Rent fees are still going up every signing. Is it normal to others? For 8 years of leases, it never stopped. I guess they should have discounted for a long residence because of no vacant period and earning non-stop.Ref is too noisy and they have refused it to replace to better one for 8 years. We are seriously considering to move out.

I highly recommend I’ve been here for 7 months, I moved to Lubbock after selling my home and above all else I wanted to be comfortable. I rent a two bedroom two bath 1095 sq ft apartment, fireplace, patio, clubhouse, racquetball room, covered parking, pool, business center, friendly community.

I have to say that this apartment and management team has been nothing but pleasant, patient and super easy to work with. My daughter and I have toured several properties here in Lubbock and we had some pretty interesting encounters with the offices of different complexes. From start to finish they have been nothing but Helpful and went over the top in order to make sure that all of our questions were answered. There’s a lot to say about the office staff or apartment complexes. They are the face of the community and the property and how they treat their perspective tenants as well as their tenants says a lot about the property. We even were able to talk to several tenants that actually have lived there, and they had nothing but great things to say as well. We feel very happy about our decision.

I have lived here for going on 2 years, after I sold my house and have really loved it. The schools (elementary & the middle school) are in Frenship ISD and RIGHT around the corner which is SO convenient. I also love that we have an attached garage to our apartment. The maintenance staff here is amazing and has taken the best care of us & the office staff has always been helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to Ashton Pointe Apartments.

I absolutely loved it here. I lived here for the past year and just turned in my keys. I’m sad to go. The only reason I’m leaving is because I took an internship overseas. The staff here is diligent and extremely kind. I will miss this place l. It’s super quiet and intimate. Very sweet place to live.

This is a great apartment complex with a nice park and nice pools. Great area with plenty of places within walking distance. I had an apartment back in 2007 and my step daughter lived here just recently before she got a new house. The staff is friendly and professional and I highly recommend.

I’ve come to revise my review. After my last one about the pools they were fixed promptly. On a positive note the maintenance always keeps the property looking immaculate! Never any trash around, the grass and landscaping is kept up with. I very rarely call in or interact with the staff, but when I do they’re pleasant and professional. This is the first apartment I’ve lived at where I don’t hear my neighbors. Overall it’s not a bad place to live

Had a great experience living here. I did have an issue with a stain on my carpet but it did not affect me whatsoever. Everyone in the front office is so helpful and sat down with me to explain things to me. Had an issue paying rent one month and they were so understanding and walked me through what I needed to do. Loved living here. Would recommend. Thank you guys!

I have not posted a review in some time because it wouldn’t have been a positive one, but glory to God for a new season - Hannah stepping in as manager. Since she has stepped in, issues in communal areas are quickly resolved, communication with residents is top notch, and I feel certain she will take care of any issues that arise while keeping us updated on progress. I’ve literally thanked God for her because it is such a vastly different experience than it has been for two years. She actually acknowledges my husband and I, sends us text updates on maintenance requests, sends emails to notify us of progress on other concerns, and really creates a welcoming environment we just haven’t had here for two years. Now, if only Monarch would either get a new landscaping company or require the current one to properly care for this precious land again. Still, one phone call to Hannah, and she alerted them when they trimmed only half the hedges on property and kept me personally informed in that process. It just has not been like this since Monarch took over, and it seems what I thought was a Monarch issue was actually a management issue. It’s such a refreshing experience, and I’m so grateful! I don’t know how long Hannah will be managing, but I pray the positive trajectory continues! Thank you God for this shift!

I’ve had an amazing experience, short of one thing. All paperwork was taken care of online, one small problem with the change in apartment last minute, resolved pretty quickly. I didn’t get a tour as I moved from two hours away so I was a little lost when I got here. I ended up at the wrong gate, I didn’t know how to get in the gate, nor did I know how to let others in the gate. Maintenance is fairly quick, I did have issues after hours getting a hold of someone as my apartment door latch was broken and I was locked in my apartment until business hours. Staff is very friendly, there are always activities going on for residence. My apartment has been well kept, clean, updated appliances, landscape is beautiful except for the few people that allow their pets out and do not clean up after them. Overall I am very satisfied with the community

I have lived at Ashton Pointe for 2+ years and am in the process of signing another lease. It is quiet, safe, homey and very affordable. The apartments themselves are good quality that hold up to the West TX weather and have a spacious interior design. My favorite part of living here, by far, is the office and maintenance staff. They will take care of your every need as if it were their own. Highly recommend this complex for families and/or college students.

Aston Pointe is a very comfortable and safe place to call home. The property is gated and has very well manicured lawns throughout the year. The pools are cleaned daily and the doggie park is a treat to the pets in the community. The property manager Alyssa is very helpful and hands on with the management of the property. Bottom line she cares about the property and the residents! I have been in Commercial Real Estate for over 20 years and would rate this property one of the best ran in town!Aston Pointe is not the newest complex in town but it has unique floor plans, is spacious, and build very solid!

Customer service is second to none, the best around. Very sweet front desk team. Apartments are spacious, built with quality, and feel very up to date with their deep brown wooden floors and carpet choices. Fireplaces are really neat as well.These apartments aren’t made like modern apartments. The walls are NOT paper thin. They just feel super homey.

