Will is a life saver. Voda specializes not only in home restoration, but they also specialize in cleaning services: carpet, rug, couch, etc. Even duct cleaning…. I have a Packout company and will be using them consistently with my homeowners. He recently turned a beat up microfiber couch to new. Couch is loved and been through it.

I’m very happy with Voda. The team was great. It was easy to schedule the carpet cleaning. The tech showed up a few minutes early and was personable. The owner stopped by later to check in and make sure everything was good. There were a few stained areas on the carpet from my daughter playing makeup and now it looks amazing. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you just WoW! Just WoW! 🙌Voda was extremely professional and always quick to answer any of my questions since I had never had my carpets cleaned professionally before. I had a lot of questions but they were extremely helpful and never made me feel uncomfortable asking.When we contacted them we were promptly followed up with to get us scheduled. I needed to wait until after the holidays and we were able to schedule out a little ways. They gave me a 2 hour window for the service to begin. They were always giving me updates on where they were with other customers so that I could drive home by the time they arrived. That really was so helpful since I work on the opposite side of town.When I got home they arrived within minutes and they wasted no time and did a quick walk through of the home to give me the game-plan. Before anything they gave me a full understanding of the way their machine cleans and the kind of product they use. They said it used a kind of product that wasn’t like “soap” which can make the house look dirty quicker than other companies use. They use products that are safe for kids and pets which always makes me feel better about the service about to be executed. I appreciate the company being so informative. ♻️They start with the rooms furthest from the front door to work their way out of the home. I watched how they set up and was so pleasantly surprised at the care they took with my home. I always am nervous to have work done on our home since usually people are careless and will bump into walls without me watching. They actually put up these orange wall corner protectors so that when the hose is sliding through the home it doesn’t scratch or snag anything along the way. Very very thankful to them for that. I let them know and they said how they respect and care for everyone’s home as if it were theirs. 🙏🏼They completed 4 bedrooms with small closets and a large wall in closet in the master. They completed the entire home in under an hour it felt like. And I noticed they took their time to make sure the job was completed in a caring and efficient way. I never felt like they were trying to skim right through the job, and you can really see from the end results how much care they put into their services.The pricing they quoted me on was exactly what they invoiced me at the end. There were definitely no surprises since I had given them accurate measurements of the rooms. I definitely appreciate the transparency from the start. I think their prices are competitive and never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They send you an invoice which you can pay through an email or text link. I was even able to use my AMEX which a lot of companies don’t allow, but they do. Thank you for that. 🙏🏼On the way out we got caught up talking about other things and I guess it just shows how personable they are. Always made me feel part of the family and I will always be using their services. They have my business for life and you should make them part of yours too! We had a mysterious mold problem and we couldn’t be happier with Voda. They walked us through exactly what they were going to do, they diagnosed the problem, and were very thorough in taking care of the damage. They were extremely professional, clean, and easy to work with. The took great care to section off the work from other areas of my home. They made a difficult situation feel easy. I would recommend them to anyone having any water issues. Hopefully, we don’t need them again, but they would be the first company I would call.

Will and Chase did an amazing job at cleaning my carpet today. It looks brand new. They also cleaned and lifted a really bad chemical/cleaning stain on my couch that miraculously allowed the couch to look brand new. Additionally, Will came earlier in the week along with another worker to seal and clean the grout in our new home. Ive never witnessed such glistening clean floors ever before . My floors turned out beautiful! In fact, they were so good that the builder of our home asked for their business card so that they could hire them for cleaning the tile on their new builds moving forward! When it comes to cleaning &sealing grout, rug and carpet cleaning dont hesitate to hire these men for the job! You will not be disappointed! Worth every penny! I reached out to this company through thumbtack. Kendall came to pick up my living room area rug. He was super kind and professional. He rolled it up for me. The next day, he brought my rug back and it was like brand new. I have a dog. There was no smell, no stains, and the rug looked fresh. Kendall dropped my rug off, took it out the packaging, helped me move my furniture, and put the rug back down. Worth the price and extremely wonderful customer service! I look forward to using their services again.

I just had a complete renovation of our master bathroom. We had tile work done on our walls and floor. Unfortunately, the contractor left a film or haze on all of the tile due to improper cleaning as they were grouting the tile. I haven’t been able to get my contractor back to work on it so I tried a few potential remedies (vinegar/water, baking soda/water and finally epoxy haze remover) myself but with no luck. I called Voda and spoke with Judd and he said he would like to get his general manager, Kendall involved since he might be more familiar with my situation. He showed up at our house with his technician, Chase, to perform a test to see if they could remove the haze. They brought in their equipment, which was quite extensive and took their time performing the test, but unfortunately it didn’t work. I was so hoping that they could fix my problem and Kendall was hoping for that as well. They carefully removed their equipment from our home and said there was no charge for the test. I was surprised and I thought that if I would ever need their services, I would definitely call them first. They are professional, courteous, and communicate with you every step of the way. You just don’t see this in too many companies today. My advice, check them out.

Voda was quick to respond, professional, reasonably priced, and did a great job. Since my first experience with them was great, they were my go to when I needed some fire damage repair to my shop/garage. Their fire damage repair was top-notch and my second experience was as good if not better than the first. While I hope to not have another situation where I need their help, if I do, Voda will have my business.

Back story: we had purchased a very expensive mattress that was marked down because supposedly it was a “floor model” — turned out to be a client return and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Rather than deal any more with the shady mattress company, we took our chances having it cleaned (after said shady company agreed to give us some money toward the cleaning).I’m so happy. I’m really glad we hired Voda rather than a cheaper alternative that probably wouldn’t have gotten all the smoke smell out. Judd was willing to talk with me quite extensively about my options beforehand, and while he couldnt guarantee the smoke would come out 100% (I appreciated the honesty), its been over 24 hours, and when I put my face in the mattress I can’t smell any more smoke!

A technician from Voda, William (I hope that is his name) came out and cleaned 2 area rugs as well as 2 bedrooms for me that all had pet damage. He was incredibly professional and friendly - but most importantly he was thorough! Considering I have 3 dogs and a cat in my home, he did a phenomenal job. My house hasnt smelled this fresh in a looong time! I love that he also took the time to explain his process to me, both when he arrived and again once he was done. He even made some recommendations on how to keep the home fresh and perhaps even clean the rugs more deeply if needed. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and recommend Voda to anybody who is looking to get their carpets/rugs cleaned, especially if your technician is William!
