I normally wouldn’t write a review based on maintenance service; however, I was really impressed with the level of service and positive attitude by the technician Evan! I’ve lived in a few different apartments over the past several years and the service stands out here above the others. Evan arrived on time, fixed the drippy faucet and proactively replaced other parts around the sinks to keep from happening again. He checked the AC unit to ensure everything looked good for this summer. Thanks for your help!

I have lived here for several years. The new team in the office and maintenance are great!! Everyone is always super friendly and take care of the work orders promptly. Any concerns that I have ever had I would contact the office and they take care of it quickly. They have worked with me a lot! I transferred into a larger 2 bed/2 bath apartment and it is great!! Thank you for everything!!

Hello and good evening. I am very great full with the staff and the girls in the office are so sweet. My daughter live here and had a situation (personal problem) and Sasha helped my daughter out with the situation I come here now and I love how they treat my daughter nicely and when there is an issue at the apartment Sasha is very quickly to solve the problem. Thank you Sasha. The area is nice and close to everywhere centric. And is closer to my daughter for work in New Braunfels. The maintenance Jessie is very nice and fix what he can quickly. I recommend these apartments from the time my daughter moved in to when I come over. God bless everyone and I enjoy the time my daughter will be here.

I’ve lived here for about 2 months now and I have had zero problems! Very happy being here, management is super helpful and treats tenants like real people. Was able to tour and get approved and moved in quick with no hassle. Our neighbors are kind, lots of family’s and very chill during all hours. Absolutely love my 1 bedroom, wouldDefinitely recommend!

My experience overall with the management team was excellent. All were so friendly especially Shasha. She handled each interaction with me with patience and was very helpful at move in as well as a week into living here. My only critique would be that the countertops within the unit were painted making it look a little less appealing to the eye and difficult to clean. And some areas under the tile and in walls show signs of water damage. The layout of the apartment itself is decent. The price per month is fair and there were no hidden fees. I applaud the maintenance team for handling each request with the urgency it required and again, Shasha was and continues to be an excellent contact to have while moving in and during my stay! The swimming pool area I also found to be relaxing and nice to enjoy :)

I’ve been a resident here for a short while, and while everyone is professional and nice for the longest time, maintenance used to lag.. However, things have significantly improved since Shasha joined came. She has been exceptionally courteous, ensuring that all my service requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Thanks to her dedication and hard work, living here has become a great experience again. I feel confident that any issues will be resolved quickly and thoroughly. Kudos to Shasha and the team for continuing to improve!

Ms. Shashanah at Alamo parks made our move from Alaska to Texas as smooth as possible! I was very far away from my husband, and with him being stationed here with few available days, She made us feel very included and took time to work around his schedule. She walked us through the whole process and took time to explain everything with patience and understanding. It was a very stressful time packing and moving alone, but she made finding a place to share with my husband again easy and I felt like I had someone else helping me along. I am so thankful for her kindness and sweet personable Energy!

When I first moved in there was a lot of work that needed to be done in my apartment and in the community. I was made aware that they had just changed to new management. It took quite a while but we are finally starting to see some good changes. There is a nice new dog park, the parking lot is getting redone, and I FINALLY got my maintenance work orders done by the new maintenance man, Rick. He was very kind and helpful. If he was not able to work on something the same day that we spoke he made sure to follow up with me and reassured me he had not forgotten. This simple communication makes a big difference to renters. I know he has plenty of work ahead of him as the apartments have not had a good maintenance team in a while, but he is definitely a great addition to the staff here.

I love living here. Ive lived here for 3 years. The new management is wonderful. The office staff is kind, caring, and responsive. There was a different owner when I moved in that wasnt great. But now the the place is much better. New parking lot. Secure mailbox area. The grounds are kept up. And they even have community involvement events, so you feel a part of the community.

I moved here in August and I love it here so far! The staff has been very responsive to emails and my move-in went smoothly without a hitch. The apartment is great, the grounds are well maintained, and theres plenty of parking. Living here is a dream compared to the nightmare of living in my previous apartment! Thanks to all the help that Sasha provided me with, I am truly amazed with my place and happy on how everything went, she was an amazing help, provided assistance every step of the way, and was more then happy to do so. I wish every complex had their own Sasha lol. Ive never lived in a better complex! Maintenance is quick, the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The floor plans are great and actually make sense for living. There are so many places with weird and awkward layouts and though I chose a smaller unit, it was so well set up, that it never felt small. The community is very friendly. There are always people walking pets and my neighbors were very kind. Finally, the location is perfection. It feels quiet, but is also not far from your ideal stores and what may have you and most are all within a mile or so, as well as great fast casual dining for the nights I didnt feel like cooking. My commute was a breeze as well. no longer working remotely from a distance. Can go into the house and work remotely as I please without having an almost hour commute back in forth with traffic included. All in all, this place is a 10/10 and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home!

