1900 Pacific is Incredible!!! Kim & Hallie are Outstanding and can’t forget about Dan and John they are so welcoming!! Everyone here is extremely friendly, needless to say the building is always clean and anytime I need help with anything they’re always ready to help right away. The views from the rooftop and all the amenities that are provided here areTop-notch! Definitely recommend giving it a tour if you plan on moving to downtown Dallas. There are so many great parks, restaurants and attractions within walking distance of the building! -

My wife and I really enjoyed living at 1900 Pacific! We were pleased with the amenities and the state of the apartment. Dan and Ahmad in particular were wonderful in terms of taking care of the residents and making us feel at home. We will miss them! -

I moved to 1900 about 2 years ago, and when my lease was up I looked at a few other options downtown.Ultimately, i realized i wanted to change my view, not building!i signed my third lease here recently and couldnt be happier!Everyone from the Cleaning team, Maintenance guys, security and management team as well as the owner are working in sync, to make it a great experience living here!Cheers to more renewals! -

New Resident here at 1900 Pacific. There are 3 reasons why I decided to move here and their names are Michelle, Dan, and Ahmad. These three individuals take care of the day-to-day business operations at 1900 Pacific. Unlike a 3rd party apartment management team, these individuals work directly for the owner ensuring a phenomenal resident experience. Any issues that come up with maintenance are taken care of immediately. The building is very clean and safe. And there is just an overall “homey” feel to the entire complex. I consider Michelle, Dan, and Ahmad friends of mine as they go above and beyond for me just as my friends would. Highly recommend 1900 Pacific and tell them Samy sent you.- Samy 🥂. -

This is the best property to live in downtown Dallas .Safe, clean, and friendly atmosphere!Absolutely loved it! -
Review 6 (2022-05-13 - Rating: 5)
The 1900 has been my favorite place that I have ever lived at in Dallas; truly feels like home. Great location, apartment layouts, views, and amenities. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, bars, and activities. The building owner is very hands on, something you’re not likely to see at any other building. The staff are top notch. Eric (Leasing Office Manager) is very kind, helpful, and accessible. I’ve always received his undivided attention and truly get the sense that he cares about the residents and community. Dan (VP of Operations) is always everywhere at once, finding a way to make residents life more convenient and the property just that much better. Ray’s maintenance is the best I’ve ever seen or experienced as a renter in the city. Always friendly and ready to serve.Great community, it’s easy to get along with everyone and make friends- just be cool (Friends only, no “friends of friends”) 😎 -

Renewed my lease with ease. Im constantly reminded of the effort and love that the owner and people who work here put into this building and community! Im really grateful to be here!Pros: love my studio, music room, staff, events, and cost!Cons:Windows do not open (quality of air is really good on the other hand, I never have to use my air purifier anymore). The front doors let in noize and air from the hallway, as evident by the sound it makes while moving when the neighbors across close their door. Outside/neighbors noize is quite minor. Once in awhile you will hear city noize, as this is downtown. The area is pretty quiet in general, and the park downstairs is really nice. I love that there are so many parks around us! -

Ahmad and Dan are the best leasing agents!! They are very quick to assist me with any needs I may have, and they make 1900 pacific feel like home. The apartment complex itself is wonderful. I definitely recommend 1900 pacific to anyone! -
Review 9 (2023-10-20 - Rating: 5)
1900 Pacific Residences has been my home for several years now. The reasons that I renew my lease are simple. It’s a beautiful property. The leasing staff, in particular Kim and Dan are simply delightful to interact with and never make the residents feel as if we are a distraction, never rude or unkind in anyway to current or potential residents. The building is clean. The rooftop is amazing! The location is great as well! -
Review 10 (2023-08-28 - Rating: 5)
Excellent Downtown Living ExperienceI recently concluded my lease in a downtown apartment and had an outstanding experience. The staff and management were exceptional, providing great support throughout my stay. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to all the downtown attractions. The units were modern and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The management organized community events that fostered a sense of belonging. While parking and homeless presence were expected downsides of downtown living, they did not detract from the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this apartment complex for its great staff, management, location, units, amenities, and community events. Thanks 1900 -

