I have been using this company for many years.Every carpet cleaner has been good.However, our current gentleman Mario is absolutely superb. He takes our filthy dirty stained carpet thanks to our large golden retriever and Irish setter dogs and makes it look brand new. I cannot say enough about his fabulous job and his very cheerful demeanor.I recommend Mario without reservation!

Best carpet cleaning experience ever! From the very beginning, I knew The Steam Team was going to be a good choice. When I called, I spoke with Hannah first. She was not only professional and knowledgeable but she was patient and pleasant while explaining prices and services. Even when I called more than once with more questions, Hannah always seemed happy to hear from me. On cleaning day, James showed up alone, explaining that his coworker was out sick. No problem, said James, as he began working. James was incredible! He was cheerful and thorough not missing an inch of my extremely dirty carpet. Albert and Ricky did a beautiful job on our peed on couch! They called 30mins before arriving, arrived on time and I’m pretty sure stayed extra long to clean up some over the counter stuff I’d tried using on the mess earlier. (Lesson learned: dab up the liquid and let the professionals do the rest). Albert explained the whole process and what to expect in the coming week. Apparently, it can sometimes smell worse before it gets better. Overall, wonderful experience and worth the money spent!

The entire experience with The Steam Team was great. From the initial phone call that was answered with a cheerful voice, to scheduling, to the call letting us know the technician (Mario Garcia) was on the way was smooth and seamless. Mario showed his expertise and did a great job cleaning the 12x13 wool and silk living room area rug. He also cleaned and sealed all of the tile in all of the bathrooms making them look fresh and bright again. Lastly he did a thorough dryer vent cleaning making our clothes drying more efficient and free from a fire hazard with the buildup of lint in the stack. Yes well be using The Steam Team again for our needs and happily recommend them.

We reached out to the Steam Team earlier this week regarding some furniture cleaning needs and were pleased with the quick responses from their scheduling team. On the day of services, our technician was able to come early, which was a welcome surprise. The technician was very nice and completed his quote and job all in the same visit. The couches he cleaned for us look and smell great. We have two pets, so there was a lot of fur he took the time to remove. We intend to use the Team again in the future, and we are considering moving our rug cleaning needs to them as well based on a conversation we had with the tech.

The service took about two hours for our entire second floor carpet to be cleaned (about 900sq ft) and they did a fantastic job. Super easy from start to finish! Mike did a fantastic job! The faucet in the apartment was unusually small and he worked and worked to make the hoses fit properly. He even made a trip back to the office to get more hoses so he could access the water from the outside. He gave me the option to reschedule but I needed carpet cleaned that day. This was my first time using their remediation services, and I was quite satisfied. Tim was great, and gave me an honest assessment (even told me I could likely do the work myself, but I wanted to pay to have it done, so I went ahead with the work). I absolutely love a service provider that is truly representing the customers best interests, and not solely focused on the bottom line!He was very detailed about the damage incurred, and what was needed to dry wood, remove damaged drywall, insulation & baseboards. He was very timely in his updates, and kept me apprised of the progress throughout. SteamTeam also gave me updates along the way as the workers entered/exited the premises. I would definitely use them again (need some stuff cleaned soon :-) ), and I would also recommend them highly to others.

I also did a quick vacuum and made sure there was easy access to the outside water faucet.On the day, Jay called to introduce the gentleman, Mike, who would be providing the service. Mike was soooo professional!! He arrived with protective booties on...couldn’t believe it! We went through the house discussing the job and the recent pet tinkle from an annoyed furry friend. Mike saw my tiny shoe closet and tossed that in free of charge.It now smells great in my home...the entire process took about an hour tops! I need to wait about 6-8 hours to put things back on the carpet.It’s so hard to find good, caring, professionals in this day and age. You can totally trust these guys!!

Without going into too much detail, it was the nastiest mess I have ever witnessed and wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy. Shon and the Steam Team came to my house after-hours because of course this happened right around 6pm. Within an hour of calling, Shon came over, he was very efficient and professional. Also, extremely courteous. He cleaned the carpet in an office as well while he was there. The Steam Team saved the day (and my house). We are grateful for their good work and quick response in a crisis!

Mario and Jared were super nice and very thorough. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They spent about 6 hours cleaning our HVAC duct work, vents, and two furnace units in a 3,700 sq ft home. They both took an incredible amount of pride in their work and it showed. We had used groupon in the past in our previous home of 5,000 sq ft home and they took less than 2 hours. Mario showed me the actual dust removed and the cleaned duct work and it was like brand new. VERY PLEASED!!

Plus the equipment and chemicals work and Roman explained the process. Ive used TST 2x year for over 8 years - great people and I think the price is fair for a 1500 square foot house in South Austin

Tim Porch was the team leader for my “most disastrous day” when a valve on the back of my washer broke and water began to flow out, silently, saturating more than 1/3 of my home. Our aircondioner decided to leak in the attic. We only found out, when the ceiling fell in. We were referred to The Steam Team by a family member. Once we called, we were assured that they would take care of it, and that someone would be out quickly. Daniel was our service adjuster who came to insure us and inspect the damage. He had pointed out that the leak had been going for some time and pointed out mold growth. He tested all areas affected as well as some possibly. Once we gave him the go, they sent people to take care of everything quicker then Ive seen in some time. They worked efficiently and effectively. They looked professional and were very polite.
