We have been living in these apartments for the second year and generally like everything. The apartment is spacious and cozy. If there are any problems, they are quickly resolved, but this year the pool has become a bit neglected. The sunbeds were completely destroyed, almost all were torn. We were hoping they would replace them but they didnt (there are a few places where the edge of the pool is cracked (hope the management will look into it). Also residents are smoking by the pool 😡

Lived here 3+ years and couldnt be happier with this property overall. Jessica, the property manager is awesome, and the maintenance crew is solid and prompt! The pool is nice and the gym is perfectly convenient. But the absolute deal-breaker for us is the ATTACHED garages! Its like having your own free HUGE storage unit.

We have lived here for almost a year and love the Avenues at Cypress. Ive dealt predominantly with Emily & Alicia who are wonderful, helpful, and always doing their very best. All of these ladies work hard to make Avenues a fun, enjoyable, safe, and welcoming place to live. We are staying another year because of this team. I also want to thank the maintenance team who are amazing, Brian and Oscar have done several small repairs for us and have been extremely professional and knowledgeable no matter what the issue is. So thank you to all of you for making life here such a great experience.

We have been living in these apartments for two years and just renovated for the third year. Overall we like everything. The apartment is spacious and cozy. If there is any problem, it is quickly resolved. The apartment complex is fairly quiet and that is a plus since we have a fairly busy avenue in front of us. There are walking paths.Another plus is that across the street is the Houston Premium Outlets and nearby there are grocery stores (Kroger and HEB) and also a movie theater and various other shops and restaurants a just few minutes.I recommend it.

If you are looking for an apartment with enough space, privacy, security and good amenities and with first-class costumer services. this is your place. I lived here for 4 years and I have no complaints. They were always attentive with good communication. The girls in the office always helped me with any questions. The maintenance guys are super efficient, always with a good attitude and responsible. Above all, Brian Garcia always helping to solve any problem I had in my apartment. My family is grateful and pleased with these 4 years living there.My only recommendation is install a more advanced gate opening system. many times my phone didnt work with this one. and update a little befitness center machines.Thanks for everything keep the good work and taking care of all the family you are going to have here beginning a new life.❤️

Mr. Manuel was incredibly informative when it came to the repairs around our home, and Christian was equally kind and knowledgeable. They truly made everything happen. They kept their word when they mentioned that all repairs might be completed separately, and we really appreciate their dedication to getting the job done right.So far, we are grateful for our new home, and were excited to see everything come together. However, I do have to mention that the pile of garbage left behind is a bit of an eyesore. Despite this, we are still happy with the overall outcome. May God keep it this way!Thank you again, Mr. Manuel and Christian!

I moved into my apartment at Avenues of Cypress about three months ago. Almost every day I think how lucky I am to call my place home. I chose this complex, because it is so close to my twin daughters homes and my grands. My girls and I are satisfied that I feel so safe here. Although I can walk to tons of stores, it is always quiet here. Two of my grandchildren attend an excellent middle school that is right across the street. They often walk over to visit after school. I see many middle schoolers walking home from that school. They are such a happy, polite group. I taught middle school for 35 years and love the enthusiasm of kids that age! Jessica, Alicia, and Emily in the office plan regular interesting events for adults and kids. Although I have never had to ask from help from maintenance, I often see work going on to maintain the lovely buildings and grounds. Living here is ALL GOOD for me!!!!

Amazing place to live in. We lived here for 2 years and didnt mind staying more.Space was more than enough for our family, amenities are great and they are always keen to schedule events and entertainment.Community is very safe and well maintained.Jessica, Alicia, Brian and Mackenzie are the best! Weve only lived here for about 3 weeks now. so far we enjoy it alot, its peaceful, theres parking (which was always an issue at other complexes we lived at). I enjoy getting my coffee and book and going to sit at the picnic table between my building and the neighboring building in the morning, there is several grilling stations with picnic tables throughout the complex so theres always one nearby. I really enjoy walking the paths in the evening and enjoying everyones yard decorations, the residents hang their flags and potted plants around their pathways and the lawn crew is gentle and trims around them without fuss. it really makes it feel like they care about us making it ours for our time as residents.

