I called viper tech on Monday and they were actually available to come that afternoon, however I had the grandkids so I couldn’t do it. I scheduled for a week later and just had it done. I have 4 little dogs and needed all my couches cleaned from the licking and the sometimes urine accidents. I figured I could get a few more years out of my couches if I had them properly steam cleaned. Will was very professional and thorough. He is kind, respectful and such a hard worker. We walked the house and I explained exactly what I wanted done. He worked up an estimate and we agreed on a price. He then started working right away. My couches and floors look great. I feel that I can definitely get another year or two out of my couches now. I was so satisfied with the work, so I contacted my neighbor and he is doing their carpet right now. I will definitely call them if I need anything again. I’m not sure if you can request a specific person to do the cleaning, but I would suggest asking for Will. He is a people person and constantly offered to do anything necessary to make me a more than satisfied customer . He helped move my couch from the garage to the second floor after he steam cleaned one of my couches that had been in the garage for a while.Thank you ViperTech! It was well worth my time and money! Yesterday, I posted a survey that was not very favorable to viper tech. I did not first reach out to the company before I posted. In my haste, I acted very poorly and did not give them a chance to rectify the issue. The response to rectify was quick and timely, within 20 hours. My advice to anyone is to first reach out to any company that you have a service issue with and give them a chance to remedy the situation. Because of their quick response to this matter and eagerness to solve issues, I would gladly again have them service our house and highly recommend them to anyone.

I have a very big two story with loads of air vents. The two young men came in and exceeded our expectations. After inspection, I saw the mold in each unit. They removed all vents, treated and removed the mold. Took all vent covers outside and cleaned them. They vacuumed each vent air passage until cleaned. Everything smells wonderful. Excellent job by an excellent crew and company. Also, very good prices.

ExcellentViperTech did an awesome job on my house and porch. The house looks like new, and thats impressive considering they were washing away 15 years of mold and grime! The quote came in quickly, they arrived on time, and the whole house was done in under 2 hours. I would recommend them to anyone! Amazing job!Update many months later. I had to take away a star because whatever was used to get rid of the mold and grime also killed all plant life. The grass at the edges of the concrete, around the perimeter of the house, and even one of my plumbagoes all died in the immediate days after the cleaning was complete. It was obvious that these were plants immediately adjacent to where ViperTech cleaned, so the connection was pretty clear. We were able to get the grass to recover, but essentially it was a matter of encouraging the St. Augustine to spread to the areas that died. Nothing brought the plumbago back and it died a quick, crispy-dry death. I get that chemicals sometimes need to be used to get the best result on the surface cleaning, but a little forewarning that those chemicals will damage foliage should be provided. I could have at least covered my flowering bushes, and I would have been expecting a little die back of the grass. The house did look great, but the landscaping was left in pretty bad shape.

I will admit that Andrew isn’t maybe the most professional person to speak to but he’s not rude at all nor does he do small talk. He just seems to get straight to the point about what your wanting, which is fine by me. Ethan was a complete sweetheart who cleaned my carpet. He communicated with me and definitely delivered. I had to call a few times to get a Particular invoice for my previous tenant. They had no problem sending me what I needed right away. Gave me a fair price over the phone,- 3 rooms for $150, and stuck to their price (no upselling) - honest people. Truck mounted equipment with professional tools, Cameron and another young technician came in and pretreated the carpet and worked quickly and efficiently. We were however disappointed when we were told he does not ever carry foam blocks for furniture and did not move any small pieces of furniture like small tables, rocking chair, etc. Leaving several areas of the home we desperately wanted cleaned to keep the carpet fresh in areas that arent typically cleaned... untouched. The website specifically states they Move most furniture, up to 100 pounds, and place moved items on foam blocks while the carpet dries.

My husband and I needed power washing done. Aaron was supposed to be here at 8am, but was about 40 minutes late. However, not only did he call beforehand to let me know why and give me a heads up, but he genuinely apologized after arriving, which I appreciated.Did a fantastic job on the 4 sides of our house, the driveway, sidewalks, and both front and back porch. There were a couple of things my husband and I were particular about, such as being careful around the front door, and Aaron made sure to comply with everything we requested. When he finished, we did a thorough walk through, and if there was a small spot that couldn’t be removed, he made sure to show it to me, and explain why.Our home looks great after the job he did - everything sparkles! If you want a job well done, with people who are truly interested in doing quality work, choose Vipertech. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Several hours after Will had finished cleaning and drying was taking place, we noticed an area that needed extra application. I called him and he was back to handle the problem within 15 minutes. He used what I would call a new “chemical cocktail’, and removed the problem. We were extremely impressed with him and Vipertech and will advise others to use them.

I called ViperTech on a Monday and they were able to come out and give me a FREE Estimate on my tile the same day. I scheduled for the service to be done, Mike used an I Pad to schedule service and everything was professional. The crew that came out to my home a week later was very well trained, educated, and super thorough with the entire cleaning process. My tile and grout both look brand new. These guys are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone, even the White House.
