    It is the little things that count the most for us and TemperaturePro San Antonio did an outstanding job from start to finish. Alex came and discussed options, including the new refrigerant and we made the decision to do a system replacement. They were not the lowest priced, but the lowest cost, and explained everything, had no hidden surprises, and included everything I needed in their estimates. That is how we measure the low cost provider. But most importantly, I trusted them after others kept adding to the price as I asked questions. Juan and his team showed up early Saturday morning and got the installation done by noon ahead of the freezing weather next week. I mentioned the little things. They were neat, professional, courteous, stayed with it, and cleaned up after themselves. My attic was neat and clean and they caulked around the new disconnect switch outside and properly insulated the suction line, not haphazardly like previous installers. They got an A+++++ in our books and five stars. We are extremely pleased.

    Ive had work done by Temperature Pro, San Antonio, in the past and have been very impressed with their service. Ive had direct contact with the owner, Courtney, and have nothing but good things to say. I had another opportunity to have a service call done recently on a different A/C system and of course called Temperature Pro again. Sam the service tech was awesome. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. Same experience as with the previous techs. Overall, excellent experience. Highly recommend.

    I could not be happier with Austin Burke and the rest of the Temperature Pros team. We have a very large home in Terrell Hills. We had another company install high end Daikin units and it was an absolute disaster, systems had continual issues or didnt work. Austin got EVERYTHING fixed (and there was so much wrong) got everything working great and provided great service and support. We signed up for a maintenence plan and the service has remained superior. Temperature Pros has been by far (its not even close) the best AC company we have worked with in San Antonio.

    It all started with Alex; he came and saw I was having issues on Monday; put estimates together for a top of the line AC unit I wanted; even including more venting and return air-duct enlargement and insulation. He was even kind enough to bring me a portable AC unit until his company could get his installers over to install already on Tuesday. From there other employees impressed me with their professionalism and knowledge. I want to give a shout out to Maxwell, Rueben, Christian and his brother as well as Alex. Perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this outstanding woman owned business.

    TemperaturePro is local family Woman owned business, which means they are responsible, nimble and community friend. If you choose TemperaturePro, you are actually supporting our San Antonio community. Courtney, the owner of TemperaturePro, was very easy to communicate and she was open to hear for pricing and scheduling. And I didn’t feel any sketchy marketing sales feeling at all. She came here for us to propose the best solution they can offer clearly. Even I had a better price quote at that time, I signed bc her offer was very professional, clear and fast delivery. Next day, Antonio and his team was working so professionally and explained all the details and tips to maintain AC in good shape. Whole installation was completed in about 2 hours and checking all the corners. And new ac is working so good now. I am exiting about their follow up for the next season and more. All this great experience turned me as an active promoter for her business for my friends in SATX.

    Ac stopped cooling all of a sudden at 10pm. I did not want to pay for emergency services so made an appointment for the next morning. Ovie Rodriguez was the technician that showed up first thing in the morning! He was professional and courteous but most importantly honest and transparent! He took the time to show me exactly which part went bad and even showed me how he knew it was bad. Installed the part and confirmed the repair. We went from thinking the worst to being relieved! We were so impressed that have now set up a maintenance plan with them! Within 20 minutes of him leaving, the owner even reached out to make sure we were satisfied! Amazing company!!

