    Christian and Tyler and both brilliant and incredibly nice guys!! It’s a joy to have someone come into your home that you immediately trust to do the right thing. They installed our new gas oven. They communicated well, came out when they said they would, and have been so considerate to follow up with us since. They are absolutely our “go-to” appliance team from now on!

    I called for an oven repair that was a few miles outside of their normal service area. They offered to still respond though.     Excellent customer service. I was scheduled quickly, the technician, Stephen, arrived on time the next day. He quickly figured out the problem with my dryer and ordered the part.I was kept informed as to when the part would arrive. Despite weather delays, the part arrived quickly, and my dryer was fixed in less than a week.Professional and patient, he answered all my questions. I will definitely request Stephen for any future appliance issues.

    I called them today for an oven repair thinking it would be a few days or weeks. Nope. It was an hour and Johnathan was here fixing it. He had the parts so didn’t have to come back. Price was reasonable and Johnathan was friendly and knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Obviously would recommend and use them again.

    Called on a weekday in the early afternoon after having some issues with our dishwasher - We had considered throwing our current one away but figured we would at least consider having it repaired before fronting hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in repairs.Christian came out within three hours and had the machine fixed and going for a fraction of the cost of a new machine!Highly highly recommend and cannot fathom why folks would leave negative reviews!

    Called in the morning to get our dryer/washer serviced and cleaned and they were very responsive and came later that day and did a great job for us! Jonathan was very professional and friendly!

    We have not used them yet, but we will. I called 5 minutes before they closed and they still took the time to explain our options without being agitated that we called so late. They are very accommodating. We couldnt schedule because of our schedule, not theirs. We will call back very soon.

    I called on a Sunday afternoon and was able to discuss my oven malfunction with Christian. He took the time to search out resources and set up an appointment with Jonathan to run a diagnostic. Jonathan was quickly able to isolate the problem. He was courteous and efficient besides knowledgeable. By the end of the week my very old oven was repaired and now works! If any other appliance breaks down (hoping not) I will call Texoma Appliance Repair asap. You should too!

    I called yesterday and Christian showed up today with all the right parts in his truck and fixed my dryer right then and there. I didn’t have to pay an extra service fee or wait for parts to arrive. After a three week long wait for a washer repair last month from another company this was a breath of fresh air, at an amazingly affordable price. Not to mention he went above and beyond and really cleaned out the dryer and told me everything he was doing in clear terms. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs appliance help!!!

    We were already concerned that we might have to get a new refrigerator. I looked it up on Youtube and found that it could be a simple part, but that part was not available to me locally and to order one was going to be expensive, especially if it was not the problem. I called Texoma Appliance Repair and he got back with me later in the day. We made an appointment. He came out and confirmed it was the part that I thought it might be. He checked and didnt find one in the area, so he ordered one to be shipped overnight. He called when the part came, installed it, and our refrigerator is back up and running. I could not have expected better service. I recommend Texoma Appliance Repair, but because he does great work and is reasonable, he is busy! I will call him next time I need help with appliances.

    Very knowledgeable and honest. He came to fix my washer and could have just kept quiet and charged me $200+ to get it working again for a little while but instead explained how it, a GE, was a very inexpensive disposable brand designed to only last a few years until everything broke down and it would need to be replaced. Also gave me some advice about quality brands to invest in and how long they should last but wasnt trying to sell me one of them. They spent well over 20 minutes at this service call, plus drive time, but did not charge me a dime for their time since he didnt make a repair and they gave me some good advice too. Without a doubt, I will definitely be calling Christian for all of my appliance repair needs in the future! Thanks guys!

    They came to our house for a washer that sounded like it was just running non-stop, and the washer was completely turned off and unplugged. He diagnosed the issue, and informed me off what is was. He showed me the relay, telling me if He had to replace it, he would have to replace the whole circuit board and it would be at the least $250 to replace, ultimately suggesting to just buy a new washer. He also informed me of what can and can’t happen once he attempts to fix it. Welp!! He tapped the relay one time, and my washer has been working ever since. All it took was a house call!!! Dude, you rock!!!!

    Texoma Appliance Repair was the second call-MY MISTAKE.I should have called Texaoma Repair first. They are honest, reliable, reasonable and qualified. The first service charged 140.00 then wanted 1200.00 to Repair or I could buy a new refrigerator from them (Aldridge).Texaoma Repair charged 230.00 and saved me 970.00 or 3000.00 had I bought a new refrigerator, plus 140.00 for the failed Repair.
