Jorge and his crew came to clean and disinfect my ducts and ac unit. Was getting a musky smell when the ac came on. Tried the uv light but that didnt work very well. Jorge advised me to take the uv out as it would eventually distroy the plenum. They did a great job. No more smell. They were on time and stayed late to complete the job. Highly recommended.

Jorge and his group were fantastic. We interviewed a couple of other providers, and truetech stood out for cost, knowledge, efficiency, consideration ,honesty, and transparency. We were not disappointed. Many other groups lead with misrepresentations, upselling, and fear - not this group. Thanks for the help!

Jorge and his son were fast efficient and hard working. Both gentlemen were respectful, approachable, and personable. They worked until the job was complete and educated me along the way, showing me what was pulled out. After they finished up the job, they told me how to maintain quality airflow in the house and which filters to get and what not to do. We had a huge amount of debris and muck! Photo attached. They cleaned up after themselves, which was nice and unexpected but extremely appreciated! Jorge told me to reach out to him with any questions. Truly appreciate their hard work and am looking forward to clean air!

We were facing an allergy issue in the house for many months and were clueless as to what the issue was but something around the AC. We are usually prompt on changing filters and performing routine service, and everything came out okay all the time.We scheduled for Jorge and his team (Tim and Carlos) to clean our air ducts. They did a thorough job and found it early on that our UV lights were eating into our air ducts. Jorge immediately came up with a plan to replace the air ducts around that area, repaint the plenum and disconnect the UV lights with minimal changes. The team extended our scheduled cleaning just by a few hours the next day and took care of the entire process professionally at a reasonable up charge. Jorge is really knowledgeable in all areas of HVAC and advised us helpfully on many aspects. We are glad we went with him for this service. The house looks and feels really clean now. We are happy with the entire experience and excited about the prospect of getting rid of our allergies. Quality professional service at an affordable pricing.

I had Truetech services do a AC Duct clean out . They did an outstanding job. Cleaned AC Vent and all ducting replaced all vent covers and return air vent. They pay attention to detail. They work very hard. I highly recommend there service.Thank you Truetech services.

Jorge answered ALL of our questions and even went out of his way to disinfect the top of our closet where it was not getting good circulation. TrueTech Services HVAC Restoration - This is our second time utilizing George and his crew for our HVAC duct cleaning needs. Our home was built in 1995. Prior owners were Dog and Cat owners. My Wife and I have lived here since 2014. After Hurricane Harvey in 2017 restoration of the entire first floor, 6 years later, we have finally scheduled our overdue duct cleaning with George.George is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems, professional, respectful and a life learner. His attention to detail, methodical process, with quality of workmanship is something that some in the industry fall short.He explains in laymen terms what he can do, provide current system status / condition of your system, how long it will take to clean, shows photos of your system where attention is needed during the duct cleaning process. Replaced all our air vents, grilles and filters. Never once, trying to “upsell”.George and his crew were respectful of our home, covering our Piano, etc. Our system after cleaning is now very noticeable with Air or Heat on.Thank You George and crew for an excellent job!Highly recommend his services.Dr. Reinhard

Excellent service! Promised 9am start, and they were already waiting outside by 8:45. Promised 6 hour job, and took exactly 6 hours and cleaned up after themselves. I started breathing a lot better after the cleaning, so they did a great job. Both Jorge and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable, and left no questions unanswered. I also appreciate the flat rate for the whole service, and they didnt try to upsell us anything. Ive already recommended them to our friends in the area.

I called around to different companies(all charging too much) and I stumbled upon George’s company, he came I and his two guys did a great job.We got air duct cleaning and I can feel and smell the difference.They were very professional, time efficient and affordable.George is a very honest man and I felt safe trusting them with cleaning the air ducts and doing a good job, not once did I feel taken advantage of and he gave me great tips to keep up with the vents and such.Thank you I definitely recommend!

Jorge was great! I had so many questions about the condition of my HVAC system especially some kind of growth that looks concerning and Jorge answered all of my questions and gave me even more tips about keeping my house cool and overall giving me a good idea of the condition of my HVAC system. I also had some challenging to reach vents that he was able to take care of. With his work and using the tips he gave I can say my whole house looks, and feels better now.