Hello friends. Well let me tell you about my experience here and I speak for me from my personal perspective and experience. I moved here in these apartments in November around mid November. I am a single mother and need help getting my place and Alamo park helped me and gave me an opportunity. They do repost to credit if you need help building your credit. So far I haven’t had any issues with the staff on the contrary they have been absolutely sweet and have helped me resolve any issues in the apartment I have. The neighbors haven’t had issues with any or nor have they with me I am reserved and keep to my business as long as other respect my business and property. It is a quiet place like I said I haven’t had any problems and the staff is so sweet ready to help and do their best they can to solve anything or answer questions. I do recommend this place especially if first timers renting. Easy going access to Lop 410 and 35 north which I go to work in New Braunfels so it is a big plus too and close to the San Pedro mall as well as near by shopping centers and downtown. Easy access to get to. Definitely recommend. You will be amazed with the staff. Thank you Alamo Park Staff. ❤️🙏

My boyfriend and I just moved into Alamo Park Apartments, and have had the most wonderful experience! From Rene and Sasha being extremely friendly and helpful (we are first time renters and have never lived on our own) and made the entire process easy. They also answered EVERY question that we had. The maintenance man has also been awesome! He has helped us with anything that we’ve needed so far and assured us that the residents living comfortably is his first priority. The apartment model we chose (A2) has just enough space for the both of us. We instantly fell in love with our new home! The pool is beautiful and well kept. On top of all of this, these beautiful units were affordable to us as college freshmen! I couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone. Alamo Park is definitely somewhere that we’d be proud to bring guests and show our lovely new home to them

For the area, not a bad place to live. Peaceful, no bugs in my building even if neighbors dont say the same. I got the occasional wasp here during spring early summer but otherwise bug free. Everyone seems to lookout for everyone. Itd been nice living here over all. The biggest complaint and quite literally the only issue that has been very consistent is with communication between the office staff and myself. Main issues thatre bound to come about are due to the property not being brand new, again aside from any communication, just dont expect it at all. There have been numerous amounts of work orders or calls or coming up into the office myself to try to get something handled, but no one (aka Hailey or Rene) seems to be motivated to do anything in the office expect Katie. Praise God for Katie. Rene and Hailey have been RUDE but ultimately Katie has been very pleasant making the overall experience, pleasant. Communication is the key to success and if these people could just comprehend that maybe theyd be a little bit further along in their careers instead of leaning to the right side other desk when the resident they fear walks in the office for a package, going to hide out of sight in order to not be called out in person for dropping the ball like a donkey. Youve been called out, but okay continue to play your defensive card instead of maintaining a professional approach and Ill have your job, HAILEY. Again, praise God for Katie.

Everything from the call to inquire about staying in this complex to walking me through the lease by Katie and Rene and even the last minute tour arranged for me by Sasha just before they closed really highlights how much of a priority they made me. Their positive attitudes and patience with me is something that touches my heart and I feel blessed to live here.

I just wanted to point out how incredibly helpful the property staff is. I will say being that I’m not from San Antonio, I was a bit nervous at first, but my transition to Texas seemed to be a breeze as the staff took the time to address any needs I might of had. When I initially came I want to say that Katie is a very helpful young lady and she explained thoroughly what was needed on my behalf. She took the time to walk to my apartment in the heat to get my work order completed. Shasha was an outstanding young lady and gave me a grand tour of the property. She is a very lovely and is very friendly. She will go out her way to help people and alot of people dont do that.

I have lived at these apartments since November 2017, and i have enjoyed living here. when i 1st walked the property i didnt care too much about about but it did have its perks considering its location, rent was reasonable for what your were getting ( I HAVE seen worse). signing day came and the apartment that was promised/reserved for me was NOT ready but the manager accommodated us. The other apartment was WAY better!!!I LOVE my apartment! I have wonderful neighbors. I pay my rent on time , maintenance always take care my work orders promptly, never had issue with any of the managers. Honestly its all about respect and how you carry yourself. Yeah, you get your crazies come through but over all its a nice cozy place you can call home!!Its all on up to you!!

I’ve had trouble with the ac since move in here and the new management got me a brand new unit! Hailey in the office is also a joy to speak with, super friendly and always nice no matter the situation. I have only been in San Antonio for a couple years and was told this is a bad neighborhood but I haven’t had any problems living here and for the most part it’s nice and quiet.

Julie was great and communicated everything effectively, and the apartment is super affordable and spacious and there are a lot of great amenities.Update 5/7/20 Had such a great experience today, I had got locked out of my apartment on the patio as the security bar and fallen in place, with all of my security locks and deadbolts in place also, and called management. Julie and Norma both showed up within a few moments to make sure I was safe and offered me bottles of water while I waited, as they couldnt get in with a key due to my security deadbolts. Genaro, the man from maintenance, was up a ladder and on my balcony and had me back in, all in less than half an hour. We laughed the entire time, and I couldnt have asked for a better response. So appreciative of their hard work today. Will definitely be renewing my lease.