What an absolutely amazing and beautiful property!! I searched for weeks and weeks looking for the perfect place and found it here! The staff is so very attentive and friendly. Jessica and Alicia go above and beyond and treat my daughter and I like we are family. The maintenance guys are on top of any issues the very next morning. The garages are ridiculously large! They staff are very communicative with any weather issues, power outages (recent hurricane!!) and anything else the property residents would need to know about. I have already met a lot of the residents here and many have called this property home for over 5 years! I am not moving anytime soon (especially with this gorgeous salt water pool :-) Very highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for going on 2 years, and I LOVE it here. No plans to move anytime soon, or at all to be honest! The maintenance crew is amazing. Brian is fast, efficient, and super friendly. Most of the time my requests are completed the day I put them in. The office staff is amazing! They are patient, nice, and very responsive. These are not the type of people to move you in, and hope they can ignore you afterwards. My dog loves them, especially his boo thang Alicia. The complex as a whole is just, comfortable! My neighbors are friendly, hell or quiet and don’t both me. I’ll take either! 😂

We just moved in, and so far, we absolutely love it. Mackenzie made the application process simple and easy. She was fantastic. Our apartment is very spacious and feels more like a home than an apartment. The attached garage is a huge bonus. They have weekly food trucks, which is very nice. They make you feel appreciated here, which is a very nice change. The grounds are nicely maintained, and there is no trash anywhere. The pool and clubhouse are beautiful.AT&T is your only option for the internet. I highly recommend going to the actual AT&T store to set up your service. The office has a business card for someone who can do it, but she is an absolute nightmare to deal with. She set up our account wrong with the wrong address and the wrong phone number. No one could help my husband over the phone because all the information she put in was wrong. She is impossible to get in contact with and made the setting everything up a horrible experience. She also doesnt thoroughly know her product. My husband went to the store and had everything fixed that she had messed up. The actual store was super simple and they were very nice. That was just a minor hiccup. Our wonderful apartment and management staff more than make up for the inconvenience. We love it here. I highly recommend this complex to anyone. Beautiful grounds, apartment, and management staff, what more can you ask for. 10 out of 10!

I am moving from the country, and its very nice to have so much green space available. The amenities are top tier. You deserve to level up your rental experience. If you’re looking for a spacious, conveniently located apartment home with excellent customer service/communication, and great amenities and other perks, look no further! Rent is also comparable to other properties in the area.Due to a life-changing event (divorce and sell of my 2500 sq. ft. home of 17 1/2 years), I needed a change of scenery and Cypress peaked my interest. I’d looked at several properties in the area but couldn’t quite find what I wanted until I viewed Avenues at Cypress. I’m pleased so far with not only the property but the people too. Mackenzie, Aleicia, Brian and others have been very friendly and responsive, which is greatly appreciated. I look forward to calling here home until I’m ready to purchase my own home again.

After a long and hard search for an apartment that fulfilled all my needs I found Avenues at Cypress and I’m so happy I did! The leasing staff is quick to answer the phone when you call and help you which I found is unfortunately hard to find at most complexes. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. I worked with Lexi and she went beyond to find me the perfect apartment and location I wanted, during my leasing process there was never a day that went by where she didn’t communicate with me and she made sure we always ended a call or email with every question I had answered which was important to me. Upon move in I noticed the complex did a great job at making my apartment make ready, my carpet was brand new, Air condition was cold (which is great in Texas!) everything was clean, smelled fresh and everything in the Welcome Home booklet I was given had any extra information I needed about the property. The grounds and pool are well kept and it was comforting to see that there is sanitation products in the gym for everyone to use since the pandemic.Thank you Avenues at Cypress team! I am happy to call here home!

We moved to the Avenues at Cypress about a month ago. I have lived in many houses and apartments. I have to say, without a doubt, the Avenues has the most comfortable feeling of anywhere I have ever lived. The layout is very comfortable. The apartment feels warm and easy to live in.In addition to the actual apartment, the staff here are amazing! Deb is our agent, and she has been nothing but amazing. She has aided us quickly and efficiently in every request. Any trouble we have had has been corrected within the same day. I have a very active five year old boy, and she is not only patient with him, she also takes the time to talk to him and treat him like a person.The amenities here are well worth what you pay. They have trash pickup, a coffee and tea bar, a gym, a resident room, and the saltwater pool is amazing. There are other amenities as well, but these are the ones that I have tried, thus far.We are very happy that we have moved to the Avenues, and the staff instantly made it feel like home. They even had a personalized card welcoming us upon move in.We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live in the Cypress area.

