I have lived in the Med Center Advenir for years now, and under this new management the place is well kept, the trash is placed in the dumpster, and the maintenance response time is quick and efficient! The apartment grounds are quiet, clean and well lit. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone if they are looking for a nice convenient place to live.

Wow! I was very pleased to get such an amazing welcome from Ashley! Other places that Id been touring, the agents did not seem to be genuinely ready to assist. However, as soon as I entered the leasing office, she was quick to acknowledge me to let me know that shed assist once she finished with the client that she was working with. Shortly afterwards, we talked pricing, and floor plans. Not only that, but the conversation was flowing and we talked about so much! Listen, I came here because I work in the area and needed to be close to work. I really wanted a newer product, but the price, renovations, along with the customer service, quickly changed my mind! I was worried about the other so/so reviews that I read regarding the complex, but that all faded away when I walked in the door! Thanks to Ms. Ashley and her wonderful customer service, I am definitely going to be leasing here. Im so glad that I can finally stop searching!

Jesse R. has been an exemplary agent for Advenir. He was available on the weekend to help with a tour. Hes been marvelously responsive; even stayed late to facilitate us moving in on our target date. Beyond that, has been our go-to for any contact we need with Advenir; highly recommend him and hope his ethos of customer service becomes the guideline.The neighborhood seems quiet, especially at night. The apartments are well insulated from outside heat and sounds. The decor is a good template upon which to add your unique style. Apartments meet all of your needs and basic comforts.Maintenance staff is prompt and polite. Valet trashmen are kind and helpful. Apps and portal help get the job done.Outstanding experience so far and hope it continues.

Leasing agent Roshelle is extremely friendly. Roshelle thoroughly told me everything I needed to know if In wanted to be a tenant. She showed me the Mira Mar floor plan and allowed me time to video and followed up with her walking me through the unit. I have never toured a property where I was told by the leasing agent and I quote “ we want you to live here”, that made me feel wanted and not like a person just interrupting your day. Roshelle is an asset to Advenir at Med Ctr and they should be luckily to have her representing their property.

Moved in about a month ago. I do have to say that compared to where I moved from (Galleria) this place is 1000x cleaner. Even though its near the freeway/major intersection I cant really say the traffic is bad. They also offer trash pick up except on Saturdays. Cross my fingers but a few of my neighbors say this place never floods.... Cause Houston. Overall I like living here as its reasonably affordable & I havent seen a outside distrubances.

John Lennon once said Life is what happens when you are busy making other plans. This quote never made sense to me until my son was diagnosed with AML a year and half ago.The road through treatment has long and frought with sacrifice. Friendships, jobs, belongings, and even our home were swept away in the whirlwind of this tragic situation.Our journey brought our family to M.D. Anderson. We had nearly nothing. Only the money to cover an apartment for a few months.We are from a small town in Northern PA, so looking for a place to live in the city was VERY intimidating! But, fortunately, we found Advenir at The Med Center!Jesse, the front line man of this wonderful establishment, met us with an empathetic warmth and understanding that is just not common to this day and age. Despite not knowing us, he championed our cause for finding a home in this new place with the type of furvor and dedication one could only expect from family. He made every part of the process easy and smooth.After we moved in, Jesse has continued to followup with us, as well as, responded to every issue promptly and professionally! And its not just Jesse that has impressed me. Ashley has always met me with that very same kindness and warmth EVERY time we have interacted. And Mr. Sayead (I hope I didnt skewer that spelling haha) has shown to be an incredibly reasonable person with a good eye for knowing those out there that are worth investing in!Top to bottom, Advenir at The Med Center has done everything right in not only making renting easy, but making us feel like our family got bigger! I would recommend them to any family looking at a long-term stay in Houston. 10 out of 10!

I moved in here about a month ago and everything was smooth and organized. The manager, Rosa was and has always been very polite and helpful every time I walk in there. The other leasing staff havent given me any reasons to complain either. Theyve been polite and helpful as well anytime Im there. I had to get a covered parking because of negative reviews I read from other people concerning parking and towing of guest vehicles. But honestly, so far I havent seen any indication of such as theres always more than enough spaces to park when I get home. Also I barely have visitors so I cant speak for sure on that. The place is pretty peaceful and decent as far as I can tell. Good drainage and swift responses from their maintenance guys.

Naveera is a big help. She gets all issues handled expeditiously. The apartment in general is very quiet for the most part. I have had no complaints so far. Maintenance is very quick. My only tip for the apartment is to have a crew pick up trash in the parking lot. Other than that the stay is very comfortable.

I’ve been here since July 2018 and love it here! Since moving in Alex was by my side every step of the way. If I ever had a question I could call and she would be there for me! I haven’t had any issues with maintenance, roaches, or noisy neighbors. They are pet friendly too. This is a very convenient apartment complex close to the stadium, restaurants, the galleria, and downtown! Rent is decent for the location. I have moved to a bigger apartment in this same complex for that reason. I would 10/10 recommend.

