The carpets look amazing, I hope they stay clean for a good while, with 4 dogs it makes it difficult to stay clean for long so we will see how well they hold up. I am very pleased with the results!

Beau was amazing! Explained the process, gave me a fair quote after onsite assessment that was very close to online quote + the unknowns discussed at that time. Beau was done in less than 90 minutes for 4 bedrooms (2 very large), a big playroom, and 3 area rugs. And to state the carpet’s wear, we had 2 elderly dogs AND a couple of fosters who had left their marks in many places with many different media. 😳 All over the course of ~9 months. I had spot-cleaned but old habits with cleaners and then less-great effort with a handheld steam cleaner left us with minor spots and lots of lingering smells. Ew. Now…everything is great! Everything looks and smells back to neutral. And the colors of the area rugs are back to life. Highly recommend!

We had a really great experience with Zerorez and I would highly recommend their services. Scheduling is easily done online or with a phone call and they’re had good availability. We were given an arrival window and the tech called with an ETA to let us know what to plan for. He arrived promptly and gave a great overview of the services and timeframe. He finished quickly and took care of a few other small things in the process. We were very pleased with the level of service and felt our technician was very professional. We plan on using their services again in the future.

It has been such a pleasure dealing with Zerorez! Setting up the appt was so easy. I had to reschedule and it was just as easy. John, the technician, was amazing! He was knowledgeable and friendly. Was very transparent about any extras that were available to me. We had recently adopted two rescue dogs and it’s has been a learning curve with crate training. John did an excellent job with cleaning the pet stains and being understanding of doggie behavior. I can’t recommend him and Zerorez enough!

Ive been a Zerorez customer (commercial and residential) about seven years and like the process, finished product and great staff. Sal just spent several hours cleaning most every flooring surface in my house (carpet, area rugs, tile and linoleum) and did a wonderful job. Ask the tech to demonstrate the dry debris being vacuumed out of your area rug, done before they do the cleaning process. Very eye opening, especially when you think you do a pretty good job of regular vacuuming! The attached picture shows a sample after just a few sweeps of the rug by their vacuum. Everything now looks great and smells fresher.

We have been wanting to get our carpet cleaned for months due to many stains from our dog who likes to mark his territory. We were planning on doing it ourselves but looking up rentals and the process of picking up the machine became very overwhelming. I’m so happy we chose to go with Zerorez! The reservation was simple and to the point. It is affordable, saved us the time and hassle of having to figure it out on our own, and WORTH IT.We had an amazing experience with John. I booked my carpet cleaning online directly with the company. I selected the three room package plus a fourth bedroom. I added on a hallway and then a sofa and a chair. All the stars. I dont think weve had these carpets cleaned in a few years and they definitely needed them. We had all sorts of spots including some pet issues.Nate was our technician and he asked a lot of questions and really did an amazing job. He worked hard to make sure every detail was taken care of.The carpets and furniture looks great. Our package also came with a small amount of tile, we used that in the kitchen. That tile looks about like it would have the day it was installed. I havent seen it that good in quite some time. We will definitely be booking the rest of the tile cleaning in the new year.

I’m giving 5 stars because the service was wonderful, Stephen was very polite and explained everything in detail. He set reasonable expectations and was able to answer all my questions. He was very friendly and professional. Definitely will be recommending him for my service in the future. My floors currently look great. They have not dried yet. Once everything settles. I can give a honest review on the results. Overall, my experience with company has been great no complaints or concerns and definitely looking forward to using them again, if needed.

Overall EXTREMELY satisfied with Joe and Sal! However stay away from Stephen. Let me explain.I had been referred from several neighbors about Zerorez and I did my own research and decided to give them a try. I’ve never needed carpet cleaning services before since we have done it ourselves but our lease required it. I preferred an in person estimate first to ensure what we were getting would be the same on cleaning day! So many companies charged for every little thing or charged by sq ft etc. This company made the process very smooth and pricing was simple and easy! For someone new to this experience they really laid it all out as to what they would be doing for us etc. Sal did a phenomenal job and helped me feel very comfortable about the process. However I had to reschedule to a day where he wasn’t the one to come because they start and end the process with the same person as much as possible. This is where Stephen came into making this experience a very negative one.. he showed up and didn’t even have the notes from Sal as to what he was doing for our service. He then tried to start all over and try to be a salesman and nickel and dime what needed to be done. I alerted him that I was under the impression that he was simply there to clean the carpet since everything was already decided and done! He told me his job is to sell and he starting bashing Sal that he did a poor job of alerting me of what was needed. I simply stopped him and told him I was calling Zerorez to straighten this out because I wasn’t going to pay more then what was already decided. He stormed out of the house and got in his van and drove off! Also hit the curb at the end of the street! He made me feel so uncomfortable especially with how quickly he got upset and seemed to not want to do the job he is employed to do. Within 5 minutes of showing up as well..After all of that I spoke to a manager who made some calls and found me JOE!! He is a lifesaver. He has been in the business over 20 years and was able to arrange time to come do the job he wasn’t originally scheduled to do.. on a holiday weekend might I add! Despite the circumstances Stephen put me in, Joe was able to make me feel much more comfortable with the company again and take the situation seriously! I would highly recommended the company just be cautious of Stephen in particular. The carpets came out extremely well and to my surprise he even got most of my acrylic paint out in one area of the carpet!! Thank you Zerorez!! (excluding Stephen whom I hope has a better day or finds a more enjoyable career!)

