    I absolutely have loved living here. I wasnt sure about living in an apartment as it was my first time but theyve exceeded all my expectations. The monthly events for tenants and the way theyve made my daughter excited about visiting the leasing apartment have thoroughly pleased me.

    Providing peace & bliss, this complex is a treat to live in. The workout room is always clean and accessible. The pool is also very clean which is surprising with the wind here. I feel safe, happy, & enjoy every bit of these apartments. In walking distance to the 24hr convenience store, my apartment has big windows & mirrors, I could go on & on! Aside from the wonderful amenities, the leasing manager Misty is a kind, caring, and sensible woman who works diligently on upholding the high standards of this place. With Misty adding great value to this property and the overall ease of living here, I’m proud to call Apache Trace Apartments, home.

    Whenever we have a problem maintenance is always there to help. Whenever we have questions all they have to do is call the office and they’re always able to assist us and figure out a way to help. These are the best apartments that I have ever lived in!

    I really have had a great experience living here at Apache Trace. Any time I have ever lived in any other rentals here in Guymon I have always had problems with the land lords not fixing major issues in the homes, but at Apache Trace their maintenance staff is on top of things. another service I really enjoy is the monthly pest control sprayings to insure spiders, beetles,etc..... stay far away from my apartment! I have never been part of a apartment complex that is this much involved in the community, and care about the youth. case and point. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair priced rental.

    Everything very good. My stay was excellent in almost two years that I have lived here in this condominium. Misty and Amy are very friendly and attentive, the maintenance people are also very good and fast in the maintenance service of the apartments.
