Colton and TLC took great care of us! My very old AC unit has been on its last leg for quite some time and went out with company here for several days. Their service was quick and temporarily solved the problem until we could get a new AC. Colton offered to try to find a part, but it was time for a new unit. TLC kept my budget in mind and offer an economical option with a 10 year warranty. You can’t beat that! Colton & TLC saved the day!!!! I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!!

I called mid-day due to a power surge the day before to have the air conditioner checked before turning it back on. Todds had someone out to check that afternoon. Jason explained what can happen with power surges and what he was looking for. Then he serviced it when everything checked out okay. Jason was so nice and I will definitely call them again. We had been looking for a new company since the tech we had had for 17 years is no longer doing residential. Very, very happy!July 6, 2021The power surge that we had in March did end up causing a capacitor to go out and stopped the inside unit from working, but the outside unit kept running and overheated. We did end up replacing the unit. They had a cancelation and was able to install the new unit this morning. This group of guys were great. Thank you for the kindness, having a sense of humor, accommodating my 82 year old mother, and the willingness to explain things. Appreciate all of you!

Summer of 2020. Was having a problem with condensation line being stopped up and leaking water inside our home. We had it worked on 2 years in a row for same problem and it was solved until the next summer. This time we called Todds Lake Country heat and air. They solved the problem by looking further than just a clogged line inside. Extremely pleased. Friendly Service and thorough. Also fair price. Thankyou so much 💓October 2022...our heat all of a sudden stopped working. We called in the evening, they actually came out and took a look. Our system was shot and was actually leaking carbon monoxide inside our home. The set us up with an appointment for new installation the next day. Saved our lives literally. Put in new system....Thankyou again...all technicians and helpers were excellent, polite and took care to make it perfect. Also cleaned up. Cant thank them all enough. Also reasonable on price. Also offered payment arrangements.

Todds Lake Country Services is fantastic. Ashley called, then text us the information about the technician, Dylan, who was coming. Dylan was very informative. He showed my wife places where previous owners had got the fire too hot. Also, told her, the pot bellied stove was a good, and good to get the smell of smoke in our house.I called a couple of places before calling Todds. Their price was a bit better, but their ratings were the topper. If you need some work done, I would recommend Todds without hesitation. I recently purchased a new home and needed to establish a maintenance schedule on my heating/air unit. Based on the reviews I chose Todds. They were able to get me on the schedule within 2 days. The service technician (Colton) was on time, professional, and took the initiative to explain how my heating/air unit worked. Todds utilized a messaging based system to keep me up to date on my appointment in addition to a phone call prior to arrival at the house. The cost for the maintenance visit was very reasonable; I am now on their routine (every 6 months) schedule. I would recommend this company for heating/air needs.

Of course, not their fault, but the cartel has fully jacked up the price of Freon. This bs shouldn’t be happening in the US, but Covid has effed up everything. Again, not Lake Country’s fault, but so-called “shortages” are bull. I’m ready to move somewhere where Freon isn’t needed. Or ac. But Lake Country gets two thumbs up anyway. Not Graco, who gets the raspberries.

I had American Home Shield (AHS)and thry had my family sitying for 6 weeks without air. They sent out an incompetent, rude company which was a bad experience all around. They broke the new part which was the wring part and shouldnt havd been installed anyway, so they were being made to put paperwork in the on the warranty instead of just return. If course, AHS was making us wait for them to get around to this before sending out a new part. The owner cussed me and my husband- lets say we were disheartened and had lost faith in work ethic and product. Finally, I recalled someone saying Todds was pretty good. We made the decusio. to call and pay to get it fixed out of our own pocket. It had been over 100 for a week and we could not take it any longer. Todds answered after 2 rings. I figured theyd say they couldnt get out until next week. The man was nice, upbeat, reafy to work, and said he would be right over. He apologized for how we had been treated. I was cautiously optimistic. The man came over, Colton, and was nice as can be, professional, honest, spent no time dawdling. He knew this was important and it showed. Then his boss came out, Todd. He was so kind and professional as well. He said he would go to the shop and if he had it, he would put the part in to get it going until the compressor or new unit came in. He also would not charge for the service this date. They did not have a part. They ordered a unit, but yhe company- due to Covid- stated he would have to keep calling for a 5 ton unit, without any eta. That day, before close, a 5 ton unit came about. It was used, but in great shape and still had warranty on it. He called immediately and offered it to us, no charge for unit , only for installation. We had icy air that evening!!! I have ne er been so impressed with a company! They restored my faith that there are still good companies that are honedt and put in a good product. Our grandson was barely abke to come by during this time and he is our heart, so this meant tje world to us to be able to have our home back and our grandson. I will only use Todds Lake Country Services for ALL HVAC needs of any ki d. I toot their horn everywhere I go. I feel blessed to have had them come into our lives when they did. To Colton and Todd- Yall are the best! We appreciate everything you did for us! We will always be supporters and spread the word! Thank you!!
