Wanted to share the experience I had with this company. First, customer service, chefs kiss. Bridget was my first point of contact when I reached out for more information. She was polite, very knowledgeable and helpful. She got me scheduled in with no problems. Services I had done were dryer vent & chimney cleaning. David also did a great job. I am most thankful for this especially with this cold weather. -

This has to be the most professional and complete chimney/vent service business in the Austin and surrounding area. The staff has an impressive knowledge base. The techs are very thorough and courteous. We had our chimney inspected and dryer vents cleaned, but i will definitely call on them again for all my chimney, dryer and AC vents servicing. I know i can trust them to keep my family safe with the way they work. -

We had a inspector out ar the home and he recommended that we get our fireplace looked at. We contacted Top Hat Chimney. They came out did an inspection and recommended a cleaning and some minor repairs. We scheduled with them, and they were great to work with with. Royal from Top Hat made the process easy. Fireplace maintenance is important, so glad that Top Hat is here to help! -

Spoke with Summer in the office to get my air duct swept and dryer vent cleaned out. She was very professional and took her time to explain everything to me. Being a first time home owner I am clueless about all that. The tech came out and everything went great. I havent had any issues. I would definately recommend them to anyone who needed that service! Overall very professional, quick, and efficient is my experience. -

The technician was prompt and on time.He took time to explain everything he was going to be looking at and try identify any potential issues that may arise in the future.He was very respectful of our home and fireplace. He was very thorough, detail oriented and cleaned the chimney very well.Once work was all completed, he took the time to explain everything that was performed, and how everything graded out.He cleaned his work area better than the way he found it.I would absolutely recommend to anyone out there needing chimney cleaning/service.I will be calling a gain when inspection/cleaning is due again. -

If you’re looking for chimney/air duct cleaning services, Top Hat is the place to call!After having a small grease fire in my kitchen I immediately called Top Hat Chimney Services in Taylor, TX to clean and disinfect my air ducts, intake vents, and inspect my house for further damages.After speaking with Summer she was able to get someone out to my home the very next day. Summer was understanding and prompt with getting my appointment setup.The next day Colton arrived on time and with a great attitude. He explained to me the process from start to finish and then immediately got to work. As he walked through the house he let me know in detail what it was he was going to do and even took pictures of the damages so I could send them to my landlord.Once Colton left, Summer contacted me immediately to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. And everything was, Colton did an amazing job cleaning and sanitizing all of my air ducts. I let Summer know that the job was completed and everything was spotless.Summer followed up later that day with all of the documents and pictures I needed to send to my landlord. I am very appreciative of Summer’s prompt follow-up and both her and Colton’s exceptional and outstanding customer service and prompt follow-up.I will absolutely be using Top Hat for all of my future air duct cleaning needs! -

Laquawn & Caleb did an excellent job. Clean chimney, clean wood stove, excellent service. I was very pleased to know they cared about my concerns, and were very respectful of my pets and home. Aaron and Laqwan both were great. Aaron did the initial cleaning and estimate and Laqwan did the repairs/panel installations. Both guys were excellent...efficient workers with a great deal of expertise. Cost is always a concern especially for services you dont routinely deal with. The costs were very reasonable...no hidden gimmicks, just upnfromt and straightforward. -
