    My A/C stopped blowing cold. I gave Trouth Air Conditioning a call. I got lucky (because they dont do appointments, they put you on a list in the order you call) and they were able to come out the same day. Its actually good that they do appointments this way because they will spend all the necessary time it takes to fix the issue instead of rushing through it and miss something, trying to get to another appointment. The technician found the problem within minutes and had it taken care of in under an hour. He also checked the rest of my system to make sure there wasnt any other problems. Thank God there wasnt. They also handle the parts warranty stuff if you have one with the Company that makes the unit. I have to say I was very pleased with this company and I will absolutely continue to use them.

    I really appreciated Trouth coming out to service my A/C and the technician Keith did a great job for me! At first i couldnt understand their scheduling process but when i called around and other companies couldnt come out for months for routine servicing, i was appreciative when Trouths came out within 24 hours.     Keith diagnosed and remedied the problem as well as recommending a preventative application to avoid a recurrence. He also took the time to explain to me how Trouth responds to after hour callouts. The only recommendation I would have to improve Trouths service would be for them to educate their answering service on how Trouth responds to after hour callouts.

    I have been using Trouth for long time even though my AC unit was through different cheaper service provider that was not there when I needed warranty support. Every year Trouth Cameron provides great service to do leak check and optimize refrigerant.Recently I had power outage and some issues with AC came up such as fried thermostat, and low speed on the AC fan. Cameron came in provided check on the thermostat. I replaced thermostat (nest) which Trouth does not cover. I discovered still had an issue with AC after restart. Same day Keith came to provide more support (under the same charge visit) Keith listened and ran his Amps check we found out that fan was not getting enough amps after checking the circuit board. I had a new fan two days later installed by Royce ready for the winter freeze. Royce also updated setting in the AC for the 4 ton designation capacity. I appreciate the service, these guys will troubleshoot the problem and will not sell you something that you don’t need. Same goes for Mike who came in provide quote on the redesign of my ducts as my system is limited and provides 2.5 ton air delivery even though AC system is 4 ton (original home builder like most made shortcuts and they did not know what they were doing). Anyhow very clear explanations on the duct correction redesign from Mike, lots of patience, he will tell you exactly where the bottleneck for the house exists without anything that you might not need (not a sales pitch). Appreciate it guys.

    Technician arrived in a timely manner. He was courteous and asked what problem we were having with our AC. I explained the unit was running but would not cool. He checked the thermostat to see if the unit threw any codes but it hadn’t. He checked the pressures and found them low so he added refrigerant. He checked the “A” cool for leaks but could locate anything. There was any oily film in the pan indicating a refrigerant leak. He s as I’d the “A” coil needed to be replaced and it was under warranty. Very professional!

    We noticed our house was getting pretty warm early on a Sunday and didn’t know who to call. After a quick Google search and some recommendations from friends we decided to call Trouth A/C to see if we could get someone to come out on Monday. Imagine our surprise when we received a text very quickly confirming a service visit for this same afternoon After about a 10 minute inspection of the situation, a course of action and solution was presented that would take no longer than an hour or two and would provide us with cold air once more. Grateful for the amazingly quick service and solution to our warm air issues, I would highly recommend Trouth A/C to anyone who needs competent, friendly, and prompt attention with their air conditioning!

    Called this morning to see if someone could come look at our inside unit, it was making a noise, they couldn’t promise me it would be today, but about 2pm Cameron called and said he could be at our home in about 30 minutes. Our ac unit had just kicked off right before he got here so we were waiting for it to kick back on so he could hear the noise, but it never kicked back on so he with upstairs in the attic to check it out and it was our motor and it had just went out right before he got here, if that’s not perfect timing! Some could say that’s bad luck but I look at it as a Blessing and good luck for Cameron showing up when he did. Put in a new motor and cleaned our coils and added some freon and now it’s good to go!     Had a great experience with Trouth. When we came home from vacation late at night to discover our AC had went out while we were away. The answering service answered immediately and had a technician return my call within ten minutes & sent someone out first thing the next morning. I received excellent customer service from both the office staff and The tech who was very knowledgeable & professional. Gene was great at keeping me informed of what was happening throughout the whole process. As soon as the part came in our tech Royce installed it and had it working in no time.     Our AC stopped cooling last night. My husband called the answering service and they were amazing.     Called Trouth when my aunt and uncles air conditioner went out. They are in their 70s with medical issues including copd and the temperature quickly hit 80+ inside. The service department rep had no concern for them and said someone would be out but have no indication as to when (this was 9am). It took three more calls for someone to get there and that wasnt until the next day. I would give them to stars of not for the service technician. He was extremely helpful. Diagnosed the problems within minutes (blower was burnt out). He was exceedingly polite and knowledgeable. It would not surprise me to know that the techs keep this business afloat.

    I used Trouth AC to replace my AC/heating heat pump in 2019. I got several quotes & chose Trouth. They did an amazing job. In the heat of summer in super hot attic, they reconfigured duct work to cure a problem, and installed the new Trane a/c unit. The next year they came out to do a courtesy service check to make sure it was operating properly. I highly recommend Trouth. In 2020 they came out for a repair caused by a leak from the hurricane and month-long power outage. The repair worked...no more leak. Its never cheap to have to hire a professional a/c or plumber, but its good to know that at least you get quality work for the money, and that Trouths prices are well within the average. Ill cont. to use them.

We called first thing in the am and they sent someone out the same day--we were prepared to wait until the next day due to the volume of calls. That was a huge relief! Our tech was especially courteous, knowledgeable and consciencious when entering my home. He gave options and explained WHY a unit may be the best/most economical choice (our broken unit was original to the house) in the long run. No pressure--just great information. He connected us with Carl, a sales manager. Carl was prompt and willing to come early or late the next day (full schedule) due to the heat wave. In less than 24 hours, we had unit options and a plan in place. I am so thankful for Trouth Air Conditionings service excellence in action!

    We have a beautiful camp (home) in Hackberry, LA. My husband, nephew and I went to celebrate the July 4th holiday. That morning we realized the A/C was not cooling. Troy arrived and did a thorough job and explained every detail to us. We did end up buying up a new Trane unit and it was replaced within the week.
