    When I find an amazing company/service, I love to share the news!! I have had my couch, loveseat, and ottoman for 8 years. I had stains from my dogs, and kiddos. On one side of the couch is where my dog loves to rub his body (pic included-before and after), and his oils had stained the side very deeply.     We had our tile & grout cleaned by Voda. In summary: Great service. Helpful, informative, and friendly technicians (Logan & trainee Reuben!). Efficient but thorough work! Huge improvement beyond expectations. šŸ™ŒšŸ¼The nitty gritty:Logan greeted me and my 3 big kids (who were all extremely interested in the process) and kindly fielded questions from them at several points during the service he provided. I felt comfortable with he and Reuben in our home, and They graciously moved our kitchen table back-and-forth even with some of our lunch stuff sitting on it. They went above and beyond by moving a couple remaining items from our bathroom without being asked and without making it a big deal. Logan answered my questions about if there was a need for venting by explaining that all the ingredients were of the highest standards in terms of being safe and natural. No heavy chemical smells. Before removing the last of the equipment, Logan walked me through the work he had done, offered to answer questions, and even explained that he had performed a type of acid test on our grout to make sure it was completely clean, pointing out an area of the tile where the tilers had switched grouts midway through that I had never notice before. Itā€™s obvious that he paid great attention to detail.šŸ‘šŸ¼Thanks, Logan & Reuben.

    Logan was awesome! Him and his crew were extremely professional and fast! So much so, that we were able to keep working while they cleaned our office carpets. They brought us coverings to protect our shoes and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend for your commercial carpet cleaning needs!

    I have used the same upholstery company for the past 5 years, but I was recently recommended Voda Cleaning and Restoration of Houston and loved the service so much I donā€™t intend to return to my previous provider.Booking was seamless, the technician Holston was professional and efficient and the quality of work was top notch.What I loved most about Voda in comparison to my previous cleaner is the attention to detail and the quality of their equipment. We never had to wonder what was next, were constantly checked in on, and very happy with the finished product.     I called Voda & a woman immediately answered, listened to my needs and suggested cleaners come out the following week. The cleaning team arrived promptly at the appointment time and I was greeted friendly and politely by the technicians. I appreciated the care they took to protect my home during the entire cleaning process by putting on shoe coverings before coming into my home and laying protective drop cloths under their equipment to protect my floors before getting started. They were great about explaining the process to me and making sure they answered all my questions.     After the derecho and hurricane Beryl, I was distraught with all the water damage that came through my house. After Voda came to the rescue, I have a few things to note. First of all, I was very impressed with how quickly Voda arrived, the punctuality every step of the way was top notch. Second, they helped me navigate the extremely complicated insurance process with not only my flood insurance, but also FEMA, I would have had no clue what to do without them. And third, the professionalism and training of the employees made me feel comfortable every time they came by. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again should something else pop up.     We had a very troubling problem caused by leaking pipes in a 37-year-old house, that had resulted in wet sheetrock and more importantly black mold behind the walls and under the shower pan in our master bath. The Voda team swept in and did an outstanding job with the necessary detection, demolition and remediation of all the mold. They explained themselves thoroughly each step of the way and followed up quickly on any issue. They also came in very close to their original estimate, despite the complexity of the job and its unknown extent. I would use them again in any similar situation, although of course I hope we wont need to!

    Wow!This is worth every penny! My sofa was very dirty with 3 pets. I was very impressed with the overall service and preparations for the cleaning. They took such great care of my new house, putting carpet down and protecting doors with cones. I left for two hrs and did some errands. When i returned, the sofa was brand new!! They even helped me take my groceries in. Great service and exceptional restoration!!

    We had Voda come out this past weekend to clean a couch and kitchen tile. The work was in depth, they actually took there to line to make sure the job was done properly. But what impressed me the most was how clean and organized there van was!! They take care of their own stuff so it was comforting to know they would also take care of mine!! The only company Iā€™ve ever had place corner protectors to keep the hoses from tearing up the Sheetrock corners as it gets drug around!! Top shelf company!!

    This company gets my highest recommendation! I got my living room sectionals cleaned. Its an investment for sure, but one that was well worth it because I appreciated doing business with this company.1. They are very easy to communicate/schedule with. There was no long delay between when I requested an appointment and when they were scheduled to come. Even on the day of the appointment the technician kept me updated with an ETA, got there a little early and was already starting to work by the scheduled appointment time.2. I live in an apartment and many companies will not service you simply because you live in an apartment building. I told Voda Cleaning that during the initial contact and they were able to figure out that they can park on the nearby street and run their hosing from off my balcony to their van connected to their equipment. This initiative in and of itself wade doing business with them worth it!3. My sectionals are 100% polyester and cream colored, not the most forgiving combination. The technician truly did his best to scrub them clean and when he was done 2.5 hours later they did look clean however he said sometimes we dont know until it dries just how clean it got/sometimes the underlying dirt makes its way up. He told me if that was the case, they wouldnt mind coming back out to clean it again if we werent satisfied with the results. I thought he was just saying that out of courtesy. Turns out, after the couches dried a few hours later it didnt look as bright as it did when it was freshly cleaned. The owner/manager also reached out separately and asked how the service was and again offered to re-clean the couches if we werent 100% satisfied. They made it seem like it wasnt too much trouble and were able to come back that same week and clean them again and I am truly happy with the result and with the service.Everyone I came into contact with was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

    A poorly sealed pipe in my wall broke and water started to gush outside and inside. The sheetrock, insulation and carpet was soaked. I called Voda and they soon arrived with dehumidifiers and fans. Halston came often to check the progress and then brought people in to replace the sheetrock and put the carpet back down.
