First time to use this company. Service men were polite, hard working and thorough. I needed a dryer vent clean out done quickly and they were able to come out same day as my call which was fabulous. They charged what I was quoted-no hidden fees or attempts to change the amount after work completed. They cleaned up the work area and even checked dryer was working properly. Explained what they were doing and finding throughout the job. Highly recommend!

We used Uni-tex for carpet cleaning. Booking was easy and an appointment was setup for within a few days of my call. The technician showed up within the allotted time and was completely professional throughout. He explained a few options and made good suggestions. The carpets now look great and all for an extremely reasonable price. We’ll be giving Uni-tex another call when it’s time to have the carpets cleaned again. Great service!

I inquired via online quote late Wednesday night and Nancy contacted me the next morning with a quote. She was very detailed and transparent and I always look for good customer service and honesty. I found it here. She squeezed me in same day for affordable pricing. The tech Miguel came out during the quoted time and did an EXCELLENT job on steam cleaning our bedroom carpets. I did a pet treatment as previous tenants had animals. It smells AMAZING in my house, which is always a plus since most carpet cleaning leave a musky smell. I will definitely be using them again. I loved that he asked me to review the carpet to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Another plus is that his attitude was great and he was super efficient! Satisfied and returning customer for sure.

They were amazing! I called 16 carpet cleaning companies for an emergency cleaning. None of them would come out due to it being Sunday. When I called Unitex she immediately said she would send someone out right away. Even though they were closed Sundays, they said they are always available for their customers! Two techs came out and fixed the issue right away. They were super friendly and discreet. I will be using them in the future for all carpet needs going forward.

We live in a townhome. Our upstairs is carpeted. Long story short they hadn’t Replaced the carpet in years before we got here so when we did move in after about a couple months it smelled horrible. Even had the vacuum cleaner with a funny smell. Whoever our complex manager uses for cleaning carpet doesn’t do a good job at all. it literally looks like they just took water upstairs And wet the floors because nothing changed. Same spots and same stains. Because of the policy of the townhomes we live in they were going to charge us almost 1000 bucks to replace the carpet so we decided to call Unitex and get a cleaning ourselves and pay out of our own pockets.