    Our AC unit had issues and finally stopped cooling. We decided rather than repair our AC - we would just buy another. Alex was very quick to respond. It was so hot and we were miserable. Alex was kind enough to provide us with a portable unit which helped soooo much while we waited a couple of days for our unit. Alex figured out what size unit we needed and made the process pretty easy. He made sure we knew about our purchasing options and we were able to get a unit that fit the house and our budget. Juan and Joel came to install and worked very quickly to get our unit installed. They showed up early, they were professional and got the job done right. Alex is extremely knowlegable, kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to answer questions and Iistened. I didnt feel rushed or pressured. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend! Ask for Alex. The owner Courtney tried to see if I was able to use my old system with out trying to spend money, but I ended up needed everything replaced. You wont be disappointed. It is WORTH it!!!!So 2 years has pass and my ac unit went out, so I called Sunday and Courtney called me right away and made and appointment for the next day. Ovie Rodriguez was the technician that performed the work on our two systems which had been installed by TemperaturePro in April 2022. He was very professional, cheerful, thorough and polite. He kept us informed of his progress and took the time to answer all my questions. When he was finished, he used his iPad to show me photos of the work he had performed and explained it all. Interestingly, I had requested a different technician by name and he turned out to be unavailable on the date of my service appointment.     I made an appointment w/Temperature Pro for routine maintenance and a summer checkup on our 2 AC systems. Ronny, our service technician, was on time and VERY thorough.     They installed both of our Daikin Fit systems over the past couple years. We have saved a bit of money especially during the hottest months. Even though 2023 was hotter than 2022, we used less electricity, which is great.     When they couldn’t come to install right away they provided a portable a/c. It was a big help! Antonio was the lead technician for the dismantling and install of new unit. They were here for quite a while taking care to install everything properly. They added a pad to outside unit because it was in low lying area for rain.     I am very picky on who I let in my home let alone who have have complete work on my home as I have been burned before. With Temperature pro SA I knew the minute I got in the phone with them I wanted to use them. Courtney was amazing and helpful from the minute we first spoke. Before we even chose Temperature Pro San Antonio I called her to ask a question about something another company told us and she explained everything to me. She worked with us and helped get us the best unit for our budget. When are new AC unit was installed the technician Antonio and his crew were amazing! They answered all of our questions and explained everything they did and fail safes the new unit had. They were not bothered by our dogs, and even had a entertained my bird while they worked by have a whistling battle with her. (She won but that is what she does) when they finished installing both the inside and outside unit I think they left the areas they were at cleaner when they left then they were when they got here. All in all from first phone call to unit installation the process was pleasant and not stressful at all. Courtney has even message me to make sure everything was going well, and after the snow storm she checked on us and wanted to make sure we didn’t lose any of our fish. I would recommend they 100 times over because they were simply the best. It wasn’t about making money for them it was finding a solution that worked for us and within a reasonable budget..

    I decided to replace my 17 year old, inefficient HVAC system after receiving a promotional letter from my current AC company.     Our company used TemperaturePro to install two Daikin AC units in July of 2022. They showed up on time, were very professional and even found an existing problem with one of our units that they fixed FOR FREE on the spot while they were only to inspect our system to put together a quote for us. They came when planned for the install and even finished earlier than their estimated time frame. They cleaned everything up nicely before leaving. Then a week later at 4pm on a Friday, we called with a minor problem, I expected a Monday or Tuesday followup, but they were here within an hour!!!This is the type of company it is a pleasure to do business with!!!     I called this morning around 9:30 am to fix my condensate drain line being stopped up. The nice lady gave me a same day appointment between 3pm - 5pm. The serviceman showed up around 2:30pm and after some explaining the problem to him he went to work in the hot attic for around one hour, did a great job, flushed both of my units and he never broke a sweat.     I decided to get a jump on the summer heat by having my AC units serviced. The technician who showed up, Sam Weaver, was great. He was right on time and got right to it. Sam’s a very charming, personable guy who kept me informed as he quickly serviced my units. Now I have peace of mind knowing that I’ll be ok during the upcoming hot summer.As always, I continue to be impressed with the quality of service provided by TemperaturePro. I highly recommend them.

    The house I bought had TemperaturePro San Antonio install a new AC system in May 2022. There were issues with refrigerant leaking in April 2023 and June 2023. The first was covered by warranty, because its within one year of the initial installation. Two months after the April fix, the AC has the issue that was supposedly fixed, but isnt covered by warranty.Response to Response: I called yesterday and was told that because it was more than one year (by one month) since the install date, the system was no longer covered.Update: TemperaturePro says that though the initial installation warranty is invalid, the work done two months ago has a warranty for a year and would be covered. I had a different company look at the AC (this was before TemperaturePro looked at it) and they were adamant that the evaporator coil was leaking and needed replaced. TemperaturePro then looked at it and couldnt find any issues with the AC system. The other company stands by their assessment and claims that they had to replace Freon and used an infrared combustible refrigerant gas detector to find the leak in the evaporator coil. Im not sure what to make of the conflicting assessments and may need a third party to evaluate if theres a leak.Update (updated to 5 stars): Had a friend that fixes AC issues look at the system and he didnt find a leak.

