He showed us a picture of the inside of our air duct, and we were astounded to see the severity of the blockage. Swiftly and efficiently, Shawn cleaned out our air duct and even offered advice on other dryer-related issues. He also inspected the exterior of our two-story home, and informed us that our vent and flap were located on the roof, with the flap only half-open and filled with debris. While the entire problem wasnt completely resolved, we now have a clear direction on how to proceed. I would highly recommend their services.