I’m writing this review because Truetech Services did a great job today. Jorge and his crew are excellent! Cleaned the HVAC system (coils, fans, plenum, duct network, change of vents and filters, disinfect and clean). These are all part of their full service.They are NADCA certified and it was demonstrated via their high standards. It’s without a doubt I’ll use them again, for as long as I live in a house with an HVAC. They won’t up sell you or cheat you.It’s a throwback to when many service companies provided quality, at a reasonable cost, certified and maintained high standards.

Truetech was the only company that gave us a complete and honest assessment of all the problems in our duct work.Jorge visited to give an estimate, and answered every question thoroughly throughout the entire process. He even provided an additional report at our request when the job was finished.The work he and his crew did in replacing all the duct work in our house was excellent. No corners were cut and we see a massive improvement in indoor air quality.This was not an easy job Jorge took on, our attic is cramped, the duct work was full of mold and mildew and vital system components were almost inaccessible. He and his crew however still carried out the plan they quoted us to its full extant without compromise.

My husband and I hired George and his team to change the old ducts in our home and clean our air system. Out of all the companies we called, he was the only one that went to the attic and did a comprehensive examination of the problem. At first glace, the prices might seem a little high, but there are no hidden charges, and they do quality work. They were also honest in their time estimates for completion of the project (something the other companies we looked at were not). I would highly recommend him for any AC problems or cleaning you need

We needed Air Duct cleaning and called multiple companies that came out and charged us to tell us we needed a extra cleaning, a different service, etc because it was so bad. One even told us that we had mold in our vents so it would be xx extra money to get it cleaned and that they would have to come back and tried charging us thousands of dollars. I called Truetech Services and Jorge was very professional and educated me on what the scammers will say and what to look for. I knew from the second that I talked to him and he told me They probably tried to sell you an UV light also, didnt they? Yeah you dont need that. He didnt charge to come out and tell us what we already knew that it needed to be cleaned as we had never done it after 4 years of living in the house as first time home owners. After giving a couple more calls and hearing that these companies and their scam tactics wanting $100 or so dollars just to come out and tell us what we already knew we wanted/needed, we knew that Truetech Services was who we would use. We even told another company that we inquired for air duct cleaning that was also on BBB in our area that we talked to Jorge and he told us Jorge has great prices, we are more expensive and you should use him you wont be disappointed. We are more than pleased with his team. They were professional, got the work done, cleaned up not leaving one spec of dust in our house and we feel like we are breathing completely new air and our house feels like a brand new house. Informed us on some tips on keeping it clean and replaced all of our vents. 10/10 rating! Stop looking and talking to scammers/ overly expensive companies and book with them now! You wont regret it!

Had a GREAT experience with Truetech company. Both men were reliable, respectful and very knowledgeable in their work. They always arrived on time and moreover answered all my questions (which I ask a lot) as well as thoroughly explained and showed me the problem areas in my home. His prices are reasonable and well worth every penny. Should one ever need air duct cleaning in their home, this is your go to company. Jorge is very thorough in his job. He’s always nice, does a superb job. He installed 2 new air conditioners for our home last summer. Recommended duct cleaning be done the following summer, I called this year, he and Gabriel cleaned all ducts, sprayed for any growth, replaced all vent covers … excellent service well done.

Jorge is one of the most trustworthy and experienced NADCA Certified professionals I have encountered in the business. He recently completed a some work for me and I am very pleased with his attention to detail. Not only did he complete what we agreed upon but he also helped me diagnose some other issues which he found during that process that 3 other AC companies couldnt figure out (or didnt want to tell me about). His experience is unmatched and he completes his work honestly and ethically. With other companies, you can expect surprise fees but this isnt the case with Jorge. Use him, you wont regret it.

Our AC started dying a few weeks ago, and weve had 4 different AC companies come and look at it. First three people came in at first saying it was fixable, but then called and said we’d need a new unit.Memorial day came along and we decided to call TrueTech Services to see if they could come the next day. They answered and Jorge came out to see us an hour later, no need to wait till the next day.Jorge was here for about 30 minutes for what we thought was just going to be a free quote on a new unit since we were sure after three pros coming out it was busted. Nope. It took Jorge 30 minutes to fix the problem three others had either failed to notice, didnt care to fix, or lied about in hopes of getting us to buy a new unit.If youre looking for someone to fix your AC, call TrueTech and ask for Jorge. We were very lucky to have called them before we spent 5k+ on a new AC when all we needed was a free visit from them. 5 stars, can’t recommend them enough.
