Love it here. The manager used to be the leasing agent. She is a hard worker and everyone loves her. The girls in the office are always nice. Maintenance is quick and the pool is always clean and nice. Ive been here 2 yrs and want to renew until i buy a house. I def recommend.

These apartments do not disappoint. the staff is top notch. I have lived in a few different apartment complexes and never have i seen the attentiveness, politeness and helpfulness of this staff. They want to know you and learn your name. Needless to say, i am not going anywhere. My neighbors are great and we all know each other, the maintenance is always on top of their game, the floor plans are a bargain for the price and the property is well lit. I highly recommend these apartments should you be in the market. :-)

I have lived here, this time, for over 4 years. Both times that I have lived here, I have had great experiences. I have never had any issues that werent taken care of quickly, or that I didnt get a reason as to the time frame. The staff, location and units are the reason that I came back to Beamer Place when I moved back to this side of town. My experience has been that the complex is fairly quiet and my neighbors have been friendly.

I’ve appreciate my 1.5 years here so far. When tough times hit Karin in the front office looked out for me tremendously. Maintenance comes quick and I haven’t had any issues with my rent charges since moving here. I appreciate apartment communities that makes you feel at home and Beamer place has made me feel just that.

Wow, Ive read all the previous reviews about this place and im shocked, I lived here back in 2013 and I didnt have half the problems that the previous reviewies have had.... I do admit when i first moved in, someone stole my satalite dish right from the front of my window. But that was the only negative thing that happened to me. Carly the Manager (i think) was the sweetiest person to me. She knows her job, and even when I fell on rough times, she helped me out (not by giving me free rent or anything) but she gave me some good resources to go look at for potental jobs. There was a misunderstanding on my move out date, but thats about it. I loved living there. Im a single mother, and never once did i feel unsafe with me and my son living there. I do admit that the parking is bad if you dont get there after a certain time, and yea they are kinda pricy for their location, and yea when I lived there the gate was always broken, but not because the apartment complex didnt care, but because some dumbass kept drunk driving into it and knocking it off of its tracks.to conclude, I liked it here. I wouldnt give it 5 stars, but it isnt so bad that I wouldnt live there again.

Im a current resident, and Ive been in plenty of apts in my life. Beamer is no way perfect, as if any community is, but i feel their efforr in doing so. Sometimes hot water gets jacked up or water not on at all, but they notify you that there is a problem and they are working to fix it...not just shutting off with out notification. Office staff gets real busy...but they are not rude. They work with you..way more than Ive seen in million years of wasting money renting. They are a small community but with fortitude to be a larger property.. The staff are professional yet still personal. This community hosts different residents appreciation events...they dont just reel new residents in and forget about you once youve signed the rest of your life away lol.......last but least Karen is freaking AWESOME.

I dont Know why people are talking so bad about these apartments the only thing that i can say is bad is that when i first moved in like 3 months ago they did not have my apt ready when they said it was, i had to wait like an hour more, and the application proccess took long. if your House is dirty than you will have roaches they dont just appear, they do monthly pest control fumigations to all the apts. i love living here, its calm and maintenence is on it they have alot of people. the locations of my APT is not so good right infront of the Maintenance office so lots of noisy early in the morning but over all this is a great property.

I stayed in these apartments for almost a year, and theres honestly more good than bad. Especially compared to other, more expensive apartments in Houston.Pros1. NO ROACHES! Im not from Houston, and the whole its Houston line isnt an excuse for all of the infestations in the city. Thank you Beamer Place for that one.2. Spacious and Cheap. I had enough space in my room to do a backflip. And sharing a 2 bed / 2 bath place, I only paid about 600 a month. Great deal.3. Location - Near Hobby, 45, Beltway 8, Pearland, and the Almeada mall. Pretty good for the southeast side.Cons1. Maintenance / air conditioning - Maintence came quickly for broken air (which broke about 3 times in my 1 year) but all he did was replace the filter. After the 3rd time, he actually told me that the problem with the air is the fact that keeping it below 75 freezes the unit. When I kept it at 75 minimum, it quit going out.2. Parking - Sucks! Especially if your room isnt facing a parking lot. If you arent there by 8, you will be walking. I hated it at first, but now that Im in another place, I am grateful that I at least got to park WITHIN the gates.3. Gates - they break all the time. People frequently use the exit gate as the entrance gate, and will hold up traffic in the middle of a busy street just to wait for someone to exit. They do this even when the gates are working. But theres just a lot of inconsiderate people in Houston generally.Other than that, no problems. I couldnt take the hour drive to my job and back, which is the only reason I moved. I hate the place Im in now, and it was recommended to me when it shouldnt have been. I would recommend Beamer Place. For the price, its a lot better than most.