I LOVE this apartment complex!! I moved into a one bedroom/ one bath, with my fiancé and we have had such a great experience here!! Our apartment is pretty big considering the fact that we got the smallest 1 bedroom that they had to offer. They supplied us with washer and dryer connections, and great working amenities. The staff is super friendly and nice. I love the fact that they interact with their residences through monthly newsletters sent by email. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and are always available to contact whenever there are problems. I would definitely recommend living here! Management offers great move in specials, and referral specials as well. The property itself is beautiful! They have two swimming pools and a sand volleyball court, also reserved parking! My fiancé and I love living here and plan on staying here until we are ready to buy a house, but for now, this place is definitely our home! 5 stars all the way!!!

Ive lived here for a year and a half now. No complaints. Fair property for the side of town very well kept together. Gates always broken but towing company is on it if someone who doesnt live here is parked in tenants spots. My carpet had cuts and was coming up even though it wasnt visible complex still replaced the whole carpet(took a little long but got done). Not a lot of kids live here so it isnt too loud, a lot of single people, couples and military live here. The previous reviews Ive read make me laugh because I dont witness any of the things they are saying. Maintenance is always on top of the work orders and send in and my hot water is never out. The staff is very nice and apologizes every time I complain about something going on. My rent is fair, a good complex from my experience.

My heater wasn’t working properly so I called the office to put in a work order. They looked at the heater the same day, and realized parts needed to be ordered. In the meantime, they provided a portable heater and everything was fixed within three days! Not to mention, those three days were a weekend!

Looks like new management just took over this place. They seems to be more competent than previous management which most of the bad reviews are from. I am hoping that the maintenance and service would improve from now on as this is a great place in very well situated location. The Maintenance seems to be a bit strangling in the beginning as its a new takeover so I am sure there are hiccups. One great thing that was changed is all new residents gets to see the units before they sign the lease. Yahoo ! During my visit, they also told me about the exterior and interior rehab that is being done. The gates are going to be fixed after 4-5 years of down.

Usually don’t use leave reviews but customer service was impeccable. First I was greeted with smiles at the door by Kesia it really stood out cause normally I’d go in and the agents would stay seated so that was a plus.. Next was the tour even tho some of the amenities were closed Kesia still gave me a full tour! I liked that she walked the apartment with me, most leasing agents just sit back and let you walk but not Kesia she was so awesome makes you feel right at home. If the time frame had fit mine I definitely would’ve leased here for sure she had me sold.

Ive been a resident for 4 months already, the staff in the office and maintenance have all been friendly and helpful. Anytime I have a question they are there to answer and if I need something fixed they come in a timely manner. Then theyll follow up to make sure the work was completed and the issue was taken care of. I would recommend this property to someone looking for a nice place to live at a reasonable price.

I have lived here several years now and I havent had much of a problem but my subflooring is pretty bad I sprain my ankle and they are helping me get into another place to get it resolved. My only big complaint is there is no parking available any given day. The maintenance men are amazing they really take care of things you need fast and friendly.

I have been at the facility for a year now first management was deplorable, but since new management took over last summer everything changed, things get done, the place looks different...the office staff is so friendly helpful and carrying.. I have had many visits and not once have the attitudes and treatment been any different, Julie Barnes is great also...property is as clean as they can keep it, granted tenants need to do their part its not only a on sided thing. My building although its under esthetic repairs is quiet, neighbors are all quiet..Id definitely reccomend this place ... rents are seemingly affordable as well..Tenant #821

Love this place! So cozy, well decorated, and the landscaping is absolutely beautiful. Certainly very well managed! Management and staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. The pool......omg! I feel like Im on a tropical island when I visit the pool! Overall wonderful place to live!

I moved into a small 1 bed room apartment at this location and I love the style. Maintenance was fast getting the apartment ready and the office staff were awesome. Chelsey was really cool about getting me my papers and answered all my questions. The location works for me because HEB, Walmart etc. Is right down the street. I recommend this place highly 😀👍👍👍

I just completed my lease here I absolutely loved these apartments and their team management worked with me on my rent while after I gave birth to my daughter they always came when I had any issues with my apartment there mantence team is great Genorald the maintenance guy was the best he fixed every issue I had if there 2bedrooms were so pricey I would had resigned and stayed the only big issue was parking it would get full fast and I would have to park far away from my apt and one time my car got broken into so look out other than that I loved it my time was amazing here Im really going to miss these apartments

I have lived at the lodge which is now the Alamo Park Apartments for 8 months and the first five months I was there at the lodge it was awful since Alamo has been there I have to give them a compliment they have listened to the problems and they have resolved many of them and the few months that they have been there Michelle and her staff has done a excellent job I would stay myself but I have a commitment on my new occupation but I do recommend it at this time that you will be taken care of and treated like human beings when I first moved in at the lodge I had tears in my eyes I came from California there and I was so disappointed and hurt of the condition of my apartment but I thank God that someone who cares is there to help the tenants be comfortable
