    Extremely efficient, great value, friendly, and the icing on the cake was that the carpets looked fabulous after a years worth of pet traffic! Will be using them every time Carpets need refreshed. Will add the odor removal added service was well worth the money, also.

    Awesome job! My Brother and troublesome 97 year old mother was home as they cleaned the air ducts. They were patient with her and thorough with the work and all at a very affordable price. Totally would rant and rave about them.

    First off, I want to say, Jared was very friendly and respectful. He was prompt and professional. He measured the spaces we wanted cleaned and gave a quote, which we certainly accepted. Our carpets were raked and get this, after the carpets dried, they were not stiff. In the past we used another service and our carpets were left with some residue which were stiff. Our carpets looks new and they are soft. We are extremely happy with this service. Thank you.

    We had the carpets in our rent house cleaned by another firm, but were dissatisfied--in their cleaning and their dumping of dirty water on my drive and them on my neighbors lawn, when I complained about the former. Carpet Master was very professional, ecologically and environmental friendly, and the carpets look great. I highly recommend them! No complaints at all, and nice to deal with.Jim

    The Carpet Master recently cleaned our carpets for the first time and we’re extremely happy with the results. The owner, Jerrod, cleaned them himself along with an assistant. Jerrod has an extremely professional work ethic and the carpets look great! I highly recommend The Carpet Master and will use them in the future.

    Jared did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He was extremely punctual. Once he arrived he measured the spaces to be done. He calculated how much it would cost. I agreed to his very reasonable price and bang he was done in a little over an hour. The carpet looks and smells lemon fresh! If you want quality work this is the company to use.

    I had The Carpet Master come out and clean two houses of mine, my new home I bought and my rented house. Jared did an amazing job on both properties. Extremely professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Jarod and his team were amazing. There was an relentless stain weve tried multiple times to remove, but have been unsuccessful. Its now gone! He was very responsive, timely, and I felt the price was very reasonable. The last company I had clean it did a mediocre job. The stain remained, and the odor in the room was pretty strong. My carpet looks fantastic, no overpowering odors of harsh chemicals (it smells really clean), and we were even able to get a sealant on one of the high traffic rooms. We will definitely be calling him again- Thanks, Jarod!

    I recently moved into a new house and the carpet was thrashed, it apparently had oil base stains all over it. Everyone told me that I needed to replace the carpet, but I decided to contact carpet masters first. They came out extremely quick, and my carpet looks brand-new. Best money Ive ever spent! I highly recommend them.