My husband and I have called Avenues home for the past 15 months. When we moved here I had not moved in 35 years so it was very stressful.The staff here made my transition so much easier. They didnt stop there. They have been wonderful to us every day. They go beyond their jobs to make everything great. The girls have special things planned for us all the time. They cooked an amazing Thanksgiving meal for us last year. The maintenance staff are top of the line.Our apartment is beautiful. The complex is more like living in a resort. When they were completing this complex, my lease was ending at my old place but rather than waiting, I moved somewhere else. I should have waited but Im glad Im here now! Quiet community (even with kids around), no noise at night, secure, and spacious! I love the layout of my place and the cooktop alone was reason enough for this cook to move! Deb was awesome from start to finish of the process of showing the apartment, following up with me, even helping me to get in after I was approved! The rest of the staff do more than just collect rent payments, they are more than capable in their jobs and very sweet (Ive stayed in two other complexes and trust me, office staff can be a trip sometimes). This place is worth every penny!

• Overall: 4/5• Positives:- Great apartment furnishings/appliances.- Usually prompt maintenance requests.- Price for overall value of a one bedroom.- Attached garage.- Location — Commutable to Houston or College Station. Great area to walk/run/bike.- Easy resigning process (Rent base got lowered upon renewal!); make sure you’re aware of the 60 day move out clause.• Reasons why it wasn’t 5/5 (Some nit picky, some just documented experiences):- Input direct deposit incorrectly (my error) for the first payment, no warning just nailed with an additional fee.- Pest control when we first moved in was a problem, have since scheduled regular checks for them to come. At one point it took several weeks for them to fulfill a request.- Pool was closed for most of the summer for repairs, presumably the worst time for a pool to have large scale maintenance. Still closed as of this review 11/4.- Cross vent (or lack of) makes the temperature flux between rooms.- Utilities — Cable/Internet provider is AT&T, unable to shop around, subject to their service (par at best) and prices. The mandatory valet trash fee of $30 seems excessive, especially when the entire complex is in walking distance of a disposal unit.

I have a good friend moving into the area and she was looking for a nice apartment to rent. So I suggested the Avenues at Cypress, which is located in the front of the Fairfield subdivision where I live. We went to the rental office and were greeted very warmly by a young lady named Mackenzie. My friend told her what she was looking for and what her needs were, and that she would prefer a two bedroom apartment. She took us to tour not only a two bedroom apartment but also a three bedroom apartment because my friend was not really not sure what she wanted …. Only that representative for the Avenues at Cypress. My friend is still trying to make a final decision as she does not hdate as to when she would be relocating to the area. However, I know she said she wants to come back one more time and she will request Mackenzie once again to give her a tour of the apartment homes that are available. I will say that we had to work a couple of other apartment complexes before going to the Avenues at Cypress. The difference was literally night and day.

We LOVE IT here‼️😄 It’s right across from the outlets, there are lots of pathways and trees, the pool is salt water, and they do lots of fun family events that the kids really enjoy. I have everything I need right at my door, restraunts, grocery stores, movie theaters, Doctors, hospital, pharmacies, Lowes & Home Depot, Spas, Churches, The Premium Outlet etc. The apartment complex is very lean & well maintained with lots of amenities. Jessica took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need, in walking distance.

Greetings, my name is John Templeton and my family and I stayed at Avenues for 1 year. I’ll get right to it, I’ll start with the bad, we bumped heads with CNA the property manager a couple times, and we did have a severe bug problem for a week out of the year (that CNA and her team handled the situation and put my family in a Hotel until the bugs were removed.) We also had some issues checking out because of Hurricane Harvey. And I have to be honest, my review was not gonna be a 5 star post until this morning. But then I thought, let’s hit the positives, CNA runs a tight ship and Deb is simply OUTSTANDING. This might be the most luxurious community I’ve ever lived in because of the pool and the ways it’s maintained. Then the biggest flood in American history hit our town, and Avenues at Cypress stayed High and Dry and never ONCE lost power. My family was safe and secure the entire storm. Hector the Maintenance Manager, is knowledgeable and very professional (He was one of our Favs as well). The pool is bigger and nicer then a Hotel pool in Vegas! Finally when we did move out, we were in a huge Rush, and forgot to Spackle the holes where the Alarm was. Would you believe this community sent me back my FULL deposit. NOW, THATS a classy community. I have never received a full deposit back from a community because most communities charge you for nonsense that we as renters are unaware of. I have learned my lesson the hard way and expected my deposit to get eaten up with fees. Eitherway, this community rocks! You might not see eye to eye with CNA at times, but she runs a luxurious community and does a fantastic Job. If you need that warm and fuzzy personality call Deb.Thank you Avenues for all your support especially through the storm! I will be recommending this community to all my friends. And because of this outstanding review and because I moved up the road into a house, I expect FULL use of the pool at Avenues! Lol lol. I’m just kidding. Thanks for everything!
