What a great experience all the way around! Technician Sam was on time. (He was actually 45 minutes early, after calling me to ask if thatd be okay,, and boy was it!) Sam was super knowledgeable about my carpet, my carpet stain, and the best way to treat both. He was friendly, polite, and a great communicator. He called me 35 minutes before showing up, which is what companies often promise but dont often deliver. I love it. The business was super easy to deal with. They sent a link for me to approve the job, then sent another link for me to pay via credit card. Everything about this experience was easy-peasy, pleasant, and effective. The carpet looks fantastic! I highly recommend UCM Carpet Cleaning of Flower Mound.

Great cleaning service, excellent advice about pet stains (3 cats) and choosing dry vs steam. Went with dry cleaning per advice and it looks and smells great.Will be using UMC again.Enrique was our serviceman, nice and knowledgeable guy!

Great Experience!!!! I sent a request on Saturday for a Quote, Was called on Sunday and Scheduled for Tuesday. They Called and gave me 30 min notice, showed up on time, Gave great suggestions and did a great job. Jose and Ramone were really great! and it was a really good deal! Happy all around, I wish all service companies worked this efficiently!!