My time here has been pleasant experience since move in! The building manager Dan is very attentive, helpful, and maintains an exuberant presence. His team follows his lead and maintains the same amount of care for each resident. Kim and Hallie are always a delight to have a friendly conversation with and are very with any problems that come up. One of my favorite perks of the building has been events that really bring together the tenants and allows for the neighbors to meet and greet monthly. -
Review 12 (2023-08-16 - Rating: 5)
Only lived here for a few weeks now, so will update if necessary, but as of now, Im thoroughly impressed with this community! From inquiring about availability, to signing a lease and moving in, Kim in the office was so helpful and dealt with all of my questions with such patience. Halle and Dan, who also work in the office, are great too, just in the couple of times Ive interacted with them! Most of the residents Ive run into have been very friendly as well. Ive had a couple of unpleasant interactions with some residents, but that will happen anywhere! The apartments themselves are huge and very well designed. My only complaint with the apartments are the shower heads. The apartments have huge showers and the shower heads are subpar (small, low water pressure).Overall, I really enjoy living here! I hope my experience remains positive throughout my lease! -
Review 13 (2023-08-17 - Rating: 5)
New resident here! 1900 Pacific are lovely, quiet, spacious homes, with great amenities and a great staff. Dan was the one who assisted me and is very nice especially during my move in. Which hasn’t been a week yet! Had a maintenance request, handled same day! I come from the West End area downtown and I feel safer here at 1900.. My new home is spacious and everything works very well! I’m so glad I decided on 1900!!! -

