    We had horrible mold in our air ducts. The technicians were super nice and attentive. They worked pretty quickly and cleaned everything well. There was a mishap that I was unhappy with but that was very quickly remedied because the technician called to explain and was incredibly patient. He wanted to make sure we were happy with all services and was happy to come out here again, if needed. It ended up being a misunderstanding and their work was completed the first time they were out. I would definitely recommend. Thank you, Steamers!! (I do not have an after photo right now but will try to edit my review in the future).

    Jonathan was amazing! I had a really challenges dryer vent cleaning. Was not straight forward as it hadnt been cleaned in a long time and heavy wet lint throughout the vent. The dryer wasnt working at all. He even came back the next day to check the situation and make sure it was working properly. Did some additional cleaning and then everything was working perfectly. Customer satisfaction and attention to detail was awesome!

    Im using The Steamers in my house for 3 years in a row. and In my Business (serving the greater state of Texas) for the last 2 years. The experience working with them was exceptional from the scheduling with their call center, pricing and on site with my family / pets and our dear customers. They are punctual and were very flexible when we had to change a date, very fair and detail. twice in my own house they scheduled the work for 3 hours and the tech stayed until he finishes with no extra charge. I finally found the time to seat and put a review for them and for sure will recommend their services to others in our community!Thanks for The Steamers team from your office to the field.

    The washer / dryer at our rental home had a lot of built up lint and dust. They came out to clean the washer / dryer, and also checked the vents since our house still had a musty smell. They found a lot of mold in the HVAC system that they helped us lobby to get cleaned. Thanks team!

    The Steamers prices were reasonable and I am very happy with the quality of their work. Johnny and Michael were great!! They arrived within the window. Called 30 min before arrival. They were polite and professional. They were careful not to dirty our carpets and put the shoe covers on without us having to ask them.They paid attention to the details and answered all my questions.     We used this service with a coupon we received in the mail. The service was done on May 10, 2021. They supposedly did a deep cleaning on our ducts and vents due to mold, a basic dryer vent cleaning, and sanitized the entire system. The coupon was $95.00 for the basic duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. The bill ended up being $1,257.87 after the main service tech told us that our system had mold and advised us to get a deep cleaning done to our ducts and vents and to sanitize the entire system. We had our AC inspected June 29, 2021 by ARC Rescue Rooters. Come to find out, the service tech brought to my husbands attention what he thought to be some mold/mildew in our AC unit that should have been treated. Needless to say we where very upset !! Not only with what the tech told us from ARC, but because the initial service tech with The Steamers had only fair customer service, did not clean up well after finishing up in the attic and did not replace our dryer vent hose like it was initially. So my first review would have only been a one. The reason I am giving them a four star review at this time is because of the excellent follow up after I called to voice our concerns. Mary at their office scheduled two different service techs, Alex and Rotem to come out the next day to do an inspection on the initial services rendered free of charge. Alex and Rotem let us watch everything they did, answered all our questions, where very professional and courteous. Their customer service was excellent. They truly put all our concerns to rest.     I contacted The Steamers after reviewing their website. they had a variety of services and i was in need of some air duct cleaning at my property. I called their office to schedule the services and they were able to send a technician to my property within the next day ! The techs were very efficient and thorough. my vents are all clean and Im very please from the whole process! From scheduling until the service was done ! really recommand them for air duct cleaning .

    Really happy with the Steamers - Alex was prompt in getting back to my phone call after I left a message late on Saturday, he was able to get to both our properties on Monday. He was very honest about the cleanliness of our ducts - both homes were quite clean. We upgraded to the sanitizer, not sure it actually makes a difference but the house smelt cleaner and we are dust free internally now!

    We originally inquired about Air Duct Cleaning/Check-up + Dryer Vent cleaning, but after they found mold in our units (yikes!), we needed a deeper cleaning. Eric explained the process, showed us with pictures of the problem areas, made sure we understood what the cleaning would entail, and then worked diligently to make our vents spotless. Thankful for great service and fast turnaround. Our A/C already feels more efficient after the cleaning.

    Great Service. Thanks to Micheal for expeditiously cleaning my vents (1998 system hadnt been cleaned since 2004 or so). Michael was extremely professional and explained what he was going to do before engaging. He gave great advice about system upkeep. I totally recommend The Steamers for vent cleaning and Micheals services! Mattie from the front office was extremely professional as well!

    Michael and David were AMAZING! Very knowledgable. They answered ALL my questions. I was very nosy and wanted to see everything. They had no prob with that. Immediately when they opened my furnace they pointed out mold accumulation and recommended mold service. Yes it was an extra charge but we got it done. THEY CLEANED MY CEILING FANS AS A COURTESY! WOW!! Wonderful experience. They did a deep cleaning and it comes with a 2 yr warranty. Theyre supposed to return in a year to make sure any mold hasnt returned.

    The Steamers went out of there way to come to my parents house to replace a burned out UV bulb. They could have just sent it in the mail as it is a fairly easy R & R, but Maddie coordinated to have Shawn and his partner come by the house and do it in person. It’s a great thing they did, too, because Shawn was able to diagnose another issue with our UV system and repaired that on the spot. No upsells or pressure—just great teamwork and enthusiasm for their profession all around! I’m having them come out next week to do our dryer duct that is clogged, and I expect nothing more than a first-rate performance! Maddie and Shawn and The Steamers rock!

    Louie was super informed and had great at explanation of charges even showing me all the stuff we were breathing !house smells great already got rid of the Oder from previous tenants Awesome !!! Will call again and planning for regular cleaning!!     OMG! Matthew was an amazing help to me! We have lived in our home for 6 years and never had the ducts cleaned. I know, I know, dont judge me. We had mold growing up there!
