Amazing and safe place to stay. This is the safe apartment in this locality. Its located close to many places like HEB, the Galleria, and 610. Weve lived here for 7 years and have never felt unsafe. The property management team is fantastic – they organize fun events like Halloween celebrations and movie nights that the kids really enjoy. Laurie, the property manager, is always prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. Theres also Courtney from MLDC, a special member of the management team, who is genuinely one of the kindest people Ive ever met in the leasing community.

I was a little doubtful when I moved in but this is a great place to live. I work out of my apartment and it’s nice and quiet - at anytime of day and night. Great manager. Very secure. We have a Houston cop who lives here and watches over things. Cant beat the shortcut to H‑E‑B. Convenient to everything you’ll need.

I absolutely love living here. Laurie, the property manager is amazing, so warm and personable and responsive. The maintenance team is courteous, friendly, and very fast. It’s a lovely community with so many families, all the diversity of Houston, and an awesome location. I love that I can walk to HEB, a few Little Free Libraries, Common Bond and the YMCA. What the apartment lacks in aesthetics (not gonna lie, it’s not gonna win any beauty competitions) it makes up for in safety, comfort, awesome staff, and location. I would live here for years!

It’s not often I give 5 stars, but I’ve never lived somewhere that made me feel so at home. The property manage does more than 110% at her job and she has one of the kindest souls I have ever met. The maintenance team is also highly attentive and timely at every single request I have given. This will be my first 5 star review I’ve given for a wonderful place to live and I will not regret it. - Current tenant

Great Community! I was in Houston looking a couple of months ago for an apartment in Houston . We could walk from the mall to an apartment complex very reasonably priced.The management staff over there was very friendly and the apartment complex was very conveniently located. The apartments were perfect for my sons requirement.

During my last 2 apartment searches Ive thought about this community. Each time Ive had the pleasure to speak with Laurie. She is absolutely amazing. Ultimately the distance from my place of employment has led me to other options. But if that werent a factor this would be where I called home.

I had been looking for an apartment in Houston for several months prior to finding Augusta Court. It is centrally located and is very convenient to everything. The new management has been painting and sprucing it up. We just got some new pool furniture, and the pool area looks great. I have been here for about 3 months and have found the management to be very friendly and helpful. I have only had one maintenance request and that was handled quickly and properly.The property is in a great location within walking distance to stores and restaurants.

This was one of the best apartments I have stayed in Houston so far. Laurie has been an angel from my inquiry of the apartment to the departure. I have always felt completely safe here, it’s built like a fortress. There was minimal noise, neighbors were quiet, great place for families, and HEB is around the corner. I would highly recommend Augusta Court to anyone who has is interested in the Galleria area. Pricing is fair, apartments are spacious, and it’s pet friendly as well. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat if I needed an apartment again, as long as Laurie is still there!

Excellent place to stay. A gated security system with good maintenance. Manager Laurie is very good on maintaining the property. Quick response to any issues and taking care of residents. About maintenance guys, quick and helpful on fixing the issues. Good equipment in GYM, Movie night for kids. I have never seen such a apartment like Augusta court before in same price rage . Thank you for taking care of residents.

I have lived here for 2 years. It’s a great community and perfect location . Close to my favorite grocery stores HEB and Trader Joes. The Maintance team is professional and quick with repairs . Laurie the manager is awesome . She is always pleasant when I visit the office . It’s quiet and very safe . If you are searching for a new apartment home I recommend Augusta Court.

Manager Laurie is the best! She is always so kind and helpful! This apartment great because of her work!I also like the layout of the apartment. the high ceilings and the large area of even the 1 bedroom apartment. Really comfortable apartments and great management!

I have never been on tour and met the manager before. The tour was amazing, grounds, amazing, apartments, I could move in tonight! The leasing agent was so fantastic and showed me everything, but to realize that she was manager and was so nice and down to earth no wonder she was so good, lol...I cant go wrong moving here.

Laurie is an amazing manager!! She goes above and beyond to help with any of your needs, is always a quick email away, and has made major improvements to Augusta Court since she has starting working here. I always say an apartment manager can make or break an apartment complex-and Laurie makes Augusta Court the BEST place to live!! I have live at Augusta Court for 10 years and have experienced many managers and Laurie by far exceeds all my expectations! I always feel comfortable calling her, because I know whatever it is she’ll help me out..and she does it with a smile on her face! She’s so sweet and personable and I love stopping by the office to chat with her. Laurie is definitely a rare gem and we are SO lucky to have her at Augusta Court !!

If you’d like to live at a quiet property- move here. This community is like a hidden gem. Quiet, small and conveniently located near many of Houston’s freeways. Also, rent is unbeatable for being in the Galleria area. Another plus; management is great. Laurie is very resident-oriented and works past office hours to ensure the property is taken care of. Good job Augusta Court!

Very nice place in a great location with updated looks and decor with fresh paint, floors, and cabinets refreshed. The difference areas are larger and more spacious than most apartments. The area where these apartments are located close to groceries, restaurants, and all your services. Rent is competitive for area. This place has some long-term tenants 🤯 in. 25 years, 20 years, 15 years... and many average 3 to 5 yrs. Give them a call for a tour.

This is a gem of a place nestled away from the busy streets. The biggest plus of this place : Laurie! She is very resident forward, makes sure your needs are always met, and helps you by sometimes going beyond the scope of her job. Maintenance is great too. I don’t think I have ever had to wait more than 24hrs for anything. Highly recommend this complex! It is a peaceful, quiet, friendly, gated community.

