    Great experience! We needed an area rug cleaned due to an accident on it and the process was very smooth and Towers Restoration and Cleaning was excellent at their communication and giving us details on what they will be doing to make it work, since the rug is not of a simple material. It was picked up quickly, cleaned and returned without any issue. The rug is clean and no odor is on it. We are thankful and pleased with the service! Would highly recommend them!

    We hired Towers to clean off some OLD carpet that is on our churchs gym walls - literally a couple decades of grime! The first process they tried didnt give the results we hoped for, so after a test area, the tech called me out to look at it and talk about trying something different. Even though they had originally planned on only one day, and the new process took longer, they still had people there every day until it was done. It made such a difference in the way our gymnasium looks! I mean, our walls are 30 years old so the carpet is never going to look new. But they look so much better, and I just like knowing theyve been professionally cleaned. I will definitely use them again when we have need of cleaning and restoration!

    They are great!!! Emailed on Sunday through their website to have someone contact me in order to get a quote for a bed headboard cleaning. On Monday morning received a call saying they were on their way, technician was very nice, professional and friendly, came home, did an amazing job and even gave my dog a treat!!! 5 starts well deserved and reasonably priced!

    Towers cleaned our carpets the week of 9-1-2024. Technicians Micah and Trinidad were prompt, efficient and very skillful. It had been over two years since last cleaned, but they returned our (dog) den to like-new condition. They did such a great job on all our carpets and throw rugs that we are now looking at having Towers return soon to do the ceramic tile floors.

    Had flooding in the master bath and bedroom, soaking the carpet. It was Labor Day weekend, and as you can imagine most companies were closed. Tower Restoration came straight out though, saved our carpet, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

    I have used Towers Restoration and Cleaning 3 times. Twice for carpets and once for a large 100% wool rug. I have not compared prices, but the first time I called was with a very short notice and they were able to juggle and accommodate my need, so I never looked back or elsewhere. Yes, I would recommend them and use them again!!!

    I’ve used 2 different companies to clean our carpets before and decided to give Tower’s a try this time. They did a phenomenal job and is now the company we will use from here on out. One of my favorite things that was different than the other 2 companies is that they were very up front and transparent with their pricing. There are no hidden fees or them trying to be sneaky or pushy with add ons that weren’t included during the quote.

    The technician, Trinidad, was very professional and clearly explained what he was going to do. He was very careful with my wood floors which are between the entry and the room requiring carpet cleaning. The carpet which was cleaned looked great and weeks later, continues to look great.     Towers was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Trinidad was our tech. We had some unusual red stains on the carpet in two of the four rooms and Trinidad worked hard to get them out in the first room. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get it out completely but he was able to clean it to where it looked so much better and the house smelled really nice when was through. He was pleasant and easy to talk to. I think his strong point is being a perfectionist which showed in his determination trying to get those stains out. The price was right too!

    I live in the Grandview area and set up an appointment with Towers Restoration to clear out my air duct system. Jimmy promptly returned my phone message and we scheduled an assessment of the house and we scheduled an appointment. A few days later Scott Fox arrived at my house and explained everything that would be taking place. He was very detailed about the process and answered any questions that I had. Scott was very knowledgeable and very respectful to me and my house. He did a great job with the clean up and the air is much more clean and actually colder.     I love Towers! I used them first a few years ago for the cleaning of all my rugs. We have hardwood floors so we have quite a few large area rugs. They were so professional. They picked up my rugs and returned them in perfect shape. Then, they also put them back down for me. This was no easy feat and required them to move furniture back over the rugs.This summer, with our largest area rug, was no different. Their service is remarkable.
