Excellent place!Just renewed my lease after living for about a year.Location:The area around known as Hill country galleria, is awesome! Lots of shops.Bee Cave lawn is a very lively place. Lots of events in the winter and summer.Very well connected via RM 2244, TX 71, and RM 620About 25 min drive to Austin city.Very lively and busy area, in contrast to the rest of Bee CaveThe staff:Maintenance crew is excellent. Promptly addresses any issues.Management staff is great. Very friendly and helpful.Together, they keep the complex in great shape.Amenities:Nice amenities here.Gym, yoga room, pools, clubhouse.Two buildings 1 and 2. Bldg 2 has newer amenitiesThe gyms are small, but good enough.The apartment complex has nice social events such as Trivia nights.Covered parking at multiple levels is awesome!Nice walking trails in the area.Short drive to shopping centers, Bee Cave and Lakeway City parks, etc.A few minor negatives one should be aware of (still not enough to drop a star):- Noise: The property is sandwiched between Bee Cave parkway and the Bee Cave lawn, so there will be some noise- Pets: There are a lot of pet owners here and occasionally you find pets off leash and pet droppings on the hallway. However, the maintenance crew works hard to keep the premises neat and clean.-There is practically no public transport in this area, so you need a car to go places.Overall, definitely deserves 5 stars!

Now that I have moved out of Avanti Hills at the Galleria, I wanted to leave an honest review of what life was like for the past year. It was very quiet, very safe, and a fantastic place to live! When I say quiet, I mean like you forget that you are living in an apartment. I often wondered if I had neighbors because I never heard a peep.Everyone who lives at Avanti, from residents to the staff, was beyond friendly. Everyone at the office always went above and beyond to meet resident expectations. In particular, Brianna is a wonderful manager and was always responsive and eager to assist when I reached out. Maintenance always responded the same day. Upon moving in, I needed a Nest thermostat installed, and maintenance came by the same day to install it. Same upon moving out.The inside of my apartment was very nice. I believe I lived in the Chanel, the smallest one-bedroom. There was plenty of room. I liked that the bedroom and the walk-in closet were the only rooms with carpet. The rest of the apartment had hardwood flooring. There were also ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom, which was a must for me, considering our hot summers. The balconies are also spacious. The tall ceilings cut down on hearing people above you walking around. I rarely heard footsteps from above.The parking garages have ample parking for residents. I never had to park on a different floor than my apartment was on. You can only access the garage if you enter through a gate easily opened via an app on your phone. The best thing was using Siri to open it vs. fumbling for your phone. I have lived in many places where the gates or the elevators were often inoperable; however, not at Avanti. They worked every time!When I moved in, Spectrum (uugh) was the only high-speed internet offered; however, ATT Fiber finally came online a few months later. I couldnt get it installed fast enough. :)The biggest plus to living at Avanti was that I always felt really safe. You can walk around the apartments or across the street at the Galleria regardless of day or night and be safe. It was nice being within walking distance of everything the Galleria offers. Within walking distance, you can walk across the street to watch a movie, eat a nice dinner, go to the farmers market, enjoy live music on the square, or see fireworks that take place on July 4. It’s all literally in your backyard.My only minuscule complaint would be that receiving a package was often unreliable. When I first moved in, I had a few things shipped to me; however, I never received them. Amazon stated that my package was left in the storage locker; however, the safe was empty. UPS said they left a box at my door. However, it was nowhere to be found. I also had to replace a credit card that never showed up via mail. So, shipping may be a hit or miss for you. My solution was to ship everything to my office. Problem solved!Overall, you will not regret living here. I did not renew my lease because I needed to be closer to downtown for now, but should I need a place to live, I would not hesitate for one second to move back to Avanti Hills. Oh, the pools and the gym are top-notch also!

My family and I moved here and have had 2 units for over 6 years. Ive seen storms, snowstorms, a pandemic and a couple historically hot summers all while living in this wonderful community. We have had an amazing experience at Avanti for the whole family. The maintenance team under George is priceless. They treated us all like we were at the Four Seasons Hotel. Ive never seen a more responsive and friendly maintenance team in 50 years of life. Award winning. The management team has always been amazing and highly helpful and responsive with any of our needs. They have always gone overboard to accommodate our elderly family members in 2 other units. If you are reading this review and are elderly or moving a parent nearby and want a place for them to live that is safe, secure and well maintained, I dont think there is a better place in Austin than Avanti Hills. The pool is always clean and the BBQ pits are immaculate. First Class Living. First Class Management.

I’ve lived here for about a year now, and this place is amazing! I have the most wonderful, caring neighbors and the staff here is outstanding! Just yesterday, my key was starting to stick, so I put in a service request at 1:30pm and by 3pm, Jay with maintenance already had it fixed better than new! The apartments are so peaceful, but full of life. There’s so many places to walk to in the galleria as well. 1000% recommend!!!

Our family needed to rent an apartment for a few months as we were completing the construction of our new home. With the help of our realtor, we found Avanti Hills at the Galleria and were so glad we did. The property is extremely well maintained, attractive, clean and quiet. It has a beautiful pool area, excellent exercise room, and the convenience of an attached covered parking garage. You are also in easy walking distance to the Galleria, and can enjoy the 2.0 mile trail around the property if you just want to get outside. Avanti Hills is very friendly to tenants and pets. Tenants were nice and seem to appreciate the quality of the place. Our apartment was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. Modern appliances. Everything worked . If we had a maintenance issue (and they were small), management responded very quickly and professionally. Bottom line: this is a very, very nice apartment complex...whether you are looking for a short-term stay or as a long-term residence. We met several long-term residents during our six-month stay, and they spoke highly of Avanti Hills. That says it all to us.

