We had someone else come look at our unit & left us feeling like we had to give up house & home to pay for services that didnt fix anything. We called Unlimited Air, they came out & checked out our unit & found nothing wrong other than needing a new thermostat, a $40.00 fix. The technician was absolutely kind, friendly, & knowledgeable. We will definitely use UNLIMITED AIR as our go to from this point on!! Their service charges are very reasonable as well!!

My daughter reached out late Sunday night that the thermostat quit working. I live out of town so not the call you want to get from your kiddo. I called and spoke with Whitney Monday morning. She arranged for the tech to contact my daughter’s roommate so he could let the tech in. (Thank you, Whitney!) Mitchell contacted me so quickly I thought he reached out to me first instead of the roommate, lol. Nope! He already found the problem, a faulty control board. He answered all my questions and replaced it. Mitchell truly made this unexpected issue a smooth process. Thank you so much for your flexibility and efficient service! ❤️

We were so very impressed with Unlimited Air. From the first contact to the last, we received nothing but exceptional service. Bryzdon came out and gave a free estimate, took photos so I knew what was currently in the ductwork, submitted a bid THAT HE CAME IN UNDER, properly covered all work surfaces so they would not get dirty, worked tirelessly in very hot conditions, cleaned up their mess, and followed up like a pro. We couldnt be happier with the results. Highly recommend.

Unlimited Air came to the rescue today when the AC quit cooling and overnight guest were due to arrive for a 3 day stay. With today being 111 degrees this was not a good thing. The lady who took my frantic call was so understanding and extremely helpful. She was able to get us on the list. The technician had use cooling down in less than 30 minutes. These guys are fantastic! They repaired the duct work for our dryer and cleaned it and the dryer. A week later we had them come out to clean and maintenance our HVAC system. They did a very thorough job and left our house cleaner than when they came. Not to mention that every step of the way their guys were updating us with before and after pictures. Unlimited Air is absolutely the best air conditioning company that I have ever used. My family has been using them for all of air conditioning needs for over 25 years. They are prompt, efficient and thorough. I especially love the annual service where they come service my equipment twice a year. I had a 20 year a/c unit replaced several years ago, it works great and my bill is much lower. Randall was the employee who was in charge when my unit was replaced and has been back several times for my semi-annual inspections. He is so nice, friendly and is super knowledgeable about the equipment. I highly recommend him and Unlimited Air.

Very very pleased with our duct cleaning service. We live in an old ranch house that desperately needed the ducts cleaned out. Bry and his crew were easy to work with, very quick to get us scheduled and did a great job on our house. They had to spend the day in 100+ degree heat and still managed to do a fantastic job prepping, cleaning and cleaning up the dust afterwards. Now we have white shiny air vents and clean vents. I highly recommend these guys if you need your ducts cleaned out!

This young man Mitchell was very professional and honest. I needed my coils cleaned and he showed me how clean they still looked, so I didnt need that done. Instead it was a 1/2 lb short on freon so he added some along with some stop leak fluid just in case. All this done at at very good price. Great place to do business..

They provided us with great consulting on a heat pump when our house was being built, that turned out to provide very efficient heating and cooling, as well as put in the ducting and wood stove chimney. Bry & his team came out to our house this morning to do what we thought would be a simple dryer vent cleaning, and turned into a complete dryer vent pipe replacement through the attic out the roof. Several substandard pieces were replaced and a gap in the pipe (that wasn’t supposed to be there) was replaced/connected. The entire dryer vent system is now clean, safe and properly installed. They literally saved lives today. Thank you so much!!!

Weve used Affordable Air for all our HVAC maintenance and repairs since we bought this house in 2020 and continue to do so. We even had a new fireplace installed with one of their units.I encourage anyone to get on their maintenance plan(s) and remember this - preventative maintenance is ALWAYS cheaper than corrective maintenance.I would encourage others to call them when they need getting their air units in top effeciency. I wasted time and money by not calling Unlimited Air first. I used another company initially and that technician looked at unit that had a leak in the copper lines. He only used soap to look for leak and said they would have to replace the equalizer in order to fix it. Repairing the line was not an option. He gave me estimates ranging from $3k to $11k to fix the unit, charged me for the diagnostics, and refilled Freon levels for $88 a pound. I was not satisfied with the estimates, so I called Unlimited Air for a second opinion. Unlimited Air Technician came out, checked for leaks with proper detection equipment, repaired the leak properly, refilled Freon levels at $47 a pound (not $88 like The other company). I only wish I would have called Unlimited Air first and saved time and money.

Mike and his crew are very knowledgeable. I just started mentioning what I had on the Wood stove that came with our new house and he immediately knew the make and model, told me features about the stove I did not know and did not find on the internet. A wealth of knowledge, I dont need to replace the wood stove and he easily could have talked me into it. Good honest and knowledgeable business, Ill be buying all of my accessories and maintenance for the wood stove from here. Wife wants a bigger fire ring anyways.
