    Living at Adobe spring has been great since move in. People from office have been very courteous, and helpful since application process all the way to every time a request needs to be placed. Place is very quiet, spacious, trash gets picked every night as promised, and the residents here are very pleasant to be around. Price for what they offer is very fair, you’re close to restaurants, transportation, schools and hospitals. Glad I made a great by picking these apartments.

    This apartment has been fantastic! The space is bright and modern, with all the essentials I need. The amenities, especially the pool and fitness center, are a huge plus. Its also in a great neighborhood, with restaurants, parks, and public transit nearby. The management is friendly and quick to handle any issues. A great place to call home

    Tour tour tour with Jessica 🧛‍♀️had an amazing experience and now I know that I am going to lease my apartment from here it is a nice community they have a few amenities that I was interested in the gym is a little lackluster if you’re a gym goer but everything else makes up for it they have a fire pit a nice pool a ping-pong table and cornhole highly recommend going on a tour with Jessica you won’t regret it

    GREAT CHOICE! Our move process was very easy, great neighbors, and great communication from the office. I moved in a while ago but haven’t had a chance to leave a review, I figured this would be a great time since the tropical storm/hurricane hit.There was hardly any flooding and it went away so fast. Everyone was quick to cleaning and helping out. Power came back on after one day of not having it, amazing! Especially in this heat.Very friendly out here and I’m so happy with the parking situations! I love having a designated spot to not worry about when I come home from late shifts— and it’s right outside my new home.

    These apartments are nice, reasonably priced, and offer many convenient amenities. The new manager Linda, was extremely helpful and willing to work with my needs while trying to find an apartment. My overall experience was very positive and Im looking forward to moving in.

    I have been living at adobe springs apartments since September 2023 and like all places once I moved in to my place which I love, it needed some work here and there and the maintenance team took care of all as soon as it was possible. The management team, Angela, Nelly and Lorena had been nothing but awesome to me. They always listen to me and my needs towards my apartment and do what they can to make my living at adobe springs pleasant and it has been that way. I am happy to live here and I just want to thank the wonderful management team for being so understanding and caring for me and I can say all residents.

    I previously lived on Adobe Springs Apartments for almost 8 years and now returning to my home. Management has been outstanding in promptly moving me back in. They are always very professional and efficient. Lorena and Nelly have been very helpful and proficient in moving me back into an apartment. I look forward to living there once more with no issues & no problems and anything I need taken care of management & maintenance will be on top of it as in the past and I feel safe moving back there.     The staff here have been extremely helpful and willing to work with my needs while trying to find an apartment. The apartments are nice, and reasonably priced, which these days is a hard combination to find. The area is surprisingly quiet, and the grounds are well maintained, with plenty of amenities to keep me busy in my free time.

    Ive spent almost a year at Adobe Springs Apartment, and overall, I would say it has been a good experience. From the start, the leasing agent gave me a welcoming experience explaining things very well and being attentive to what I had to say making the leasing process very easy. I feel like they have a great management team that has been smooth to work with and have been responsive to any issues Ive had.As for the apartment complex itself, there are plenty of good amenities. Within walking distance, there is a grocery store, Walgreens, and some fast food options. When driving, its near a highway making it easy to go to work. Also, the gym is well-equipped and the pool is kept clean. In general, the apartment is kept clean and has a nice quiet environment.While the apartment unit has its quirks, it serves its purpose and has been reliable, especially during the summer months, and does it all with a decent price that doesnt make me homeless.In general, I would say Adobe Springs is a convenient, well-maintained living space with a good array of amenities that doesnt break the bank.

    So far, so good. Nelly was very helpful with the application process.Some things do need work with the complex, though. The walk-in gate right by my apartment has been broken for weeks, meaning I have to walk around from the other gate, and the lack of visitor parking is a pain.

    Great place , they accommodate all of my need and requirements ,everyone in the office were really helpful and they did everything in a timely manner informed me on everything that needed to be done during the process and the possess was fast and easy took about a week for me to get approved and showed me multiple units , the apartments them self’s are great.     Been living here since July and I love it! Had any kitchen sink overflow one night around 11pm and maintenance was there within 10min ti fix the issue (even after office hours!) staff are so friendly and helpful and they even given out free snacks and drinks! Pizza day was my favorite 😊 will definitely be resigning