I had a great visit with Nayely, a brand new leasing agent at Augusta Court. It was her Fourth day and she was awesome! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me and made me feel welcome. She was pretty knowledgeable considering how new she was and her customer service was top notch! We toured a nice two bedroom plan with a two way fireplace from living room to bedroom. That was a surprise being they’re so hard to find in homes and this is an apt. It looked beautiful, I was sold! If we didn’t need a private garage, we would be moving forward with our application.Thank you Jen and Nayely for great service! I will definitely be referring others here!

I have been a resident at Augusta Court for 17 years. The property changed ownership about a year ago and for the first time since I have been here we have been under new management. I was very apprehensive at first. But the few issues that I have had have been resolved quickly and professionally. I just agreed to sign another lease. I wanted to stay and the management staff, namely Courtney, Amber, and Alicia, clearly wanted me to stay. I appreciated that they valued me as a tenant. I have no complaints.

Moved here upon my arrival back to Houston after seeing decent pricing and good reviews with none of the other common reviews of roaches, bugs, break-ins, and etc. I just renewed my lease for the third year here. Former management was friendly and helpful so I was sad to see them go. The new management has stepped up to the plate and shown they are a great management themselves. Added bonus is how theyre updating everything and even providing us with added luxuries such as being able to get a massage here instead of leaving home. 🤞🏼 they find a masseuse to partner up with. Cant wait to see how everything is when finished! Thank you Stacey and the rest of the team!

Best place to live. With the gated parking garage and keyless remote entries into the building, it is really safe not to mention, there is a security person that lives on the property. There are security cameras throughout as well. The monthly complimentary housekeeping is awesome. Maria and Leti really do a great job even cleaning bathtubs And toilets! Huge balconies are a plus to enjoy nice evenings. Even though it is an older property, it is well built and you cannot here noises from other units. Tony and the Maintenance team are always prompt and friendly when we do have to call them for a repair and the Joyce in the front office and Kim, the Property manager are the best always attentive of our needs. I tell everyone looking to move to come live over at my property, they will enjoy living here too!

Great Community! Renovations are almost done and the location is ideal for me. Close to Galleria, I-10 & exits away from City Centre.The team has been awesome with communication and assistance with my needs. Gym & Pool just in time for summer.Tesla Charger in the garage makes it easy to workout while charging my car. Easy walk to HEB, YMCA, Tacos, Cajun & Japanese foods. For once I’m enjoying being a part of the an apartment community.

I am so glad I stumbled onto this little gem-! I have been here for six months and couldnt be happier. I love the ladies (Kim & Delva) in the management office; they are attentive, communicate swiftly, excellent attention to detail and are both SO sweet. You see them out and walking the property all the time! The property is safe. Key fobs for exterior doors/lobbys, security cameras all over the property, self locking doors on every unit and lights everywhere!! I love the fact that when you contact the office, you get an immediate response. You have an emergency, 24HR service--and they are on it ! The engineering /janitorial staff - the best! I leave first thing in the morning and they are already in motion, cleaning the lobbys, elevators and grounds! Not to mention, there is never trash lingering in the trash/shoot room!!It is so quite here-! If I happen to be in the front closet, I occasionally hear the elevator ding, thats it!I am in the 1bed / den-2full bath unit, and it is VERY spacious! Upgraded appliances, energy saving washer and dryer--love my fireplace; again, I couldnt be happier!Hidden away amongst the hustle and bustle of the Galleria my home at Augusta Court and I LOVE IT !

We moved here in 2015 for what we thought would be a short one year stay and havent left yet. We just can beat the value of the community and the location. There is a very diverse group of people that live here and I enjoy that it seems to be a great representation of the demographics of Houston. We live in a one bedroom with a den and 2 full baths. While the property is older, it is well maintained and so very quiet. The only noise that we ever hear is from the walk way area outside of our door if we are in the front room. Kim is always helpful above and beyond. When I was first looking at the space, there was a current tenant asking if they would look after her plants while she was gone...they said yes. I would recommend living here.

Moving from out of state (NY->TX) I have to say Jenn was great in helping me find the right apartment and made me very comfortable with the move! I was taken on a virtual tour to multiple units and the whole property. Jenn even continued to follow up after hours. Getting everything done was a breeze and I recommend this property to anyone!

As a Realtor, I searched for several months for the ideal place for my daughter and myself when I came across Augusta Court. Nayeli and Jenn are very supportive and attentive. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a five is because they are so busy taking care of their occupants, potential tenants and the property, thats there is a slight delay in responding. I take into account that Im not the only renter and practice patience and understanding. HEB is literally walking distance, right around the corner, IKEA (in car) 10-15 minutes, Wal-Mart 10 minutes, Target, Whole Foods less than 10 minutes away. Starbucks, not even 5 minutes (in car) Its located in a lovely area and I feel safe.

Hi all we moved to Houston from India in January 2016. Its been 7 months at Augusta Court. Its a great place. We didnt know much about Houston. However Kim (property Manager) and Delva helped us to settle down.Kim is wonderful she helped us with my sons school admissions. Yes its true she keeps the apartment safe and sound.Kims efforts during heavy rains is incredible. Kim you are awesome.Delva you are awesome too. We have renewed our rental. We are grateful to you both 😊

Excellent place to live – 100% recommendedI lived in these apartments for three years and my experience was incredible. It is a quiet, safe place with a very pleasant atmosphere. From day one, I felt welcome and appreciated the quality of maintenance and attention to detail in each space.The management and maintenance team is very professional and reliable; They are always willing to help and answer any questions quickly and kindly. In addition, the community is very respectful, which makes it an ideal place for families, couples or even if you live alone and are looking for a quiet environment..If you are looking for an apartment where you can feel comfortable and safe, I definitely recommend this place.
