    I was impressed with the compassion of the dispatcher. We were expecting our family gathering including 2 babies on Labor Day and she checked with the service Techs in my area for Saturday. Adolfo Hernandez made the call and was very professional. He checked all aspects of our A/C and had us cooling quickly. But then he took his time and checked the system thoroughly. We are pleased with the professional and caring service.

    We have used TCH a few times as they can access our AC that is on our roof. They have done an amazing job every time. We especially think that Miguel is a wonderful technician who is friendly, professional and very informative. The folks in the office are great as well. We will definitely continue to use their services and highly recommend them.

    TCH is great! We’ve had them out for serious issues as well as yearly maintenance. Every technician we’ve dealt with has been extremely thorough and communicative. Their office is helpful, and I love the email notifications. We have always felt in good hands.

    These guys came thru my home warranty co after another company said I needed a whole new unit after looking for 30 minutes and my warranty declined to fix but I fought it and they sent TCH out for another opinion. Armando is the only one who came out and actually worked hard to find out what was wrong with my unit, which was needing a condenser and some major cleaning not a whole new unit. He was awesome and I totally recommend this company! Thank you so much, before you guys came I had one of the more stressful weeks of my life over this AC in a house I just bought!

    I have had the best experience with a home repair contractor in my life. This is even more surprising because the are working for a home warranty company. Their professionalism and attention to detail was refreshing. They called immediately the arrived on time and the showed an old school work ethic that I haven’t seen in years.

    Our air conditioner went out and TCH was sent out through our home warranty program. Erik came out and instantly was able to diagnose the problem. Super knowledgeable. He didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. I would definitely use them again.

    TCH was a contractor assigned to me by my warranty company. However, they treated me as if I was their direct client. From the phone rep to the technicians, everyone was great. Its rare to find customer service like this... and I appreciate them very much. They fixed my blower motor and leaking ducts. No mess, just cool!

    I’m a tenant and our owner uses TCH Mechanical for A/C repairs. Armando, our service tech, was prompt, friendly, and very thorough in diagnosing and fixing our HVAC problems. He made sure to do the job right the first time rather than get in and out as quickly as possible. Awesome job!

    These guys were an answered prayer! I had a TERRIBLE experience with EMS Home Services and thankfully I was able to get my warranty claim switched to TCH. They came same day, showed up on time, and were polite and professional. And when you call, an ACTUAL person answers - and she’s super sweet! No waiting on hold and talking to a machine for 20 mins.That’s not even the best part…EMS Home Services (after being rude, not showing up, not returning calls) tried to get me to replace a $2,000 part… which was not broken! TCH came in and diagnosed my AC correctly and fixed it same day - this was after it being out for the entire month of July (told ya, EMS Home Services is terrible). So yea, not even joking when I say they were an answered prayer, (because hello, it’s Texas in the middle of the summer!) I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone and I will jump through hoops to make sure my warranty company assigns them to me anytime I have issues with my HVAC system.

    I first called TCH Mechanical a couple or three years ago. Ever since that first call, I have found myself increasingly impressed with their knowledge and response time and this last time I called for help I was absolutely blown away by their knowledge, abilities, and skill sets. Karina in the office was simply spectacular, explaining what was going on with my AC Motor & Blower. In the end, I replaced the whole kit & kaboodle and it was priced properly! I used my Google-Fu to check out how much an A/C blower & motor replacement would be, and I was thinking about $850 would be correct. I was quoted $847. I also checked prices for full unit replacement but I was wrong by almost $1500 - it was $2500, not $4000! color me shocked.!!!! I simply cannot say enough about how truly terrific and thrilled I am to have THC Mechanical in my pocket for AC & heating unit repairs...I highly recommend them: I am a New Yorker and I am NOT easily impressed - I question everything (its a culture thing). They are honest and thorough and if they say they will do something, they do. I asked for photos of the old unit to keep in my house repair file and I got them - Karina also told me she would send me the registration info via email for the new unit - and she did! the follow-through and customer service levels are amazing! and Armando, my installer, along with Miguel, were courteous and thorough, also explaining what they were doing and why.All I can do is enthusiastically point the way to TCH Mechanical for your A/C Heating needs - you will be grateful and astounded, as I was.     TCH handles the warranties for First American Home Warranty. Its a busy time of year...initial contact with TCH took 24-hours. Eric came out the following morning to check the system and found a drain problem which he promptly took care of...a second problem has now popped up that may be be the fan motor. Much easier to get a hold of TCH now...Ive been in touch with Eric and hes working on resolution with warranty company for a new motor. Will likely update to 5-STARS as soon as work is completed and our system is running @100%. I hope First American doesnt balk at replacement. Thanks Karina and Eric!

    Did a great job replacing the furnace, complete ductwork, thermostat, and filtering system. They did a very professional installation and knew what they were doing. They showed up early and worked hard. The boss, Erik, is a former marine and he runs this company with a lot of honor and professionalism. There prices were competitive. We got these guys through the home warrantee and they really know how to communicate with the home warrantee and write reports using technical language - which is a skill a lot of contractors don’t have but that is very valuable to the customer clearly. They also offer a military discount and are friendly to communicate with. Thanks for a great job guys. You made our Christmas warmer and safer through your work.

    FAHW assigned TCH for the service contract to fix our heater. They set the appointment the next day but when we requested if they come the same day since it was really cold, they made us their last stop for the day so I appreciated the flexibility.Eric and Julian was very extensive in identifying what was wrong with the heater. We had an old HVAC with no documentation so they did their own research and consulted with other mechanics to drill down to the root cause. They even went up the roof and checked the vents to exhaust all possible solutions. At the end, they were able to fix it -- I appreciate the hard work, resourcefulness and never give up attitude to get it fixed. Highly recommended!

    TCH Mechanical also has an office in Austin, TX. The office staff was polite and got me the first available appointment. Erik Perez came out to my house on a Thursday later afternoon. Did a thorough check of my system, fixed the problem and Ive got cold air again. Mr. Perez was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend TCH Mechanical if you need HVAC service or maintenance

    My husband & I are very grateful to this company not only for their hard work but honesty when dealing with us. We had a nigtmare with another A/C company that had replaced our compressor but with the wrong size & did not do the wiring correctly which could have resulted in a fire. Our home warranty company called TCH Mechanical to check the work & they not only fixed the problem (which was a huge mess because we live in a condo so it involved cranes) but they did thorough documentation of the improper install that the other A/C company did wrong. The whole time that they were at our condo they were courtesy, professional as well as knowlegeable about what they were doing/fixing. They communicated well with us every step. We are so happy now!
