UPDATE, spring 2024: Even better than excellent - if I could give this business 10 stars, I would! One of my HVAC units was failing, and Octavio ran through the different options with me, to replace some of the parts or to put in a whole new unit. He did not pressure me in any way to choose either option. I opted to have them put in a whole new unit. (I have 2 units, one for each floor of my house, but he said the other one is fine.) He and Felipe came today to install it. They did a professional, thorough job, as usual, and even though its in the high 90s outside, they were cheerful and totally professional from beginning to end. They also had to deal with a workman from another company who had not done an A/C drain cleaning correctly, but they dealt with him on my behalf. If only every business could be this honest, professional, prompt, and high-quality! Im going to say again, I am their customer for life.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Excellent doesnt even begin to describe how prompt, professional, courteous, and thorough this company is. Ive been dealing with Octavio for years; he was here this morning to do a checkup on my heating systems, and in the process he found some clogs in both drain lines. He was able to clean one out (at no extra charge!) but he suggested that I get a professional plumber to reroute the other one, which Im in the process of doing. Supreme Mechanical is my go-to place for HVAC maintenance, and I am their customer for life!

I had a leak in my ceiling near one of my vents. I called supreme, and they sent Felipe out today. I really like the fact that he didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need - yet. He told me that my leak was almost certainly caused by the fact that I had condensation on my pipe due to the humidity. He told me that getting a good window covering and opening up all of my vents would most likely fix the problem. He said if that didn’t fix it, then there may be something more serious going on , but that at this point, the smart thing to do was to see if opening up all my vents and getting a good window treatment would fix the problem first.

Supreme Mechanical AC & Heating is AWESOME. I wish Id known about them before we replaced our central AC/Heating unit. I highly recommend (SM AC&H) but let me explain why.During the worst heatwave Texas has had in a while our HVAC system failed. We had an old system that used the old type of freon and so we called on a popular mechanical company based in Frisco, (ARP) (Id rather not name them), and they recommended we upgrade our system. We reluctantly agreed to replacing our heating/cooling system because we needed it badly. Unfortunately, we were displeased with their service and overall work performance. (ARP) sent 4 different sets of crew members in a span of two weeks, each one was sent to try to repair the work from the previous crew.Our neighbor recommended we contact SUPREME MECHANICAL AC&HEATING. Felipe showed up and reviewed the (ARPs) work and found a dozen mistakes and things that ARP got wrong. Because of his help we were able to force ARP to do correct their sub-standard work. If we had not contacted SUPREME MECHANICAL AC&HEATING we never would have known about all the shady work ARP had done. I only wish we had known about SUPREME MECHANICAL AC&HEATING before. With something as expesnive as this, I wish we had given (SM AC&H) the contract instead of going with the other guys.

This company is very Honest and you can Trust them. When they came to my house they checked my problem and shared the most expensive way and the least expensive to deal with an issue. Most companies will just tell you the most expensive way to fix the problem. The problem was fixed which was under $100 opposed to the other A/C company that wanted to charge me several $1,000s. Best ac repair HANDS DOWN. If you want reliable people who wont rip you off, this is who to call. The replaced both my units and let me tell you the attic unit caused them to make a big mess while replacing it. But wouldnt you know, my house was spotless when they left.
