Carpet Masters is terrific. They have cleaned my rather large and valuable oriental rugs on numerous occasions. Their customer service is excellent, and the end-result is exceptional. This is the 3rd time I have used them and couldnt be happier. They had a crew out in just a few days from contact, and their follow-up is first rate. The young man they sent was courteous and outstanding, as have been everyone they have ever sent. I cant recommend them more highly for service and value as well.