Sometimes in life we come across people who leave a lasting impression or unforgettable impact on us when we meet them and no doubt that is what Ms. Kirsten Reyna did for my Daughter and I when we went in for a scheduled appointment on Saturday to view an apartment in consideration of residing there. I’m not sure what we enjoyed more, the tour or Ms. Reyna’s charm and very funny personality or the amazingly beautiful property. We felt so at home there because of her. Definitely a place my daughter and I would love to spend the next chapter of our lives. A gorgeous and very well kept property with every amenity anyone could possibly ever wish for. Wonderful place. Wonderful people. I would recommend it to anyone and I will do so at any chance I get the opportunity to. We visited about 5 different apartment complexes that day and this by far was the very best.

I have only been here for 7 months, but the staff has been very helpful and maintenance fixes things in a timely manner and are very friendly. The environment here is great, especially moving from a different state, it feels like home. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that loves a quiet environment.

We recently had our fire inspection that was conducted by Amy, Mike and Jesse.Although they are all excellent,this review is for Mike. He is a excellent addition to your maintenance team. When on a call, he is polite, knowledgeable, efficient and works until the job is done. We trust him to work In our home and know he will get the job done, he even cleans up if there is a mess.

Best Apartments Ive ever lived at.Move-out process went very well, they leased my apartment right away so I didnt owe my last 2 months of rent, and got my deposits back.Pros:-Great management and office staff-Great maintenance-Well maintained property(Any problems the complex has are usually fixed)-Constantly upgrading property(whole new gate system implemented)-Beautiful landscapingCons:-Quite a few bugs when I moved in, however they sprayed the whole complex and got rid of them-Renovations arent a complete overhaul, some older parts of the apartment still showOverall a very good experience.Lived here Aug 2015-May 2016

I have lived here one year now and will be staying next year. I am a medical student and this apartment is a 5-7 minute drive from the Health Sciences Center and a 10 min drive from the undergrad campus. Its quiet, gated, and has a small clubhouse with a fitness center and computers for printing. The staff has always been very friendly and the apartments are cheap and very clean! Would recommend to graduate students who are looking for a nice quiet area to study that is still close to Tech.

I lived here for 3 years in 3 different buildings/floor plans and they have all been great! Each building I lived in was super clean, modern looking, and ready to go whenever I moved in. The staff has always been super nice and helpful, and whenever I had a maintenance issue they were quick to get it fixed. There are a variety of people that live here from college students to families to elderly and I have never had any issue with any of my neighbors. I love the gated community and feel safe living here, theres even normally groups of kids running around in the grassy areas playing. I also have two dogs and there is plenty of grassy areas to walk them around in. I also really enjoy having the pools, jogging area/mini park, and clubhouse here for when I try to be active haha. I definitely recommend this apartment complex to all! (P.S. the best time to pre-lease is in the winter! I got a 2 bedroom for $690 by signing up in January)

I have lived at Ashton Pointe for ten years - through a second masters and doctoral program. Obviously, I love it here. I’ve looked at other places, but nothing beats the location, family-friendly (including fur family) community and peaceful environment. Plus, there is a beautiful park/courtyard area with a dog park and gazebos! And nowhere has the beautiful mature trees that AP offers. It’s just lovely, and I love living here. I met my husband and got married since moving here, and we chose to stay here and call Ashton Pointe our home. Our family of four (two fur babies) LOVES this place and wouldn’t trade it. Truly a gem!

Living in Ashton pointe for more than 3 years now. Had NO issues at all. Staff here are wonderful and they will take whatever it is to fix your issue. Maintenance requests are usually taken care in a day or two. The apartment complex is very safe (as far as I can say) and I would happily recommend the property :)

These apartments are the best, most affordable option in Lubbock that have both fireplaces & garages! The location is great & relatively close to everything in Lubbock. Been living here since 2015, never ever thought of moving out , quite, safe, and also quick response for any maintenance issues . A week ago I placed a work order when I came back found out that Jacob from the maintenance team not only did the job but also fixed some minor issue in my bathroom.I would always recommend this place for anyone hunting for a new apartment rent.

We’ve been living at Ashton Pointe since 2017 and we love it! The management is always ready to help with anything and everything, they’re always finding ways to brighten residents’ days and they take time to really get to know their residents. The maintenance team is always quick and efficient, every request I’ve submitted has been resolved with ease. The grounds are always well maintained and the security gates actually work, unlike so many other apartment complexes and townhome communities in Lubbock. I also love the quick commute to TTU and TTUHSC. We shopped all over town to find the perfect home for our needs and the quality of apartment we have at Ashton Pointe is everything we could have wanted. We live in a second story 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a 2 car garage (which is directly under our living room) and use the second bedroom as a study. Home sweet home!

We submitted an leasing application got approved and was told they would call us back to take deposit. No call back except to tell us there weren’t anymore apartments. Asked to speak with manager and manager hasn’t been in and no call back . Don’t waste your money on application fees. They are not responsive and lack customer service. They do not care.****** Update 7/1/2019 ************Since my original post I received a refund check in the mail for the 100.00 leasing application fee. I appreciate someone taking the time to correct the situation. I adjusted my rating from 1 to 4.

I lived here for a year while I was working on my masters. I could not have had a better experience! For the quality of the apartments, the rent was so much more reasonable than anything else I found. The location was convenient to almost everything in Lubbock. The staff was so friendly and helpful anytime I needed something or stopped by the office. I was nervous to be living by myself in a new town, but the apartments are gated and safe. I never once felt uneasy with neighbors or others that were in and about the apartments. My apartment itself was great! I never had any trouble with bugs, appliances not working, or loud neighbors. It was plenty spacious and worked perfectly for me! These apartments are a little older but have been updated sufficiently over the years. You cant beat the quality of Ashton Pointe and their reasonable pricing!
