    Great place to live in the burgeoning Presidio area with so much to do nearby. Luxurious amenities, pleasing aesthetics, and top-notch service. Especially Kim in the front office. She was exceptional and went above-and-beyond for me. Could not recommend enough! If you are looking for a safe and well-appointed community to live in the north Fort Worth area, then look no further than Alleia!

    My husband and I love living here! The location is great, so many options for food and entertainment around here! We also enjoy the view we have! Our only complaint is the gate system… we wish it was updated to an app system. We also would like it if our front door had a key pad for entry rather than the old school keys. Very minimal things to complain about!

    I’ve been living here for a month now and I must say I’m just as impressed as I was when I toured. Cassondra was and still is such a breath of fresh air she’s always so helpful and welcoming she’s is in my opinion the best thing about Alleia.

    Honestly, I had to renew my lease here for the next year, 3 months in. This place is so good and beautiful, the people are awesome and the staff are the friendliest , the Appartments are classy and very new, you wont go wrong living here.

    Great place to live. The apartments are spacious and modern and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The amenities are top notch and the pool area is awesome. There is also ample parking. Kym and her team are amazing. They are helpful, friendly and communicate well. My husband and I enjoy living here and are happy to call Alleia home!

    Beautiful place to live, great amenities. Quick response when we needed any type of assistance.Staff was always friendly and welcoming at the beginning of our lease and throughout the time we lived there. But once we informed them we wouldn’t be renewing our lease after 2 years, the girls at the front desk took a turn on their costumer service and were rude. The last few times I went into the office after informing we were moving out the girls were dry/cold to answering our concerns.Had a great experience living there, but the end made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

    I moved into these apartments in April of 2023. I recently moved out, I was only going to need the apartment for a short time. The amenities are wonderful, especially the gym. Parking at my building was plentiful, even when I arrived home after hours. I could always find parking at my building. All of this aside, I want to say something about the staff. The staff from the very first day, to the very last day, were welcoming and helpful. They always went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, even on items I thought of as trivial and not of any real urgency. The maintenance crews are some of the best and friendliest I have encountered anywhere. I got to know most them over the months while moving through the complex. These guys dont get enough credit for the job they do at this place, they are wonderful. I had a great experience here and wish I could have stayed. If you are looking for a great place to live, this is the one!!

    Nora and Kym are both so wonderful. The apartment complex itself is amazing. When it comes to their maintenance believe me when I tell you they are quick and efficient! My husband was just as shocked as how fast they came out to fix minor repairs. Overall the staff and community is amazing. Thank you Nora and Kym. We would highly recommend this place.

    We went and had a tour today And all I can say is wow . The property is gorgeous. The amenities are top notch . And Breann was the best. She even sat with us and helped us apply after . My roommate and I were having by issues on the internet and she stepped in and helped. As well as answered all of our question. One of the best priced and most beautiful properties in the area !! Can’t wait to be a resident starting the end of February

    Where do I begin? From the moment I walked into the leasing office I was impressed with the Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate bar. The property looked super clean including the trash chute room. Breann was my tour guide and she was so thorough and patient with me as she showed me several units. It was difficult to make a decision because they were all so modern and beautiful. That same night we put our application in. Needless to say say, we will now be a part of this beautiful resort style apartment complex. I work from home and I look forward to the spectacular pool views. This pic from our actual unit doesn’t do justice. I’m going to feel like I’m at a resort on vacation every day.

    Work orders are always fulfilled very fast and Kim is the absolute best! Amenities are well maintained and rent is worth it. If I could change anything, I would avoid a first floor unit right at the front of a complex without cameras or an operational gate. The choice to keep gates open during business hours allows anyone access to the complex. Outside business hours, the gate is either stuck open or stuck closed, and been an issue for months. I understand its not the direct fault of anyone, but gated security was the only reason I chose to live in an exterior entry complex. I also had packages left outside package lockers (expensive tech equipment with pics of the contents on the box) and understand lockers get full, but theft potential/no entry security poses a concern. I would renew my lease if the gate was fixed and it felt a bit safer.

    I loved every bit of this property. Bre was the best tour guide I could have asked for. Were pretty experienced with apartment hunting and she was so knowledgeable, candid and made the whole experience so fun. I appreciated the care, concern and brainstorming she did to find the right floor plan for our family. THE BEST!!!

    I went to tour a unit at this property and from the minute I opened the door Claudia was phenomenal!!! She is very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer any question that we asked. Claudia took the time to listen to my needs and recommended the perfect unit for me. I went in thinking that I knew what I wanted and after Claudia showed me the other plan I was sold. Claudia took the time to get to know me as an individual and made recommendations based upon my needs and that alone deserve 5 stars. Claudia is a wonderful person to have at the face of your business! I’m so grateful Claudia and I can’t wait to move in!

    I have loved living here for the past 2 years, the pool is nice, the people are nice, the dog park is a great length and my pups have made so many friends. Alleia apartments are great apartments overall. the grill, pool, office, dog park, staff, and the people who live there are amazing.

    Recently came in to tour the property. I was in AWE! Talk about love at 1st sight! From the resort style pool, to the cinema room, to the 2-level workout facility, to Breann being EXCEPTIONAL at her job; I had no choice but to look & lease!! Alleia at Presidio felt like home from the moment I walked in the doors. I absolutely cannot wait until I move in! Every staff member Ive come in contact with has been 5 stars!!!

    I love this place especially the new manager. She has been very helpful with all of the changes that are and will be happening in the near future. Mrs Kym Coapland has helped my family to ensure that the proper steps were taken for our transition to a 3BR and to have no other complications during that time. I am so grateful to have her and her team, with the new company, making sure that this is the best Apartments to live safely and also to have fun at. Myself and my family are thoroughly satisfied with this Apartment complex.

    I just want apologize for my old review. I was working with someone who wasnt really nice when it came to helping me with my questions.     Alleia Presidio is by far the most luxurious, well maintained, beautiful complex in the area. We have lived in other “luxury apartments” and have never been as happy with the quality of our apartment home, the property, and the management as we are here at Alleia! The new management has taken care of the residents, and non-residents, who were undesirable at best and we feel safe and secure making our families home at Alleia.     Bryson is amazing!!! I am relocating from NJ to TX and was lookin for a new home. I stumbled upon Alleia at Presidio with my husband and son. When we entered with no appt. Bryson welcomed us with open arms. After showing us quite a few units that would fit our needs. We decided to make Alleia our new home. The whole staff is amazing. The whole complex was extremely clean and not to mention beautiful. We had a goal to secure a place before we flew back to NJ and Bryson did everything to help us accomplish this goal.     Been looking for apartments for a big move I’m doing, Cassondra Was the one that was helping me. She has been absolutely amazing, really easy to work with and has made the whole process as smooth as possible!
