    Very impressed with TRC!! We needed them for a move out cleaning & drywall repair. Matt was so helpful in getting everything on the books and set up for us, and staying in contact with us as to progress. Iris & Gloria performed the move out clean and their work was STELLAR! They literally thought of everything - sweeping the garage, porches, under & behind the refrigerator, blinds, light fixtures, as well as the main parts of the house. The drywall repair is currently in progress & Im confident it will be well done. Truly appreciate TRC stepping in to help facilitate these services for us! We will use them again in the future for sure!

    Everyone I dealt with at TRC Restoration was amazing. They a thorough job on the inspection of my bathroom and flooring and ensured that everything was clean and safe from bacteria. I especially appreciate Clayton and Reuben for all of their help. Clayton did a great job explaining the process, and Reuben was super polite and helpful and came back to check things the following day, and came the next day to pick up all the fans. Thank you so much for all of your help, I would highly recommend TRC for any restoration/cleanup work.

    Our 4th of July holiday at the lake was cut short because of a busted supply line in our downstairs bathroom that left 3 inches of water across our entire downstairs. My first call was to TRC Restoration, and before we could make it back home (4 hours away), Raymond, Ruben (and the team) had all the water out of our house, put all our furniture on risers, ripped out all the baseboards, and had placed fans and dehumidifiers throughout our house! Over the next 3 days, the TRC team were over checking on progress and cutting out affected drywall. They are always super professional, transparent, and on-time! They will always be my first call and should be yours too if you’re ever in need.

    Matt Frank and Ruben are two of the most caring and respectful young men who have ever done any sort of service in our home.We had issues with our plumbing and they stepped in surveyed the damage and promptly went to work. Matt made certain that we understood everything and he was so attentive to us. This level of service he provided was above and beyond what we expected. We would certainly recommend/request them when using TRS.Jackson was with Ruben when he came back to check the moisture levels, remove the fans and clean. He did a great job as well.I had a Christmas Eve Eve service to attend last evening and they made certain they wrapped things up before I needed to leave. This kind of respect and dedication isn’t the norm these days.

    TRC’s crew was awesome especially their Construction Supervisor Rudy Reyes. He was always ready to help us when we had questions, and he responded quickly. We appreciated the timeline he provided us of who was coming and what they were doing. It was great to communicate with just one person instead of all the people who worked in restoring our upstairs: plumber, painter, floor, etc. it took a lot of people to restore our upstairs.     I used TRC Restoration in 2014 when I had a house fire. Top notch service then. In July 2024 my house flooded because of a broken water line. I woke up to 2 to 3 inches of water throughout my house. I called TRC and they were at my door within 2 hours and went to work getting things dried out. Ruben and Raymond have worked tirelessly to get things in order. I will be working with TRC over the next several months now once again to get my house fixed. If you have a disaster at your home, I highly recommend TRC Restoration.

    Everyone we worked with at TRC was great. My first contact was with Adam getting estimates and dealing with the insurance, he really made it easy. He was Professional and knowledgeable. We received great quality of work from the plumber, the cabinet maker, the drywaller, painter, tiler, flooring, carpet installer even the cleaning crew! And around every step was my exceptional project manager Rudy. It’s so hard to find good customer service anymore but Rudy was fantastic. Quick to respond to every concern or question I had, kept everyone on track and helped out. Our project is completed now and the outcome is just fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with my new restored bathroom and bedroom after a not so fun plumbing leak.

    I cannot praise this company enough. Our entire house needed to be refloored, along with some other reconstruction, after our AC flooded. Ive never been more stressed in my life, and I had no idea where to start. After being given the runaround by a different mitigation company in the area, I was understandably wary. However, I called this company after being referred by multiple people, and they did not disappoint.The estimator arrived promptly, explained the process to me in detail, and patiently answered all my questions. They worked directly with my insurance company while keeping me informed every step of the way. I never experienced an unanswered call or email, nor was I ever left wondering about anything. As soon as the insurance company granted them permission, the project manager coordinated with me to begin right away. They assisted me in working with a pack-out company to move my belongings and even helped me choose the flooring type and color, and navigated a minor hiccup along the way (due to the age of my house, which was something they couldnt control). The work they did was fantastic, from the floors to the paint, to the cabinets. My house looks absolutely beautiful. They were punctual, informative, patient, kind, and all-around great people.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would :)

    I didn’t think the old school work ethic still existed. I was pleasantly surprised, as this was my first experience with a contractor. From my 1st meeting with Wes, I felt 100% confidence my water damage would be taken care of. Wes, Rudy, Clayton & Henry are consummate professionals;Always on time, polite, courteous, respectful. Rudy, the project manager, kept me informed with emailed updates. At my convenience, he would stop by to check the progress. He wanted to make certain that I was satisfied with the work. Yes, always!Henry was painting the guest bath baseboards, he asked if I’d take a look at his work. It was great. He went above & beyond by painting the guest bath door trim, because he “didn’t feel right not doing it!” Wow! Good ethical men of character with high standards.I’ve told family & friends use TRC, no stress, just hard work.

