Thermo-ex came highly recommended. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. Communication was great, he arrived right on time, and he cleaned multiple bedrooms, common areas, and the stairs. The carpet looks fantastic! They were able to remove even an ink/marker/paint stain I thought would never come out! I will definitely use them again and have already passed along my recommendation to others. Thanks for a job well-done!!! -

The service was above any other used. They were professional and it was a great price. My carpet has seen better days. Without regular cleaning theres only so much that can be done. He came twice and asked me to call with results. Before I paid to try something else Bobby gave a suggestion. It worked, saved us more money. Had this company do my carpets recently and they did a great job! I highly recommend them. They were on time, polite, reasonably priced and had my carpets done in no time. My carpets look brand new! With 3 kids in my home, 2 which are toddlers, Ill definitely be using them again. Thank guys! -

I was highly impressed with the overall performance of this company. They were on time, got the job done quickly, did not complain or even make us feel uncomfortable about the mess that still had to be cleaned up as I scheduled with one day in advance and I have 3 small children. They even helped clean up some of our mess. They did an outstanding job, my carpets are so clean and smell so fresh that I feel like I’m in a new house! The price is what made me want to schedule with them, and the reviews I had read previously told me I picked the right place. My husband was very happy as well, as he was working along side them to help move our furniture and clean up the messes as they worked on the carpet. For only two men who work the business, we are 110% satisfied. Kind, affordable, and unbeatable. -

Thermo-Ex did a great job cleaning my carpet and furniture. They took the time to do an excellent job. They got blood and other stains out of carpet and furniture. I would use them again for home and business. They are a cut above your typical carpet cleaners. Good job guys and thank you! -

These guys were fabulous! Easy booking very flexible with my crazy schedule. When they came we had recliner outside due to the smell and our recent move getting it out of storage. They cleaned it I left to outside to dry and being in Texas a pop-up rain came within 30 mins....called them they came back and vacuumed it again for me. Couldnt ask for better service! Thank you guys. -