Great property with great location, I can not even describe how unique and comfortable this building is and has so much to offer from the amenities to the views to even how calm and noise resistant the apartments are. Definitely an amazing recommendation to anyone trying to get an experience with Dallas or downtown living. -
Review 15 (2021-12-20 - Rating: 5)
This is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in and I’ve had a great experience in every aspect.- Management: Jessica, Misty, and Eric in the leasing office are so kind and engaging. They are always on top of things and really do care about everyone in the building. Dan, who works security, is awesome as well!- Amenities: The building offers basically everything one could want. Pool, gym, bike room, art room, you name it. Everything is clean and well taken care of. Parking is available at a reasonable price too.- Security: The building is very secure and I feel safe going in and out at any time day or night.Location: Tons of cool places and restaurants around and the walkability can’t be beat.To top it off, the residents here are great and I’ve gotten to know many of them through our monthly resident gatherings. It’s truly a fantastic place to live! -
Review 16 (2020-06-28 - Rating: 5)
I lived here for 14 months, and was the first tenant in my unit. Simplest description of the place is that it has a classy interior and exterior, and is the only apartment where multiple staff members knew me by name and unit because they actually tried.Would recommend to anyone moving downtown. Issues fixed within 24 hours, staff actually enjoyed helping, and the construction was excellent. Great taste in both interior and exterior remodel. -
Review 17 (2021-04-14 - Rating: 5)
This building is absolutely breathtaking. they have hand selected everything to make this quite literally the most unique building in downtown dallas. residents and staff are so friendly and helpful. the restaurant on the corner is to die for and has an amazing new menu. prompt responses from management and the concierge service and feel from this building is unmatched. i feel very safe living in the busy downtown knowing that the concierge is respectfully taking care of who comes and goes. great community - would give ten stars if i could -
Review 18 (2019-02-20 - Rating: 5)
1900 is an amazing place to live at; especially if you work in downtown or nearby. Its very dog friendly with the pet spa, located in the building, and Main Street Garden Park a couple blocks away. The staff is INCREDIBLE and is the best thing about this place. They always greet you with a smile and are so quick with responding back to you on any questions/issues you have. The most enjoyable experience Ive ever had living in an apartment!edit: Ive lived here for a year by myself with my dog. Looking at other reviews speaking about parking, it definitely can be tricky but thats just the nature of living downtown sometimes. -
Review 19 (2018-06-04 - Rating: 5)
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my apartments. This is my first time living downtown and living here is so convenient. My business is literally right in the same building and I am surrounded by all of the cool spots in downtown. The staff is super friendly! If I need help with ANYTHING, they make sure they can help me to the best of their abilities. This place is super chic, sexy, modern, mid-century luxe. I have never seen anything like it and the photos you see on the web doesnt do it ANY JUSTICE. Come see for yourself! -
Review 20 (2023-06-27 - Rating: 5)
The office staff at 1900 Pacific residences are top notch. Kimberly helped me the entire way through my move and made things simple and flexible. She also saw another unit come available while I was looking and thought I’d like it better, she showed me and I did! -
Review 21 (2021-07-25 - Rating: 5)
Great place to live! The staff is friendly, available, and always willing to help. Special shout-out to Jessica and Musty, the app is fixed! The place is solidly built, I never hear the neighbors through the walls, unlike other apartments in which I have lived. The common areas are well maintained and clean. Cannot say enough good things about the place. -
Review 22 (2018-03-26 - Rating: 5)
Weve been living here for about 3 months now and Id have to say its been pretty amazing. I absolutely love my apartment and all of the amenities. The staff Kym, Ray and also the manager( Can not think of her name) but all are truly amazing. They know everyone by name and always willing to help. Even met the owner and he is great as well. Would definitely recommend this apartment. -
Review 23 (2019-04-09 - Rating: 5)
Staff Review: Kym and the rest of the staff have been extremely helpful throughout my entire relocation process. They have went above and beyond the standard I would expect. Their eagerness to promptly answer all of my questions in a timely manner was stress relieving when relocating from 1,000 miles away.Apartment Review: Maybe it is due the boring design that Ive become accustomed to in the Midwest but I am loving the modernized look of my studio apartment. To be honest, seeing pictures of the shower is what sold me on it and seeing it today in person reaffirmed that decision. -
Review 24 (2019-12-24 - Rating: 5)
My boyfriend and I just moved into the building and we are very happy with our decision to live at 1900. We looked at several places, all over town, and ultimately decided on here for two reasons: 1. Finish-out: Everything is fairly new and in addition to all of the built-ins, the ginormous tub inside of the glass shower sealed the deal. Maximizing the value and square footage without having to increase our budget made this part of our decision easy. 2. Michelle, the manager, toured the property with me, showing me every amenity and floor plan option that was available in our time frame. Because of her excellent customer service and patience with all of my questions, we leased the next day.The location is great, rooftop pool is gorgeous (especially at night), and our view of the new park is incredible! For what we pay, it was a no-brainer. I was initially hesitant to move here because of the reviews about the parking, as I commute everyday. The garage is tight, but this is downtown and at least it has a garage with a covered, well-lit skywalk. Garage parking is priced reasonably, and the signage and reflective mirrors in the garage show me that every effort has been made to alleviate any safety issues that could arise from the narrowness of the ramps. I leave an extra 5 minutes early and it’s not a problem. When I viewed Butler Bros, the mandatory valet parking was $125/ mo and I waited about 15-20 minutes just to get my car back after touring.I couldn’t imagine having to do that every time I needed to get to work or make a quick run to Target.Overall, we are very happy with our decision to move into 1900 Pacific and have not had any issues thus far.**Edit- After living here for a few months now, we are happy to report that we still love it here, and that we adore the staff! They are amazing- Kym, Ray, Michelle, Grace, and Jeri. Thank you, guys! -
Review 25 (2022-10-13 - Rating: 5)
The property manager was so helpful showing me around. 1900 Pacific is contemporary and has a vibe going. I love it! Also, when I toured they invited me to stay for a happy hour they were hosting as a resident event. -

Went and viewed this beautiful property today and absolutely fell in love with it ! But who was amazing was Dan ! So friendly, veryyy knowledgeable with covering every base and very professional and fun. Sometimes you get bad vibes with apartment searching but I must say this is the first time it was actually refreshing ! -

