    After a very pleasant conversation on the telephone, a specialist picked up and delivered our area rug, bringing it back it such great condition! We have two long hair cats and although we vacuum regularly, hair gets into the rug fibers; now the hairs GONE and the colors are vibrant! And the rug looks terrific, its so clean, and has a protective layer against accidents. We will definitely call USA Clean Master again!

    I have two dogs and needed my mattress cleaned. The technician assigned was Chris. The work is great. The technician explained everything he was doing, was informative, and incredibly professional. I will definitely be using this company in the near future for a quick touch up on my couches.

    Shane was so professional. I love that he was so knowledgeable about our stains. This was my 82 year old mother in law house. He worked around her and was so patient. I appreciate that a lot. I will request him in the future.

    First off the customer care was fantastic! From getting scheduled to follow up prior to the service. Our technician Chris is exponentially fantastic! Called us before he was on his way. Explained every detail of what he was going to be completing for us prior and ensured us of his products and capability. He was extremely thorough and speedy. Once the job was complete he thougrohly explained after care and drying timeliness. We could not have asked for better service. We 100% recommend Chris and USA Clean Master cleaning service. Will absolutely be using them again. Thank you Chris for your phenomenal service and professionalism. Absolutely amazing!!

    Chris visited us today, and was a huge help! He arrived far earlier than our appointment, which worked out really well. He was very courteous, and even helped me reattach the feet to the hardware of our sofa. I really appreciated that, since I had no experience with furniture hardware. He helped me assess the best treatment for the furniture, and presented the options. He was very kind and pleasant to talk to today. He did amazing job on the upholstery, and even the stains we didn’t think would come out has come out. It looks beautiful! This is better than we were even expecting, and we’re very happy with it.I look forward to having him back to service the mattresses!
