    This is my second service job. I chose to enter a service contract and I am glad that I did. Xavier and Sebastian were prompt, professional, and easy to engage.     Another excellent experience with The AC&Heat Doctors & More!! I was having trouble with my dryer and was told that I needed to have the vent cleaned. The techs arrived at the scheduled time, explained what they were doing and what needed to be done and showed me from the outside of my house that the airflow was working properly and issue was resolved.

    My wife had told the worker to remove the upper styrofoam panels before they began to brush the chimney but they presumed the the panels would catch the majority of the ashes and they could clean it easier. However, the worker on the top of the house allowed his brush to come down into the box and broke the styrofoam panel. I happened to be watching when it occurred. The company has said they will try to find the panels online and order two replacements for us. We hope that is the case. Overall, their service was great and we felt very comfortable with them in the house. We’ll have them back next year.

    The unit on my house in LA need to be replaced while I was living in Utah. The A/C Doc were great and took care of everything for me. Great service and great people. Super easy to work with and took the stress of being in a different state and replacing a unit while tenants were needing service! Even brought window units to the house until parts were in for the repairs!

    The chimney sweep technician was so polite and professional! He literally went above and beyond and was on time! Timeliness and professionalism is something that is often overlooked especially here in Texarkana. However, the gentleman called before departure and close to arrival and drove all the way from Shreveport, LA. He was reasonably priced and is the ONLY certified chimney sweep technician in the Texarkana area, according to the CSIA website . I would totally recommend!

    Outstanding service! I called (on a holiday) to schedule to have both of my hvac units serviced and my dryer vent cleaned. They were able to send a technician out the next day. The technician Paul arrived on time and was very professional. When Paul arrived at my home, he introduced himself and greeted me with a goody bag of assorted candy and a few company branded items. Paul completed the services in a timely manner and he even gave me a few helpful tips to keep my units running better.

    PJ was prompt and professional. He took the time to explain every detail of the air duct cleaning process. They cleaned all the registers (20!). When I got home about 5 hours later, the downstairs was not cooling & I had to call him back to investigate. When reinstalling the blower motor, one of the wires to the motherboard was disturbed & not making a good contact. PJ returned within 30 minutes of my call and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company.

Immediately upon him arriving, I could tell he carried himself very professionally. while explaining to him the services that I recently had conducted on my AC unit, I could tell that he was paying attention to every word that I was saying in an effort to hopefully come up with a quicker diagnosis to the problem that I was having. Also, the young lady who called me to set up the appointment (I’m sorry, but I fail to recall her name. Maybe it was Tasha?) was very pleasant throughout the entire process.     Service was excellent, originally was scheduled for Tuesday May 7, rescheduled for Saturday May 4, from 4 - 8 pm, moved up to 12 - 3 pm. Mike Morgan, was professional, did outstanding job. Out of 15 years at this house, only 1 other time did someone remove all the pine needles from inside the a/c unit. Again excellent job done.

They text you a picture of the person coming to do the maintenance and you get text updates that they are coming, plus a phone call so you aren’t blind sided when someone just shows up at your door. They got us in super fast for a chimney cleaning and then to put a cherry on top they even left the cutest little goodie bag of candy when they finished. 10/10 recommend and will use their services again.

    We had to have our heating unit replaced today and the two gentleman that came out were simply amazing! Their personalities, their professionalism and knowledge were above top notch!     Mr Paul and his assistant BJ showed up bright and early with smiles and positive attitudes. Easy going and just a joy to be around. They walked me through all they would be doing today to clean my vents and ducts. Very informative and detailed oriented. Customer service skills on point and after being in the customer service field for the last 35 years, I will say he is old school customer service oriented. Now a days people act like they are doing you a favor by doing the job they are paid for. Not these two gentlemen, they work with pride, and have excellent skills in this field. Yes it takes several hours, but when you are looking at the magnitude of work they are doing, well it took far less time then I thought. They are very concerned with keeping your home clean and placed plastic sheeting where the work would be occuring. Their pricing is very fair and very competitive. I had research several places when I found them. And I am beyond pleased with the work they did. For all my future heat and air needs, I will be calling them back and suggesting to all my friends and family.

    Paul took it upon himself to come out on a Sunday after I called that morning to describe my downstairs heating problem. Although I had been told by another AC/Heating company and a Centerpoint energy tech that the gas I was smelling in my backyard was fine, Paul felt uneasy and came out to investigate. He identified the importance of the situation and immediately cut off the unit safeguarding my children and myself and stopping the outrageous gas bills. The repair necessary was completed in a very timely manner and with expertise and efficiency. I will refer all my future AC/heating needs to him and his company as well as refer to my friends. EXCELLENT experience.
