Joseph (owner) and Chris were prompt , courteous, informative with air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning . They went beyond expectations by checking my attic to see if any holes in my ac duct since thy noticed debris in one of my ac vents . They also climbed roof and explain that roofers had placed wrong vent which was not allowing dryer to ventilate causing lint collection. After Joseph even attempted to to call his own roofer to see if she could assist since it is challenging to find roofer willing to replace with correct dryer vent cap . After replacing with correct dryer vent cap on roof , Joseph and Chris returned again to clean dryer duct . I would highly recommend them both . There were beyond my expectations!

Ive been using this companys sevices for six years now. Customer service has always great. I have had several dryer vent cleaning, plus a chimney cleaning. Both services excellent. I recently called Texas Air Duct Cleaning Services. They worked around my schedule and sent Chris, one of their new technicians. He was polite and respectful of my home. And he did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. I will continue to use this company until I move or they retire.

Top Notch Service and Professional Results!!! Andrew arrived promptly and was very detailed answering all my questions. This is our first time doing this type of service in our fairly new house, just 3 yrs old. I booked mainly to get our air ducts cleaned due to dusts and Im so glad I did. Andrew took before and after photos while doing the work and I was amazed how much dusts we had on ducts and even more amazed how he got them so clean afterwards. My dryer also does not seem to work efficiently so I had him check out the dryer vent.... and I was so glad I did.... see the photos attached. I had no idea I had a fire hazard above us with such a fairly new home. I appreciate how genuine this company treats their clients and I definitely highly recommend them. Worth the every penny.

This is my second year to use them and they are OUTSTANDING. Provide friendly and very thorough service. Our house is a relative new build and the dryer venting is in an odd configuartion - it doesnt vent directly through the wall to the exterior but travels via pipe up to the 2nd floor and vents out just above the 1st floor roof - strange. It can also can be temperamental.Thankfully - Texas Air Duct Cleaninig Services were able to clean out my problem *AND* provide great advice and tips about how to best maintain airflow. Joe even cleaned out dust and debris behind my dryer.These guys literally go ABOVE and beyond.

I had called Joseph for dryer vent cleaning service as my dryer heating element was burnt out and had to replace it . I explained him the problem and he inspected around and fixed the vent within few mins and told me vent cleaning service is not needed right now and asked me to wait to get it done.Joseph was very genuine, patient and didn’t charge me anything for it, he didn’t even let me tip him !!! Andrew did a great job cleaning and sanitizing our HVAC ducts that had not been cleaned for 25 years. I had recently hired another company to clean our dryer vent, and they charged me a fortune only to say that they couldnt do it successfully and that Id need a plumber to perform it.After eating the $300+ cost, I called Texas Air Duct Cleaning Services and am soooo glad that I did.Aside from the fact that their customer service was warm and helpful, the work they did was substantially cheaper, done in a few minutes and actually worked (unlike the first large contractor I hired).I wish I would have contacted this place first because I cant say enough about how great the experience was. He was able to give me a temp solution until I can have the appropriate roof vent for a dryer installed. My wife and I hired Joseph and his team to clean out residual and active mold from our vents and air ducts. Joseph was very responsive to our inquiry and his pricing was transparent and fair. You can find his pricing on his website which I have not seen many other companies do, in all facets of home repair/improvement. Joseph and his team did a great job with their initial cleaning and were timely and vacuumed up the house before we got back home. Fast forward 10 months and we turned our heat back on and had some of the residual mold flakes falling out of a few of our vents. I called Joseph again to come take a look and he was very responsive and remembered the previous issues that we had at our house. He came and cleaned out the vents again! I highly reccomend Texas Air Duct Cleaning Services. Its very rare these days to find someone who is not only reliable but honest as well. Im new to home ownership and was having issues with water pooling up underneath the front of my dryer and the lint trap constantly being caked with dog hair and lint. I assumed it was either my dryer or that my dryer vent was blocked with a substantial amount of lint and dog hair after only a year and a half of being in a brand new built home. I called Joseph and made an appointment with him to come check things out. He informed me upfront what the cost for service would be. On the day of the appointment Joseph arrived on time and after listening to my description of the issues I was having he checked the outside vent and saw that it had been painted over causing the flap to be stuck closed. After unsticking the flap Joseph made sure there wasnt any build up of caked up lint and dog hair inside the vent and also informed me of how often I should have my vents checked and cleaned. He also checked my inside return vent in the main living area per my request to see if there was any major build up of dust. After doing all of this he didnt even charge me anything saying that he didnt really have to do any major work. He could have easily charged me and said that the vents were dirty and I wouldnt have known any different but instead Joseph was entirely honest and trustworthy. I will definitely call him again when I am ready to do a whole house vent cleaning as I know his prices will be fair and straight forward and the services he performs will be thorough.

When I moved into my new home I hired Texas Air Duct Cleaning Services to clean my vents. After cleaning my air vents they showed me before and after pictures which I liked because you can see the difference! I was not planning on cleaning my dryer duct but they offered me a great deal which Im glad I accepted because they cleared out not 1 but 3 bird nests that were in my dryer duct! Needless to say thats a major fire hazard and I had no idea that was in there!. Technicians Joseph and Andrew were very kind, helpful, and professional. Im a bit of a neat freak and they did an exceptional job taking care of my furniture while moving their equipment from room to room, and cleaning up when they were finished! We had been using our chimney for many years without a cleaning, and I became concerned about chimney fires with all I had been reading on line about fires due to poorly maintained chimneys. I called Joseph and because of their excellent rates scheduled a cleaning. He came out, looked at the chimney and said you dont need to clean this chimney yet, call me again next year.Then proceeded to teach me about chimneys and soot build up and maintenance with respect to chimneys. If you call him you will deal with an HONEST man and get a very competitive deal.Joseph was recommended to me by a friend that had his chimney cleaned by Joseph. My friend, as a rule, never recommends service people. My friend told me, if you need your chimney cleaned, call Joseph, you wont regret it. Incredibly honest company. I had an appointment for a given date and time and they arrived exactly as promised. Joseph (the owner) inspected all our ductwork, inlet and outlet openings and air filter. Based on what he saw, he didnt think we needed to spend the money to have them cleaned but to just replace the 5 month old inlet filter. I suspect any other company would just take our money and clean them. But Josephs honesty is commendable. Anyway, we had them cleaned anyway because the price was attractive and we have an allergic child.

I called Texas Air Duct Cleaning for a dryer vent service and am very pleased. We called a different company last year. They cleaned the duct; however, they failed to verify a continuous path from inside where the dryer is located to the the exit on the roof. Texas Air Duct Cleaning found a metal damper that was not opening. Thus, the air was not moving out, and the dryer was always hot. The owner of Texas Air Duct Cleaning knows his business well and has very good people skills.