    We were shopping around for companies to replace our AC unit and came across temperature pro. When I first called they were very friendly and nice and quick to schedule me an estimate. The owner Courtney ended up coming out and looking over everything and giving me a great price on a new unit that was very affordable. She was so nice and patient as I had no clue what anything was. She explained everything to me and she even helped me out more by giving me options to change to electric heat also which we have been without for a very long time as well. I love that there was no pressure to buy more than we needed or upgrade to things that was not necessary. Also it was very comforting knowing that it was a family-run business.     My experience form the beginning was very professional and responsive. I requested a quote the night before and the owner Courtney came out the next day. By the evening she provided the breakdown and I actually expected it to be more then what she provided so that was a plus from the get go. I was never pressured to buy anything but what I needed. We went from a 2.5 ton to a 3 ton due to a room conversion. Within two days technicians were out here as scheduled. They were very professional from the point of contact and provided lots of advance on how we can do simple tasks to keep our units running smoothly . When I happened with my TemperaturePro San Antonio unit, I called and the amazing service this company offers went into high gear.     [Updated]Our first encounter was not optimal, but TempertaurePro came out later that afternoon to resolve the issue and get our A/C back online. Since then, we have had them perform a 2nd service and yesterday they came out due to an AC issue. Turns out the updated backup drain/sensor they installed during our their initial visit did its job and shut the system down due to a drain clog rather than overfilling the drain pan and causing potential damage to our ceiling. The technician, Ovie, was very helpful and explained some things to consider with the drain clog (ties into restroom sink) and what to look out for and how to overcome issues in the future. TemperaturePro have been very responsive and the technicians have been friendly and helpful. We are pleased with their service and they have earned our update and a 5-star review. Thanks TemperaturePro![Original] Had TemperaturePro out to correct a functional drain line and now our A/C is throwing a sensor error and is not working. Temperature is heating up in the home (already 78/81 degrees) and we will have to wait for at least another 4 hours for them to come back and correct a problem that wasn’t there prior to their service. It will surely be hotter than hell sitting here until they can come out and correct it. This is my first service w/TemperaturePro and we’re not off to a good start.

    Just a great company and team. Everyone was professional and courteous and honest, everything we were looking for when Buying a HVAC system. We originally had another company come sell us on using them, unfortunately we were mislead with pricing and product so we stopped contract. We called Temperature Pros. Courtney used power point to explain all the technology and different systems and upfront pricing, which gave me the power to make an informed decision that was right for me and my home. Install of HVAC was with Antonio L, he and his team was very professional, knowledgeable, and more importantly caring about the work being done. Found him taking extra time and effort to make sure it was done to standard. Next day we had a Quality Inspection from another technician to go over the install with no noted issues. HVAC was a Daikin variable speed unit and so far it’s made a world of difference. I Highly recommend them.

Antonio briefed us on the new install and showed us in real-time our system was in fact working as advertised, with an emphasis on maintenance.The crew gave an overall outstanding performance, the install looks as though it was built with the house.     My home required an entire AC/Heating system replacement.....and I knew NOTHING.....I had no idea what I needed or what to expect. Courtney spent a lot of time with me asking questions to ensure she recommended a system that is effective and efficient and also a good value. My home was always hot upstairs; I wasted money over cooling the downstairs just to keep the temperature of upstairs bearable. She explained the benefits of a 2 Two-Zone system that will allow me to better control the temperature in my home. I am looking forward to seeing positive changes in my energy bill. Because I have 2 parrots, she recommended an air cleaner to improve the quality of the air. I want to be able to control my system with an app and/or Alexa so the team installed 2 NEST thermostats, one upstairs and one downstairs.     I have worked with many A/C contractors in SA, but TemperaturePro SA is the best in every respect!. Our A/C was totally out, and we were able to identify, on our end, a capacitor had died; so , the owner coordinated with her service technician to bring out the correct part, to save time, which was a win-win for all. The owner also juggled the schedule to address our issue the same day. Quality shows in everything. Mike the technician arrived very quickly, in a clean work van, equipment, and got right to work. The text communications from the time we scheduled the service call until the job was completed, helped me plan my day. Mike, the technician, did diagnostics to confirm the capacitor no longer worked and checked out the system to ensure the Trane System was working properly. Mike made photos of all the steps and services he performed, which was excellent. and saved time for all. The office receptionist also got me some additional information I requested. So I am glad to have found Temperature Pro and will continue to use their maintenance plan going forward. Not having to deal with commissioned service techs, and working with a knowledgable technician and office staff made a usually stressful A/C repair a breeze. Great job! Great team! Great service!
