I am a property manager in College Station, and The Steamery has provided me with exceptional service over the past four years. Aside from their wonderful customer service, rapid scheduling, stellar quality control, and competitive prices, The Steamery has excelled the most in consistancy.I work with many vendors to keep my apartment complex running smoothly, and very few can deliver fantastic service as consistantly as The Steamery. It has been nothing short of a dream working with Rob and Dwayne for my projects.Important to know: for the first couple of years I thought The Steamery only did carpet cleaning. I was surprised and thrilled to find out they have service for nearly everything else!

The Steamery has always gone above and beyond what is being asked and the carpets look wonderful after the job is completed and has saved us thousands of dollars in replacement costs. Last year we made the mistake of going with a lower bid and not only did we regret the decision but after the new vendor cleaned we had to call the Steamery to reclean. Highly recommended - the Steamery is amazing!

If you are planning on spring cleaning call the Steamery to clean furniture, rugs and carpet. The company and their employees are great.

The Steamery guys were fantastic! The carpet looks amazing and everything is in its place. We were concerned about having to leave our pup in the bathroom while they cleaned, and they kindly let her out for us when they were done. They even left a note about how sweet she was :) I highly recommend.

Great experience over the phone, fast and efficient during time of need. This was not for me but it was for a client of mine and the gentleman was really helpful in getting someone out to the damaged home for service.