I stayed in this complex for 10 years while I worked at the medical center. I would not have moved from there if I didn’t get a job transfer. The place changed management but I can say that as any place with different management there is always a little hiccups. I truly recommend this apartment complex for anyone who is looking for a place to work close to everything. The staff are prompt to answer any questions or concerns. Overall this complex deserves 5 stars.

Living at Advenir is a great experience. Alexandria is wonderful. She is so lovely, sweet and welcoming and remembers my name every time. She is always available to help you with everything. The mail service is fantastic; I havent experienced issues with mailing boxes and sometimes dont need to say my unit number because they already know it. The maintaining staff is very prompt, and we feel safe living here. It is a healthy environment to live, relaxed and calm.

I have lived here close to a year now and I have no complaints. My leasing Agent Alex made the move an easy transition. The leasing staff here have always been friendly and attentive to community and my own individual concerns. The maintenance staff were quick to respond to all of my work orders. I haven’t had any issues with roaches, and rarely have trouble finding parking even when I’m getting home from a late night. Also you can’t beat the location, right across from NRG stadium, not too far from Universities and the Medical District.

I love these apartments. I’ve been here for a year and it’s been nothing but peace and quiet. I have a covered car port, so no worries with parking. Security walks around 24 hours so we are safe and secure. Alex, in the front office, is amazing! No matter what issues I have, from changing a filter, to stopping the chirp-chirp of my smoke detector, maintenance is prompt and fixes all issues immediately. My teenagers and I love it here and just renewed our lease. ❤️

As a resident here at Advenir for a year now, I must say I am very satisfied with all the facilities and provisions the apartment complex has to offer. I have a place a special shoutout to the maintenance team. They have gone above and beyond, every single time, to fix any issues I have reported online. The turnover is really fast, usually gets fixed within 24hours, and at the worst, 2 days.Special remarks go out to the staff at the leasing office as well. I am very impressed at their professionalism and prompt attention to all issues, always seeking to be better and doing everything to help out in every means possible.The complex takes all issues serious and maintenance is ongoing. I am very much impressed with the cleanliness of the entire complex. I moved to TX from Maryland, and for this price I pay every month for an apartment, I am very very appreciative.Thank you very much Advenir at the Med Center.

Wonderful complex! The management is organized and kind. The apartments are clean, no bugs, no mess. I stayed in 2012 when the rates were cheaper too. They have a beautiful pool and a nice grill as well as a small gym area. Printing is easy too.

I am currently a resident here and I would honestly say that the shift in management was most definitely felt. However, I give this place 4 stars because it is very safe, gate always in working order, quiet, neighbors are very friendly. I am a single mother that comes home pretty late some nights with my girls and I never feel afraid to walk to my apartment.I personally like the valet trash service and have no complaints about it.Whenever I put in maintenance requests they have always been responded to in a timely manner.There are some cons...1. The price of the rent increase for loyal tenants is ridiculous esp when you pay more money for the same carpet that I asked several times to at least be shampooed, same old appliances in which I put work orders that were answered but need to be replaced if Im going to be paying close to what new residents with new appliances pay2. Parking is terrible, you will be towed, not enough visitor parking. Yes you get a permit but there arent enough spaces for the amount of residents... to fix this have company really early or dont have company at all, buy a$35 carport, or you will have to be home by at least 7 or good luck finding a place.I have enjoyed my stay for the most part, Ive been here for a year and a half. The only reason Im considering not renewing is because of the ridiculous price increase to renew your lease. There are several other more updated apartments around the area for the price that I will have to pay to renew again.Hope this helps! Good luck!

I moved in August of 2019 and have had a very positive experience here. The staff is friendly and the mail room service is a big plus for me. The security is good. Only downside is that there is very limited visitor parking and often times it’s impossible to even find resident parking when it’s past 10 PM.

Im a resident @ Advenir @ the Med Center on Buffalo speedway. Havent been here quite a year yet, and my experience thus far has been pretty good. Im especially very fond of Warren. I received a large package today, Warren called me to let me know it had arrived and shared with me that I would need help placing it in my vehicle. I called my daughter she came over and Warren assisted her with loading the package into my daughters vehicle without question. Thank you Warren so very much, you really made my day because you didnt have to do it. God bless you young man in all of your days. I salute you and I love your smile.

I love living here. The management is very friendly and the maintenance team is very prompt and has very honest people. Shoutout to them for returning my phone upon finding it on the sidewalk. Only biggest issue is Parking. Hardly any visitor spots.

Thank goodness. This place is on a high plain so when the flooding happens in houston this place is safe. The apartment seems to be on the ball with mantenece. We just moved in. Besides the pot smoker below us everything is good. Even the small apartments they offer have a good layout and if you wait for the right time...the pricing is great!

Finding a place to live in Houston via internet search only was not easy. However, I stumbled across Advenir at The Med Center and decided this place was the best fit for my family. The location is great (next to NRG stadium) and minutes away from the VA Hospital. I love the amenities and the atmosphere of the apartment complex. The staff is awesome especially Alexandria Jones assisted me every step of the way with my relocation to Houston from El Paso. They take great pride into getting to know each residents, they are very personal and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