We moved in on a month-to-month lease because of a flood in our Falconhead home. Brittany at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful getting us into an apartment within a day. During our stay, they had active pest management and maintenance staff came by to replace burnt out lights and change air filters. Watched them clean the pool a few times. So the complex is well maintained with active management who cares. The apartment complex allows for pets, no size limit that we are aware of (our dog is 60lbs). Great place to stay for our short stay and walk to all the restaurants and shops in the Galleria. Little dispute about the cleaning fee and whether we left the apartment clean. We had it professionally cleaned and did a little extra scrubbing so wish we hadn’t bothered…they seem determined to keep $150 to reclean the apartment to “their standard.”

Hands down the best maintenance team ever. I lived through the Snowpocolypse here and George and his team were exceptional. Here we are a couple years later, and they are still exemplary. Same employees for the last 4.5 yrs that we have had our 2 units here and we know them all by name now. My mother in laws place always get taken care of the same day as the request. It’s hard to find great people these days, but Avanti has got them.

We lived at Avanti Hills for almost 3 years and enjoyed every bit of it. The neighbors were awesome, its a quiet apartment complex overall and a fantastic location. Was so great walking to Whole Foods or other restaurants and coming back to a really nice (and quiet) apartment complex. Knocking off 1 star only because the appliances are a bit dated but we used them for 3 years and they all worked great.

I LOVE Avanti Hills at the Galleria. I feel at home here. Everything about this friendly, impeccably clean and safe community and environment. The privacy in my apartment home with the most beautiful view and green landscape. The Amenities and Events. My neighbors. Most admirable are the staff and leasing offices little dog Milo. THEY are the biggest reason I stay here. They are extremely kind, welcoming, personable an professional. Thank You Eric and Milo. Brianna, Esly, Rebekka and The entire Maintenance an House keeping crews. You make living here a special community.

Been here a year and love the location. But other experiences are somewhat mixed.Office staff has been very nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are timely completed. Washing machine went out, which they did eventually replace. (thank you so much!)Other appliances are fairly dated and many times I have to re-wash dishes by hand. (dishwasher really sucks) Kitchen range is not much better as it is an older one with the heating elements - which you have to clean constantly as stuff falls down under the burners. (grrr...)Most recently, they have shown to be the opposite of eco-friendly, by sending a letter stating their valet services (which tenants pay for) will no longer pick up any recycling from tenants.However, management has been exceedingly fair in all other interactions.

Avanti Hills is a GREAT place to live! Not only are all of the apartments spacious, with large closets and plenty of storage, but they have beautiful community facilities that are available to all residents. I especially like that COVERED parking is included and you can park on the floor you live on, so no need to haul my groceries up the stairs (or elevator in this case). The maintenance staff is fast with requests and typically any problems are resolved within a day. The community is quite and extremely close to all the shopping and food that I could possibly want, I really enjoy this community and plan to stay for a long time.

We are so thankful for the management here at Avanti. They are always going above and beyond for their residents. Here are just two examples: 1) I had an issue with the package locker not working and Mary Beth (assistant prop manager) literally went out of her way, got the locker to work, found the package and brought it to my door. 2) during the freeze in February of 2021, Chris (property manager) came door to door to each resident to check on us and ensure we weren’t having water/power issues while other apartment managers around the city were MIA.I only have two tiny things that have ever bothered me: 1) the trash collection guy is loud in the early mornings and sometimes hits the wall in the hallway with his container. Ive never complained about it and it has honestly been getting better. It’s also like 10 yards from our apartment to the trash chute so it feels silly to have to pay every month for pickup, but that’s not a huge deal and we knew that when we signed the lease so it’s on us.2) some residents can be rude and let their dogs run around off leash/not pickup after them. Management does a good job of trying to curb this but there is only so much they can do.Oh, btw, The maintenance team here is so ridiculously awesome and quick.Really hoping to actually renew here vs moving on like we’ve had to do so many times in the past!Thank you Avanti team!-Robert

I lived in Avanti Hills for almost two years and had a great experience. The staff is courteous and responsive and the maintenance was swift! You cant beat this location for its convenience and I loved having covered garage parking. Please consider this as a location when looking for a new hill country apartment!

The administrative staff, especially Nancy Brown and Brandon Moore, has been absolutely phenomenal. They respond to requests immediately, follow-up consistently, and are always focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. If youre looking for a luxury apartment, run...dont walk...to this property!

When my dad moved down to Austin to be near us, we looked around for a good apartment complex that would be perfect for a retired college professor. This apartment complex is right behind the Galleria, a fun outdoor mall with everything he needed: coffee shops, a Barnes and Noble, a Cinemark movie theater, a Whole Foods two blocks away, an HEB six blocks away, a Walgreens two blocks away...We didnt even need to bring his car, as he could walk to pretty much everything. It is like living in the city, where you can walk to anything you need.What we didnt expect was how many other retired people were in the apartment complex, and how much the apartment manager and staff do for their tenants! There are always social events going on, and there are a great group of retired folks that get together regularly .The apartment is just right for my dad. He has never had an issue getting a light-bulb replaced same-day, or getting the air conditioner fixed ASAP. There is a common area with pool tables, a conference room, and lots of seating to watch TV.We have had many interactions with the office staff, and they have gone well out of their way to help us meet my dads needs.I highly recommend this place!
