I recently had the pleasure of working with the leasing office during my move from a different city, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Nicole and Theresa were exceptional—attentive, helpful, and always available to answer any questions I had. I had to switch apartments, and they made the process incredibly smooth and quick. They handled everything in a timely manner and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. Their level of customer service really stood out, and it made my move so much less stressful. I highly recommend this leasing office to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive team!

I really like this place. Been living here for about 4 months now and have had no problems. The staff is exceptional - super professional and friendly (shout out Sunell). Great location, walkable neighborhood and close to public transportation. Parking is free also which is hard to find downtown in any metropolitan city. As for the apartment itself - I love the big windows, high ceilings, huge kitchen, spacious balconies and walk in closet.I find it funny that most of the negative reviews come from Airbnb guests - because THEY are the problem. Most people that actually live here, don’t have the issues they have.

I recently discovered these apartments through TikTok and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The video immediately caught my attention with its stunning visuals of the amenities and modern interiors, so I decided to dig a little deeper. That’s when I came across Nicole, who was highlighted as the point of contact for tours.From the moment I reached out, Nicole was incredibly professional and helpful. She responded quickly and made scheduling a tour easy and stress-free. During the tour, she answered all my questions thoroughly, giving me all the details I needed about floor plans, amenities, and leasing options. Her friendly demeanor and expertise made the entire process enjoyable.I truly appreciated Nicole’s dedication to making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend reaching out to her. TikTok may have introduced me to these apartments, but Nicole’s professionalism sealed the deal!

I LOVE this #stayalfred location!!! It is downtown but there isnt any traffic!!!!!! Unbelievable!!! The apartment was huge, clean, and beautiful. They say no place is perfect but after staying here I can say that this place is. It is well maintained, close to nightlife within walking distance so many restaurants, gymnasium, everything you would need living downtown. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again. I loved to coffee bar with everything from cappuccino so hot chocolate to americanos

When I first moved to the community I was excited until I saw how filthy the apartment was. I had to clean it up; it was my first apartment post divorce. Disappointed!However, my new apartment is great! I like the office staff, the location, and the amenities. The main things keeping me here are definitely those 3 things. The staff members are super sweet, friendly, and take concerns seriously. The location is great! I can get to any part of town in 30 minutes or less. The amenities are cool!!The only reason for the 4 star is my original experience. Now, it would be a 5!!There is always room for improvement. However, I am overjoyed with my new place in this community!!

Latasha is the property manager that has helped me move in, and she is amazing. Looking forward to renewing my lease for sure. The staff is helpful and respectful. The building always smells so fresh and nice in the lobby in which I start using the same freshener now. When I first moved into my apartment Latasha made my move in process very simple and she was extremely understanding to fit my needs to move in immediately. I highly suggest her and her staff all will work with you of course. 5 stars on my end only negative is I liked the fob key system now we’ll be using an app lets see how that goes but thats just the building itself.

They were always on top of their game, addressing any work orders promptly and efficiently. It’s evident that they take pride in maintaining the property to a high standard.Furthermore, the staff at 1711 Caroline Street demonstrated excellent coordination and professionalism. Their responsiveness and helpfulness made living there a breeze. Whether it was answering questions or assisting with requests, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure residents’ satisfaction.In summary, Apartment 1711 Caroline Street offered a superb living experience with outstanding amenities, a pristine pool, a diligent maintenance team, and a dedicated staff. It’s a place where comfort and convenience seamlessly come together, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home.

This had to be one of the cleanest neatest most spacious places I’ve ever stayed on vacation. I love everything about it from the good smells when you walked in the hallways to the hospitality. No one bothered us the whole time we were there. It was just an amazing experience

I recently visited this property and I LOVED IT! The property was clean, quiet, and very secure. Its proximity to downtown happenings was sooo ideal. If I ever decide to move to downtown Houston this property would definitely be at the top of my list!!

I’ve lived at 1711 for almost two years now. I was one of the first residents to live here. I moved here straight out of college with not much exposure to downtown/midtown. I’ve been here to witness the growth in residents and management changes along the way. I’m so thankful that with each step the quality of service I’ve received has remained unmatched. The leasing staff has been very supportive of my life changes and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate. I don’t know what these walls are made of but I never hear my neighbors. The gym is always in excellent condition. The rooftop patio is probably my favorite amenity.. a great place to go unwind at the end of the day. I’ve met some amazing people at the pool and have enjoyed summer events thrown by management. All in all my experience at 1711 has been wonderful and they’ll have me as a resident until I no longer work downtown.The apartments are kind of on the edge of downtown which gives you the convenience of getting to freeways quickly, less noise, but still close access to downtown jobs and night life.If you’re looking for a new place, I highly recommend 1711.

Hands down, Sunell is the best! We recently had family move to America from our country (Colombia) and she helped them. She was so patient and kind. She even followed up to make sure that they moved in and got everything they needed. It can be very scary when a relative moves from a different country, but we feel confident and safe with Sunell in the office!

I have lived here since 2020 and I just renewed my lease for one more year. The location of the apartment is ideal, the amenities are great and rent is not sky high like the rest of downtown Houston. The staff is wonderful, especially Regyna who greets you with a smile

I moved into this apartment recently and love everything about it. The location is amazing, easy access to 45 south and other major highways. Maintenance request are taken care of within a day or two. The leasing agents/manager are very helpful and do all they can to accommodate request. I must also add that the view from the rooftop is amazing! I highly recommend this property!

I love my new place! I feel at home here, tenants are great here and the distance from everything is far enough to not be in the total hype and close enough to walk to it. For the close to work location, the quality, great layout, price, and great staff you just cant beat it. The elevators can be tricky with two on one side and one on the other (wish there were two on each side, just sayin) but I can walk around if I need to get to my floor in a pinch. Still a great and awesome place to live!

1711 Caroline provides an adequate living experience in Downtown Houston. My review takes location, my personal experience and 1711s perceived value into consideration when determining an appropriate star rating.While 1711 is far from a luxury apartment, it checks all the boxes re: standard amenities one would expect (i.e., gym, package lockers, pool, game room, rooftop terrace, bbq grills, etc.) in a modern apartment. While there has been noticeable turnover among the front-office staff (I moved in around Fall 2018), their overall demeanor has always been pleasant. I can personally vouch for Christines responsiveness re: questions/concerns I have. At this price point and with current move-in specials, its a hard deal to beat. From a transportation perspective, its a convenient location thats near 45 & 59.Now, on to the negatives. This could be considered a sketchy area with several homeless people in close proximity (my balcony overlooks where some homeless people sleep each night) though thats par for the course downtown. The windows in my unit dont do a great job of keeping the noise out at night (but you get used to it), the elevator is often down (conversely - they fix it rather quickly) & I wish the entire garage was gated (i.e., youd be required to enter a code to access even visitors parking - think Block 334).While there are some quirks and concerns regarding the property & surrounding area, the price makes it (in my opinion) worth the stay. If you want luxury, Im sure Aris at Market Square - or another similar property - can provide all you need at a MUCH higher price. Ill update my thoughts/opinions closer to my lease renewal.