Bradley from Zerorez gave us a great experience. Polite, helpful, thorough and fast. He cleaned nearly 1400 Sq ft and made our carpets and tile look and smell new again. The job looked and smelled great, (no cat litter smell anymore). I would recommend these guys soon! Next we plan on dryer vent/duct cleaning and then the A/C vents where we need a mold treatment.

The smell is from essential oils not chemicals as their cleaning solutions are amazing. We have a very large white sectional that was in need of much TLC. I had been quoted some pretty intense upholstery cleaning fees at other businesses, so I gave it a go myself with a handheld extractor and some cleaning solution. Unfortunately, it made it worse - I started my research again, and finally I found ZeroRez. They were kind, patient, thorough in answering my questions, and quoted me for a price that was much more within our budget! The technician that came by was DeMarlo and I could not recommend working with him more. He did a phenomenal job not only cleaning the beast of a sectional, but he was super nice and provided so many helpful tips and suggestions to make sure the great work he did lasts longer. I learned a lot about why my DIY job didn’t work out well and I am confident in how to do maintenance cleaning moving forward, which we are very grateful for. We would use them again! We have 2 Australian Shepherds so our home carpets were very dirty. John and Emerson texted me 30 minutes before showing up. They were professional and polite. They listened patiently to all my questions and concerns and made recommendations. They never pushed anything I didnt want and thoroughly explained all work included and charges. They mentioned beforehand that some dog vomit stains wouldnt come out because they had set in too long. In some small isolated areas this was the case as they had said but besides that the carpet came out smelling and looking great. They did an amazing job on our 20 year old ceramic tile that it actually made the house look a little brighter when the sun reflected off the floor. Our previous dry organic cleaning service left the carpets looking increasingly dingy over time so I called Zerorez because their 2 step method made a lot of sense for a thorough clean. Zerorez combines a very quick drying clean with an agitation method that brings debris from deep in the carpet to the surface for pickup. Just had our second cleaning and added the deep biological treatment and stain protection. The carpets look amazingly bright and clean. I had carpet cleaning as well as duct cleaning and inspection. I live out of the Austin area in Burnet on Lake Buchanan. It is not an easy drive given the windy back roads. Michael came with his HVAC duct cleaning equipment and Steven came out with his carpet cleaning equipment. They arrived on time and got right on the job. It took them three hours to do both jobs. The results were astounding! Stains on the carpet upstairs from prior pets that we could not ever get up came right out! The duct cleaning is quite an involved process and they took cellphone pictures to start and I authorized some minor mold remediation and sealant in addition to the cleaning. Both of the young men were personable and focused on their work. They asked questions throughout the cleaning to be sure I was satisfied. They cleaned up and packed before they sat down and went through the invoices with me everything was as I had approved. They left with smiles on their faces and thanked me for using ZeroRez for my cleaning needs. What a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend this company.

I had checked with another steam-cleaning company before contacting Zerorez, and that company’s policy was that they would come out and complete the job and then I would pay for the total--after the work was done; so, before scheduling with them, I wouldn’t have an estimated total cost. However, Zerorez came to my house to discuss what I wanted to be done and gave me an estimate. I was able to make an appointment for my tile to be cleaned and have the grout sealed after I knew an estimated cost. No hidden surprises!#2 Ben and Colby were my Zerorez team who came out to clean the tile and grout in my house and also seal the grout. Both were friendly and knowledgeable, and they did a fantastic job. When they came in they confirmed the work to be done, explained their process, and even cleaned a small area where the grout was the dirtiest so I could see how the work would be done and how it would look afterward. I appreciated that they were honest and didn’t try to overpromise, rather they let the results speak for themselves with what I could expect. Ben explained what types of stains could be stubborn stains in the grout and why. He also explained why the grout becomes so dirty despite efforts to keep the tile and grout clean regularly (no more soapy, chemical-filled mop buckets!). Another thing I appreciated was that without me even mentioning to Ben and Colby that expensive wood floors were in some areas of my house (that they would need to go through to get to some other tiled areas), they automatically took note and brought in furniture blankets to protect my wood floors from their equipment.#3 The very best part of this experience was the AMAZING results! Wow! Ben and Colby did such a great job with cleaning my tile and grout and sealing the tile. It is SO clean and sanitized! I love it and can’t stop looking at it! The guys showed up within the designated time frame, gave me a call when they were 30 minutes away, and were very efficient. They cleaned three rooms of carpet, a queen sized mattress, and tile in one bathroom, all in about an hour. We have used this company previously, and have been happy with the results every time. Kyle was excellent! He was friendly and efficient. I feel like I’m in a new house. We got a puppy. Best thing we ever did, but really hard on our carpet. Our two boys tend to create a wake of wreckage as well. Looking at them now, you wouldn’t even know we had a dog. Or two teenagers! I already asked Kyle if we could request him again. Donald came out and made suggestions of what he would do to clean the carpet and the stairs and did a fantastic job.