    When we had a water line break in our home that flooded our entire downstairs, we selected TRC Restoration to mitigate the initial damage and also to oversee the complete restoration of our home.     We had a fire and called TRC Restoration based on the recommendation of our insurance company. We had completely remodeled our home the year prior to the fire, so working with contractors is definitely something we are familiar with. During construction of any kind, unexpected surprises will happen. When these surprises came up with our fire reconstruction TRC responded to these in the most professional manner. TRC has been the best team we have ever worked with. Everyone has been extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. We worked closely with Mike and Wes throughout the reconstruction process and they have been honest, available to answer questions and have meetings, and genuinely caring. I don’t trust anyone else now that I have had the TRC experience. We will always recommend TRC to everyone.

    In early September of 2023, a storm damaged my roof, fence, and interior of my house. I knew who to contact for the roof and fence repairs, but I had no idea who I should call for the interior damage -- water stained/damaged sheetrock and insulation. My insurance provided the name TRC Restoration as one of their preferred contractors. Adam & Rudy came out to assess my damages. I asked them to also provide an estimate for removing the existing popcorn ceiling and replacing it with an orange peel texture. Rudy assembled his team to remove the popcorn, replace water damaged sheetrock, replace water damaged insulation, retexture the ceiling, and paint. The work crew was careful to protect my furniture and wood floors, they were professional, courteous, & efficient. Im not going to lie, the popcorn removal was especially messy, and I thought there was no way my house would ever be rid of all the dust and debris. But after all the repairs were finished, TRC sent out a cleaning crew and they made everything spic and span. I am 100% pleased with the results. Thank you to everyone at TRC Restoration.

    It all started with a grease fire in the kitchen. My insurance gave me a list of companies to choose from and TRC was on the list. After going over what needed to be done they got on the job in the next three day and did a amazing job in a timely manner. I definitely recommend.     TRC came to my home and removed all the debris which resulted from water damage. They brought in industrial fans to dry the inside. Then they replaced the ceiling, walls and floor. The finished job was amazing, better then NEW.

    The team at TRC was very helpful during an unfortunate event we experienced in the winter of 2021. They were responsive, professional, and trust-worthy, assisting with flood remediation to get us ready for remodel. Take my suggestion: Put their number in your phone right now. Hopefully you never have to call them, but better to be prepared during a stressful time than fumble around to figure out who to call, when time is of the essence. Or, worse yet, fall victim to any inexperienced or disreputable group, chasing home catastrophes to capitalize on your suffering and an insurance payout. TRC knows what they are doing and will take care of you.

    On February 17, 2017 the exterior faucet of my townhome froze and caused a flood in my home and my neighbor’s too. I left my name with several restoration companies, (one which gave my name to criminals from Louisiana) and no one called me back. Out of desperation, I sent an email to TRC in Haltom City and Jerod called me very early the next day. He sent Clayton Tomlinson and his crew the following day to my home in Dallas. The crew was prompt, thorough with the process, and exceptionally patient. My neighbor’s restoration company did not show up and TRC also serviced her home immediately.The office staff was also very helpful processing the claim with my insurance company.My experience with TRC was very positive and I would definitely call them in an emergency!

When speaking with him, he really puts you at ease with his low key, no pressure explanation of the facts and what steps need to be done immediately and ones that can wait.And during a highly stressful situation, you want someone to put you at ease and take it from there so you and your family can get back to doing what you do on a daily basis.     I met Will Anderson in May, Met with him to discuss the services they offer and the next day I needed their help. They were responsive and prompt as you can be when youre job is dealing with emergencies. You dont always know what youre walking into. I work for a management company and they helped save our owner quite a bit of money. Another company said that the wall about half way up was destroyed from An HVAC leak and they dried it, and saved the carpet square that was the only thing in question that might have needed to be replaced.

They knew exactly what to do throughout the entire process, and were SO easy to get in touch with whenever I had questions. They also made progress on the reconstruction practically every single day.     Very professional! Mr. Frank and his crew were there quicker than Jimmy Johns and did an excellent job. they were able to dry out my house much better than I ever could have. With the equipment they brought in, I was able to save a lot of things I thought were for sure going to have to be trashed. I have saved the number in my phone incase disaster ever strikes again.

    I work in a high rise building that went through a series of simultaneous floods. Each time we called them, they were very professional and courteous. They came out as soon as they could and got staight to work cleaning up the mess that was left from the water. And they constantly followed up to make sure the job the job they did was done to completion. I highly recommend them if every you have a flood problem as they are our go to guys.

    A pickup truck hit my house the first of January. They finished the repairs in July. The finished product is excellent and I am happy with it. The reason for only 4 stars is twofold. It took way too long and several of the sub contractors had to called back out several times to either finish work or fix what they had done incorrectly.
