Technician Tony was extremely knowledgeable. He took time to educate me on the rugs construction so that he could use proper cleaning method for each. He is a true professional and pleasure to work with! Dispatch service was friendly and helpful. I think their logging/customer system isnt working. The process was a little confusing but all worked out in the end.

USA Clean Master is the best carpet cleaning service ever. Since I am a rentalproperty manager, have worked with several carpet cleaners, but very impressed withthe tech; Nick and those spoke with on phone. Nick answered all my questions andwas very knowledgeable and instructive. The carpet cleaning was especially bad inthis rental home because of carpet old and pet soiled, very strong smell, and now noproblem. Also tech did a much needed tile and grout cleaning in kitchen and frontentrance, as well as a grass stained complete back side of house pressure washing.Very pleased with such prompt, efficient and professional work.Thanks so much,Marie M.

USA Clean Master was the first to clean my eight year old carpet and I could not be happier for the job done, the technician who did the work, or the communication with the staff whom I spoke with to arrange the appointment.All of the spots, and there were plenty, on the living room and hallway carpet are gone. My technician explained to me everything he planned on doing and followed through as he had detailed. My technician was very professional and polite taking my needs into consideration.The itemized price quoted to me on the phone is exactly what the technician had on his paperwork so that there was no hassle with price. He didnt try to upsale me when he was at my home.The experience with USA Clean Master was a very positive experience. I recommend them to others and will use them again.

My carpet was in too bad condition and given out pungent smell. Called this company for cleaning the carpets , they’d done great work and carpet turned out to be clean and smell great. Also, added deodorizer for fragrance. Great work !!
