Ultra Clean answered all my questions and offered a good deal for cleaning 1300 sq ft of seriously dirty tile and grout in a house that had been a rental. The technicians went over areas multiple times to get it all looking great. They were super careful with all the new paint on the baseboards and cabinets. I will use them again!

There’s absolutely no words to sum up my AMAZING, & FLAWLESS experience with them! All communication and scheduling was through email which was nice for me because I wasn’t able to go back and forth on the phone due to work. Britt Lewis was my tech and handled our tile and grout cleaning... The building he cleaned is a larger building which is one of our places of worship. the bathroom was more dirty than the foyer....he made sure bathroom grout was cleaned thoroughly even by hand. Ara, the office person, did well in handling the scheduling and receipt of payment. Excellent job!!!!

Jason, the tech, was pleasant, courteous and explained the cleaning process.Our project was to clean ceramic tile and grout joints on our kitchen floor. Jason said the process would clean at least 90% of seated in dirt and grime. I’m please to say it was at least 95%+.Will use Ultra Clean again!

Travis was the only company who came to do an on site quote. So when his pricing came in lower than some other quotes, but hed seen it in person, it was the obvious choice. The guys showed showed up on time and worked so hard all day, I dont think they even took a lunch break! They were friendly, the moved all my junk out of the way. And my hardwoods and especially my tile look SO MUCH BETTER! I knew they were dirty but I was still surprised at how much better it looks. I definitely recommend this company!

Overall, they did a good job. On the tile floor there was a little bit of residue that was left around the perimeter. On our wood floor, there was a 2 bit of removable gunk that was left. I would hire again.

The Ultra Clean team did a fantastic job bringing 30 year old tile back to life. After the initial clean they went back getting on their hands and knees to clean those hard to reach spaces. They also cleaned 3 rooms that are carpeted, great job. My experience from beginning with Ara, in the office, to Travis, who came to my home to provide a quote at no charge, to Jason and John so did the cleaning, was so pleasant. Travis and his crew did an incredible job on taking all imperfections out of a Carrera table top and polishing it to perfection. It truly does not look like the same table, which is really a good thing. They took extra effort in prepping the dining room so that there would be absolutely no mess from their work. This company was able to perform next day service cleaning our kitchen/bathroom tile and grout, clean carpet in 2 rooms, clean hard water stains from dual sliding glass shower doors, wipe down window seals, baseboards and doors. After living in my home for 13 years, it was time for a remodel.. I first hired UltraClean to clean my old and well used showers. They did an amazing job. I admired their professionalism from the first day. I received a call almost immediately upon requesting a quote. They were able to come out promptly and gave me a clear and fair quote. I appreciated the scheduling texts, reminders and even a text saying they were in route and right on time! I was so impressed that I immediately hired them when I found out they do so much more than just clean tile. I have them scheduled to clean my dryer vent, air ducts, and granite as the remodel process progresses. Today however I was as impressed as ever. A cheerful and friendly crew arrived right on time with moving supplies and manpower to pack up my furniture and move to storage for remodel work to begin. They were efficient and careful. The whole move out process only took a couple of hours. They are on the books to do a post construction clean for me in a couple of months and then bring the furniture and boxes back in. I can honestly say that Travis and the gentlemen he has working with him have made this project so much easier and I have such confidence that my house will be the cleanest it has been in many years. What a blessing to have found UltraClean. I am a customer for life!

I highly recommend Travis and his team members (Jason and Cassie) who do an amazing job and have delivered beyond my expectations.I contacted Travis last August to look at the travertine flooring in a portion of my home as well as the stone work in our showers. I felt much of it was beyond repair and concerned that it would cost quite a bit to replace it all. Not only was his price point honest and within budget, but the final product looked as if the floor was brand new.When I was moving to a new home and finishing a large remodel, I was quick to contact him for cleaning all the air ducts, tile floors and polishing all the countertops. His and his teams attention to detail, willingness to work hard to get results and their clear communications along the way were appreciated beyond words.The estimate was clear in outlining the scope of work and the delivery of each item and attention to detail in all that they do is amazing. I was very pleased with Ultra Clean Floor Care. Had some bad pet stains and Travis and Gary worked very hard to remove them. Then carpet was cleaned and raked. It looks very nice and has no more pet odors. Furniture was moved and protectors put under furniture legs to protect them from wet carpet. Travis takes time to explain the process and wants his customers to be pleased. Guarantees his work. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends. Thanks for a job well done!

He mentioned a few extra services (i.e. tile cleaning, marble polishing) but never pressured an up sell. Im used to a lot of services coming out for a low price and then twisting my arm into paying 2x more than I thought I would pay.My carpets look great and are almost dry. Great price, great personality and professionalism, 10/10 would refer to friends / family.

Travis was able to work our home into his busy schedule, he went above and beyond to meet our move-in deadline. He worked late for two nights which allowed us to begin moving into the new home.Travis cleaned, colored and sealed the grout lines on the tile floor and did the same for 2 showers. The grout color was not consistent making the brand new grout lines look dirty but not any longer after Ultra Clean Floors worked their magic. The grout is a consistent beige not grey and dirty looking. The tile floors now make the house look brighter.I have to say this is not a cheap project however it is worth every cent. The tile floors now look better than brand new. If you are selling your house I suggest you allow Travis and Ultra Clean Floors a chance to make your tile new again.

During our remodel we could not decide if we were going to replace our tired worn out Travertine with wood. Because we have so much Travertine we decided to keep and try cleaning it. I found Ultra Clean and was promptly contacted by Travis. He came out quickly and gave me a bid for all my travertine, my ceramic tile bathrooms and carpet. Every question was answered and I decided to let Travis have a go at my very dirty and beat up floors. I am so glad we didnt tear our floors out because they look amazing. The grout is so clean and tiles look better then they did new. Its like a we have a new house. The ceramic tile looks amazing also. Everything turned out so well. Travis was amazing I had my car flooded after leaving my sunroof open overnight while a rain storm was at its strongest. the car was steaming up and smelled so bad !after taking it to Travis he had all the humidity sucked out, the car dried out and the carpets cleaned in no time !!the car smells and looks better than even before the car was flooded... These are the guys youd want to do your mothers house. Super polite, on time, professionals. I hired them to clean tile.