We are new tenants to the building and have officially been here two months and love it here! Everyone has been very welcoming and nice, even during the quarantine! Special shoutout to security Mr. Love-Perry! He always welcomes us every time we enter the building at night. There was a night when someone suspicious was circling the building while a friend and I were outside talking. We ran into him while doing his rounds and he stopped what he was doing and stood there with us until we felt safe again. He even made sure to check the guy out and reminded him we are on private property. Yesterday I seen the owner himself paint the walls in the loading dock/ 1hour parking area.So thankful and extremely happy to be a part of this community! -
Review 28 (2019-05-26 - Rating: 5)
Been living here a couple of months having moved from Miami and I honestly cant say anything bad about the building, staff or apartment. I dont have a car so I cant speak towards the parking, but everything else is just lovely. Ive lived in over a half dozen apartments and buildings while in Miami and I can tell you from my wealth of experience that this is by far the best place Ive lived thus far.The building is centrally located in Downtown between Deep Ellum to the east, where you get all the hipster action you could every want, Uptown to the north, where the young professionals go to play, and South Side to the south, which is a growing cultural neighborhood. You also have the Arts District nearby with museums and performing arts venues. BTW I pretty much walk and scooter everywhere to get around since everything is so close. The staff did a great job communicating with me answering all the questions I had prior to moving in and was very accommodating to all of my requests. I speak to them on a regular basis and everyone is super friendly. The building has all the amenities you could ask for and then some which unfortunately I dont even use. All in all I give the building and the 1900 team a thousand stars. Keep on truckin. -

Review 30 (2019-09-13 - Rating: 5)
I don’t write reviews as often as I should, but they are particularly important if you are looking where to live downtown. The best thing you can do in that case is talk to current residents or read these reviews..The differences can shape your entire experience from awesome all the way to running far away..I consider myself a veteran of downtown having lived down here 7 years and worked for 22 years. As previously said, yes the rooftop is fabulous and management is on point. Michelle, Ray, Randy, Kym, Beau, and security guards are a pleasure to be around, extra helpful, and always keep residents updated..I’m glad I waited to write the review, because now I’ve gotten to know them each individually and they have me as well in the last 3 months.Clear pick of all the places in central downtown district for several reasons..1. Safety - I went from looking over my shoulder and zero security to feeling at ease here. This is why you will never hear me say a word about the parking or having to walk all of 90 seconds to get in the door. The skybridge means no weather elements, great coffee place on way out in morning, and added layer of security. I no longer feel the odds are 50/50 I’m gonna pepper spray someone on the way inside at night.2. Design - Impeccable. It’s clearly well done just by looking at it first glance and you know the care was taken to make it right if it is LEED certified. It’s in the details that you can see the difference though. Extra touches like a built in wine style cooler, really nice separate bath and shower combo, cabinet style built in recycle and trash, and the common resident areas. Take a look at the entire 2nd floor and you’ll notice it. Created as a common space for residents to lounge/collaborate in and someone took care to make the furniture and artwork cool. Not just some bean bags and magazines tossed around..3. Amenities - I enjoy living downtown, but yes it comes with it’s limitations. An innovative building owner would see how much those little conveniences can add to quality of life..Like many of the residents, I have both a career work side and an artist side. Creativity is highly encouraged here and the art makerspace studio was a deciding factor for me. Musicians have a basement studio, bicycle people have a whole room for storage, gym is super nice, there is a pet spa, and even a cool gallery space ground level. Petro inside the Cambria hotel attached has a chill bar for a drink or dinner within steps of front door.4. Community - This goes hand in hand with amenities above..The design is laid out to encourage a sense of community and artistic collaboration. What I loved most about my last place was the people and connections made..With only a few exceptions, we consist of adults living alone or with a spouse. All ages...I feel like it’s important to know you have one, two, or many people you can call as neighbors when life in general goes up and down over the years...Even if you don’t have a traditional family, you can still have people to rely on or spend a holiday with every now and then..This can be vital sometimes if you have no family. Or like me, you can do both..hand pick certain events to socialize and stay in your cave the rest of the time :)I don’t really have any true complaints yet....but when I do, I will share..It’s expensive, but not more so than other places around. The increase in rent is balanced out by the low energy bill, cutting cable, and using gym here though. -