    Not a fan of rent nearly doubling after my first year here for no good reason.I paid a premium for a unit with a washer and dryer, but the washing machine was the size of a 5 gallon bucket so take a look at the laundry machine if you tour. Id be lucky to wash 3 pairs of pants in one load so I was forced to use the public laundry rooms, but they were always busted and kept stealing my money with neither the apartment nor the company taking responsibility to fix the machines. I ended up having to buy a regular size washing machine and have the apartment come take their miniature. (I think it measured to be something like a 1.3 cubic ft washer so I bought GE GUD27EESNWW which is 3.9 cubic feet and just barely fit in the same space)This was my first place so after seeing some of the reviews mentioning catalytic converter theft I put in a ring camera to watch my truck. Then someone popped the toolbox on my truck looking for power tools and the battery operated ring camera only caught the guy walking to/from the truck to his car so I got another camera for the parking lot. Since then, my neighbor 2 doors down had his catalytic converter stolen, and there has been 2 car break-ins that have prompted the victims to approach me for footage. The gate is busted more often than not.Improvements made since Ive been here:- trash valet service - Not a fan of paying for a service that I dont use because I can take my own trash to the dumpsters, but the addition of this service appears to have eliminated the trash mountains piled by the dumpsters when I moved in because 3/4 of the trash would be chucked at the side of the dumpsters instead of inside them- installation of ez tag style gate sensor- replaced the roofing shingles - took them 3 years of failed patchwork before they just replaced it. Seems to have helped with the pill bug infestations pouring out of the kitchen pantry. Now for the first time Im seeing baby roaches so thats a new problem

    I lived here for a year but recently left due to transfer of work. My experience was favorable. I never had any issues that couldnt be handled in a timely manner. The apartments are filled with working people who respect each other. I would like to thank Cassandra, Natalia and Audrey for always assisting me when I had a question or concern. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this apartment complex.

    Hey this place is as good as it was 47 years ago when they were brand new. I know because I lived here then. I came back to help an old friend in fact, my best friend for 55 years who has COPD and dying of liver cancer. So I liked it then and I like them now and the girls that work in office are terrific.     My name is Deborah Jones I have lived in Adobe community for 2years and I am pleased with the location and access to the freeway and its 7 miles from my job. The staff at Adobe Springs are professional, friendly and treat you like family. I have never had an issue in my apartment that wasnt taken care of in a timely manner. Maintenance crew are very nice and have a will to do attitude. Overall great place to live.

    Lived here for 2 years I’ve never had any issues with the ladies in the office they have always been respectful, attentive, & professional the maintenance man is also wonderful. I gave them a 5 star for my own personal experience the neighbors have been so kind. I did have a short term problem with roaches that was fixed quick I am a clean person so I made sure all my four walls where protected from any little creatures crawling in. I do want to say that if you’re the type of person to have family & friends visit you be ready to have no parking for anyone I suggest renting out and extra parking spot for your guests. DO NOT park in random parking spots please be respectful cus the residents are quick to tow your vehicle and I don’t blame them. Other than that it was an awesome 2 years staying at these apartment the area is fantastic everything is so close to you or a small drive away. THANK YOU TO NATALIA SHES AWESOME!

    I have lived here for a year and just signed another year lease. I live in a second floor 2 bedroom, 1 bath w/ a stacked washer & dryer and love it. The rooms are big with a walk in closet in the Master. High vaulted ceiling in the living room really opens up the space. My neighbors have lived here for years and are very friendly and considerate. No noise issues. Walls are very thick, can’t hear my neighbors at all. Service requests have been prompt and the Office ladies are curtious and helpful. Close to 290 & 610 freeways & parks. I was also assured that they did not experience and flood damage from Hurricane Harvey when I moved in. Had a roach problem when I moved in but after a couple treatments, problem is gone. You can request a monthly treatment as well.CONS- parking is limited and there is NO Visitor Parking. You can purchase an additional spot for a monthly fee however. Gym is only open during business hours and not on the weekends. Pretty useless if you work an 8-5pm job. Currently major road construction on Watonga between 34 st & 43st so getting in/out of the complex is a hassle. Trash dumpsters are only located at the back of the complex so u have to Drive your trash to the dumpsters.Overall, small inconveniences compared to my overall experience living here. Would recommend.

    Im going on 4 years of living here and about sign another lease. For the area the apts are very affordable. Office management, Audrey and Cassandra, are very pleasant, professional, and friendly. I have referred friends in the past to the property. HEB, WalMart, El Rancho, and Walgreens are all within 1-15 minutes away making this a convenient location. As long as my work drive is 30 minutes from here I will continue to rent.
