    This team did an excellent job steam cleaning our loveseat sofa and dining seats. They scheduled our service with very short notice, kept everything clean while working, they were very polite and helpful.We don’t have pets but have a 6 year old and our furniture is white and light gray, so definitely we’ll be doing this service with Trinity at least once a year.

    Loved the service from start to finish. Phones were answered well and the CSR was very informative and was able to price out the whole job over the phone!!!! The whole process was laid out verbally and was executed by our tech perfectly.Shawn Collins was our cleaning tech and his expertise was very apparent from the second he parked the van. He walked me through every step of the job and gave us some pointers on how to keep our carpets and couches clean after the service. He was personable and very polite to everyone in the family ( especially my overly curious 5 and 3 year olds ) . Shawn finished the job in the time expected and got some stains out that I had thought were beyond repair !!!!All in all I was very impressed with the company and will definitely be recommending them to neighbors and using them again in the future.     Scheduling was easy, price was competitive, and the technician, Shawn, worked very methodically to get out stains I thought would never come out of my very light colored carpet!     Trinity Steam Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning our ceramic wood looking tile. This is our rental property and the last tenants left deep seated stains and foul odors on the flooring. Due to the mechanical difficulties, the technician had to drive back to the shop and pick up another vehicle and returned later that afternoon to clean the carpets.     I was very impressed by the service of this company. I had both tile and furniture cleaned, and they did an amazing job. First, I set up an appointment for a free quote, and then I scheduled the appointment for the cleaning. They were on time for both appointments and even texted me when they were on their way. They spent considerable time cleaning thoroughly every inch of the furniture and tile. I was really impressed at how thorough they were. They were also both friendly and professional. I also loved the easy communication right from the start with convenient text messaging to review everything from the scheduled service to answering questions. John and Adolpho made everything so easy! I will definitely use their services again in the future and recommend them to others without hesitation.

    I originally left a five-star review. However, I changed it to two stars after discovering later that our technician left sticky, visible shoe prints on our hardwood floors and tiles all over our house where he walked between the carpet areas that he cleaned. While I would’ve appreciated the technician wearing shoe covers to prevent this from happening, credit to the business owner for immediately reaching out and offering to come back and clean the floors at no charge. I didn’t take them up on the offer because I already mopped the floors myself, but the gesture is appreciated. That’s what a professional business does to gain its customer’s trust back. As a result, I’m returning my review to four stars. But for the shoe prints it easily would’ve been a five-star review. The company was easy to schedule with, they let me know when the technician was on the way, and the technician was on time and courteous. The technician did a good job steam cleaning my floors. I will use this company again.

They are friendly, respectful, easy to schedule with, and have excellent prices.     We recently moved into a new house but carpet needed some help. Before we moved in I wanted to get the carpet cleaned. I was recommended to this company by a friend so i decided to give them a try. I contacted them and they booked me right in and came out within the times that they gave me. Also really liked the text notifications they sent me to remind me of my appointment! It took them no time to finish cleaning and treating all my carpet.     What an amazing company! I reached out to Trinity on Facebook and immediately got a reply. I asked a couple questions and they scheduled a free estimate. The two gentlemen that showed up (exactly when they said they would) were professional and knowledgeable. Originally I had my cleaning scheduled for the 27th but the called and got me scheduled for the 23rd. The two gentlemen showed up again on time did 4 bedroom with carpet and 3 rooms with tile so quick. The results were perfect. Plus, they gave us a police discount!     I originally spoke to John on the phone and asked for a ballpark estimate. I scheduled the work to be done and when John arrived we walked the house and confirmed the price which was the same as the estimate he gave me over the phone. John and Carlos arrived on time and walked me through my options. The work was completed in the time promised with no added charges and I was more than happy with the results. They even got a stain out that they told me probably would not come out. I was pleased with the service and would recommend Trinity Steam Cleaning.

    These guys did a phenomenal job with our carpet. We have 3 pets and had pet stains everywhere and they were able to remove the stains and the odor. Our carpet looks and smells amazing.
