delivered package. If you lease here, just know you’ll be in good hands.

    This is my first apartment experience as I’ve always lived in a home until recently when I sold my house. I searched everywhere for a community that offered apartments with a yard as I have two dogs. I was super excited to find that this community offered yards with some of their apartments and the yard does not disappoint. I’m able to let my dogs out without having to walk a long distance and it’s spacious enough that they can run around and play. So glad this transition fit so well for me and my two dogs.

    I’ve lived here for about 7 months now and am looking forward to renewing. I appreciate that management has an on-site courtesy officer that walks the community nightly and the security cameras they added a few months back. Also like how secure the mailroom is.     3 1/2 months in and I really like the community. Liliana in the office was super friendly and helped me out with my fob after it died. Community is pretty clean and apparently they are in the process of adding more cameras in the garage just for added security. Definitely recommend!!

    I am at this apartment complex about 3-4 days a week to visit my best friend because I have to pass her apartment to drive to my favorite happy hour spot in Addison.Pros:The unit is very spacious.Very clean building. Inside and outside.The gym is super nice!Near great restaurantsA lot to do in the areaCons:I hate the parking garage. I have to go to the fifth floor for visitor’ parking. I have to pray I do not get in a car accident. It is literally a nightmare. People drive extremely fast and you can’t see behind the thick walls. The “mirror” they have are not helpful. My friend had two car accidents already living there. There is outside parking for visitors but not that many. I am happy when I can find outside parking. This is important if you live here and will have frequent guests like my friend.Traffic in the apartment and main street. It is very congested.There is an another apartment across the street. Too close in my opinion.It is really dark at night.This is my review as a frequent visitor. Overall, I really like the apartment complex.

    First month here and I love the place. Definitely the best apartments you can get for your money around North Dallas. Its clean, maintenance is on top of things, and the units themselves are designed and built well. The staff is always responsive and kind to me.     I have lived at many apartment complexes with inconsistent mgmt. but I must say that the maintenance customer service here has been exceptional. Armando leads that effort and is not only timely in proactively handling the requests but is personable and will teach you how to do it yourself (if, in fact, he is unavailable). Its good to know that you can depend on a quality individual to do a job well done.

    Been living here for three months, and so far I am enjoying the place.Katie was great in helping me get set up with a lease. Very professional and friendly. Ponham answered my many, many questions on move-in day.Maintenance is quick to respond to any issue. Most of the residents are friendly. Parking is tough, but that is at any complex. There are always spots, but they might not be on your floor.All in all, I am very happy here.

    Armando did a great job replacing my broken dryer! Although it took a few days due to a shortage of manpower, they got the job done and I have a dryer again. Armando has done a handful of handy work jobs throughout my residency here, he is always kind, friendly and very helpful!

    It’s my first month anniversary at Berkshire Auburn and I am completely thrilled to be here! I love my new abode and the office personnel have all been very gracious and helpful so far! I can see myself living here for a long time. The area is very convenient and safe. I love the security and beautiful facility amenities as well. The nearby shops and restaurants makes it all come together nicely. Special thanks to Tano for all his help in navigating key aspects of my move.     Beautiful community and great management! The resort style pools and two story fitness center are brag-worthy. Poonam and Daniel are delightful to work with and maintenance has always been quick to take care of my work orders.     I’ve been living here for about 2 months and I can say that I really enjoy this property. The staff has been amazing, the maintenance responds quickly and the building is relatively quiet. The unit it’s self is just as beautiful as what is shown online (even better really) and everything is actually QUALITY. I definitely plan on I stick around for a few years!

    I have lived here since the community opened and have just renewed my lease to live here even longer. Great location and great amenities but what makes it an even better place to live are the wonderful people who work here and always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy in your home. Jen keeps us up on what is going on in our community, Poonam always goes way above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy, Zeth is always friendly and Jacob always makes sure if something needs to be fixed it gets fixed ASAP!! This is truly a great place to live with a great staff that always makes things better. You will not regret choosing Berkshire Auburn as a place to live.

    I love these apartments so much. I lived here for a year and moved out when my lease was up as I found a larger apartment for a better rate. That was the worst decision and I couldnt wait to move back. I moved back the minute my lease was up from Vitruvian West (that place was a JOKE). Zeth and Jennifer have been so awesome to work with. They actually care about their tenants. We had a problem with our neighbor below us constantly complaining on us. We could tip toe and our neighbors would call the cops, literally. Zeth and Jennifer worked with us very professionally, they didnt falsely accuse us and were very accommodating through the whole situation. Maintenance requests get handled quickly as well. The apartments and staff are truly wonderful and are luxury apartments. I learned my lesson in the past that not all luxury apartments are as they claim. Dont make the same mistake I did.

    There was a lack of communication within the staff which created some big issues when I first moved in, but it was resolved to my satisfaction. I have been here 9 months already and I truly love it. Great community, landscaping is kept up, community amenities are great (beautiful gym, pool area & the rooftop is my absolute fav place to be), apartment finishes are beautiful. Very nice place to live. I always receive compliments on my apartment and the community that I live in. Oh & the location is perfect! Right across from Addison and quick access to DNT and a few minutes away from PGBT and 635. Location couldnt be any better :-) Friendliness of staff could be better.

    I had the most positive experience with the leasing consultants. Tano was especially welcoming and went out of his way to answer all my questions fully and even took the initiative to have some wear and tear items taken care of and also swept the floor himself because the person who usually goes in to do final touch ups was ill. Also, Tano called me and left messages about paperwork that was online and needed to be signed. And sent duplicates of paperwork that was needed. For me, front office staff is the face of the property and their demeanor and response to questions and needs is critical to my renewing my lease with the property. Thanks Tano!

    Poonam gave me a tour when I was simply inquisitively looking around the area as part of my new retail shop opening at the nearby Shops at Willowbend. I didn’t really have an intention of leasing, but just wanted to know the market and availability for something relatively soon.I was extremely surprised and very much impressed with not only the beautiful community and amenities but also the knowledge and resources that the team members have to customize what you are looking for with their availability. The hallways are beautiful and climate controlled with elevators that give direct access to the floor you live on as well as a secure multi level parking garage to keep your vehicle within a close proximity.The interiors are spacious and the floorpans will fit any desire or specification you’d need for space, layout, and top notch appliances and cabinetry.I know you can go anywhere in Dallas these days and find the same old buildings with the same cookie cutter floorplans but what stood out the most to me was not only Poonam throughout my leasing process (which I applied the next day) but also the entire team. Zeth was extremely welcoming and unfortunately I was in an accident a couple days prior to me moving in so my partner and dad had to help move me in and it happened to be the day it was pouring rain. Zeth helped keep the door open for them and Katie FaceTimed with me so that I would be familiar with the move in packet while I was in the hospital bed and my mom was getting my keys on my behalf. In one of the most stressful situations that could have easily been a horrible scenario ended up being pleasantly smooth and extremely professional.Everyone has exceedingly gone above and beyond and that is what makes Berkshire Auburn a premier luxury community with a staff that makes all the difference in the world.You can go anywhere and find a one bedroom apartment or a simple concrete box, but what Berkshire Auburn offers is a home with a team that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated each and every day more and more. I am happy to call Auburn my home and I am so thankful to the entire team especially Poonam, Zeth, and Katie. They truly are special and make living at Auburn a great experience.I’d most definitely recommend checking it out and seeing for yourself.
