I recently purchased a back-up generator from Tradition Services. The process was fully explained and proceeded as proposed. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. The workers cleaned up after they were finished which I really appreciated. I havent had the power go out but the test was accomplished smoothly and I look forward to having power in the event of a power failure.

This is the best HVAC company I have ever found. They were recommended to me by a neighbor who is a firefighter chief. Since they had satisfactorily fixed an issue in the past, we recently contacted them for a bigger job. They replaced our damper system and zone board, then told me that they would return the following day to calibrate the system and ensure that everything was working before I paid them. The supervisor who came to calibrate the system spent a couple of hours testing airflow, recalibrating the override shut off, and testing airflow with the bypass valve open to different percentages. Their price was fair, less expensive than a couple of the other quotes we had gotten.

I had a wonderful experience with Tradition Services! The appointment was scheduled promptly, within 24 hours of receiving the request for service. My technician called before arrival as promised and arrived at the beginning of the appointment window. He had to cut into the drywall to assess the issue, asked he was very careful where and how much he cut, only exposing what was necessary for him to find the problem and fix it. Within an hour and a half, he had completed the job. He was pleasant, communicative throughout the investigation and repair, explained everything he was doing as well as the process for the drywall repairs needed afterward, and gave me information and suggestions to keep other minor issues from becoming big problems. I could not be more impressed!!

The tech who came here was excellent. He advised me step by step on what he was going to do and what he did after he finished. He cleaned up behind himself before he left. He did a demonstration to ensure the replacement toilet was working properly. Great job by the tech. Please give him a raise. He provided EXCELLENT customer service and communication

Our ac fan wasn’t working and no air was flowing through the vents. We spent the night in the heat with our three kids and barely slept. The technician arrived bright and early to repair the unit. He was fast, efficient, kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could mention it here. The whole visit took about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Tradition Services for your ac repair needs!

Tradition Services came out to address an ongoing problem that I had for going on for almost a year in regard to a frequently clogged toilet. Not only were they friendly, they were knowledgeable. They took the time to show me on the camera where the issue lies in my house. They explained the ways that the plumbing lines run and showed me the root cause of the issue. After taking the time to clean the lines, they reached out again to let me know that they noticed that my plumbing was not connected to the city lines. I am so grateful to Tradition Services after being charged fees without resolution from previous vendors! Finally the issue has been fixed!

HE WAS AMAZING!!!Let me tell you that he came in, understood the issue, walked us through the issue, and repaired the issue same day! We could not be happier ( or comfier!) we had used TRADITIONS for plumbing services before with great results! They will also be our go to AC folks in the future! I was having trouble with my ac system. A company wanted $16,000 to replace my system. I spoke with my son to get a 2nd opinion. He recommended Traditional Service who is the company he used. I met Matt and showed him the report given to me by the 1st company. Matt checked my system and found the first report to be inaccurate. He described in detail what was needed in an understanding way, not the highly technical terms that most use to impress you. The team was very professional, respectful, honest and knowledgeable. I found them to be very friendly from the office staff to the field workers. Matt and his staff saved me over $10,000. I will be signing up for one of the maintenance programs in the future. Jonathan was extremely polite and thorough in all he did. I had backup in my new home after being in about a week. Late election 2020 evening it had come in the shower and tub. My builder got a hold of the owner and he sent Jonathan out within a little over an hour. He ran the camera thru the pipes which showed so much stuff further past the house and informed me that it was from the construction work that had gone down the drain. He made me feel confident that it was all taken care of. I will definitely recommend him and will request him when needed. I really appreciate the owner for getting me the perfect guy for the job!

The receptionist I spoke to in order to setup an appointment was unsure if they could do the work and wanted to collect a $70 service fee now for someone to come by and check. That and the receptionists lack of knowledge/communication skills lead me to look elsewhere.UPDATE: Had a great conversation with the business, who took the time to address the concerns I noted above.

Let me start by saying all my interactions with the staff were very pleasant. They were all very kind and courteous. My only issue was the quote they gave me for my water heater repair. They quoted me $1500 (labor only) for a job that I completed myself in literally 3 hours. If a DIY homeowner can do the job in 3 hrs., they can likely do it in half the time. By my math thats $1000/hr! If not for the outrageous quote I would have hired them for the job.Edit (after response): Fair enough. I had not thought of all the extra costs involved. Matt, the plumber showed up with Trent his apprentice at 2 PM on Monday as promised. Gus was a total life saver! I have a 98yr grandfather living with me and the temp was rising fast in the house. When it gets too hot, it is hard for him to breathe. Gus called and gave me an eta, came to my home after hours, assessed the situation and fixed it. I am so please with the service that he provided.
