I absolutely love my house!! A comfy cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. Its perfect for my son &I. The office team handled everything professionally and are very much appreciated. The ladies in office are so understanding and make the transaction as smooth as possible, and are willing to go above and beyond!! I cant really see myself dealing with anyone else for a good while. My son & I love our HOME!! I would highly recommend renting from them!! Truly Top notch!!

Office staff is phenomenal and easy to work with! Neighbors are quiet. The apartment themselves are perfect for a bachelor/ bachelorette. The floors could use some loving but other than that everything is new! You really can’t beat $675 all bills paid except electric! Plus a washer and dryer? This is the best place I’ve seen in all my years renting around. I feel very safe and comfortable here. They just added a new huge security light to go along with our gate!Update! I had my first issue with the apartment. I have a water stain starting to form on my kitchen ceiling. I made a maintenance request that night. By morning the maintenance crew were ready to go and quickly found and fixed the issue! Great guys and excellent work! Couldn’t be happier!

Very nice apartments! Most of the neighbors keep to themselves but are very friendly when you see them. The apartment management team was amazing when first was looking for a spot. I wanted something close to work but close to some shopping as well. The Management team makes you feel welcomed and make sure you are happy every step of the way. Maintenance is quick and gets thing fixed within 24 hours. There are good restaurants near by as well. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live.

If youre looking for an apartment these are the kind of people that you want to deal with. Ive had a great experience going through the process with Madi and the gang. They have been amazing to me and let me go at a slow, steady pace when it came to the payments prior to moving in. Going with Greenbriar was the best decision I couldve made. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just moved in and I like the place its well kept and its got new flooring the washer dryer in unit is an amazing perk and is a new model as well. Great little place and close to lots of fun places on 6th st and super close to lots of shopping and grocery stores with quick access to I-40. leasing agents have been super helpful and friendly and maintenance has been great about responding to calls.

Im renting a one bedroom apartment! I love it its updated and its in a nice quiet neighborhood! I love it! They spray every so many months for bugs and if theres a problem with my apt they come over asap! And the staff is super nice! They worked really hard to help me get my apt! I give them 5 stars!

550/month for a single bedroom with washer/dryer included. The only bill you have to pay is electric. Maintenance fixes things in timely fashion and you can pay your rent online via app. Only things I dont like and its really not a big deal more annoying if anything is the gate is only open on one end and parking lot navigation can be annoying. Also Suddenlink is thee ONLY option for internet/cable etc. Other than that, I highly recommend it. Great investment for college kids and anybody looking for their first apartment or looking for quality without breaking the bank.

It was a great experience the staff made the process fast and easy and even worked around our budget to find the best apartment to suit our needs! They where friendly and quick to help and maintenance staff was quick to help with any repairs or maintenance needs!

THE STAFF HAS BEEN SO GOOD TO ME. I LOVE THEM ALL. THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ARE VERY FRIENDLY. MADI , HAS WENT UP AND BEYOND TO HELP ME GET MY APARTMENT .I LOVE MY APARTMENT, NICE AND CLEAN. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY ARE RIGHT ON IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU NEED A PLACE TO LIVE. GOD BLESS YOU ALL
