The staff and maintenance crew are great to work with. Always respond in a timely manner. The apartments are affordable and in good condition. No bugs or loud neighbors/violence. Jessica has been great to work with! -

I have lived here 3 years and just renewed my lease for the 4th year. I have had no issues since living here despite the negative google reviews warning about the property. If you ask them to fix things with the property, they do in my experience. No loud neighbors problem, no violence I have seen, and affordable for my needs. Kudos to the staff for turning this property around! -

This place is worth it! The office staff are friendly, understanding & just overall great & the maintenance team are quick and efficient. Ive had absolutely no problems here. A good place for the young & old. Check them out, you wont be disappointed! -

The apartment is very good to the best of my knowledge, no crime as such, police always patrol all the time, but only thing that I donβt like is Frizer is not allowed, their staffs is accommodating , understanding and very industrious, very friendly set of staffs. -

I love the good treatment of residents by the office staff, the maintenance staff attends on Sundays in case of emergency, the very spacious parking lots, I recommend that you decide to make your new home in Arroyo Vista Apartamentπ«Άπ»ππ»a quiet place to liveππ» -
