I never had the vents cleaned up by a professional company since I’ve been here at my house for the last 19 years, so I decided to give it a try with a coupon I got in the mailer, and I was not disappointed at all, Eli and Leo were very professional and they cleaned up every vent in my house and the dryer duct, they also cleaned up every particle of debris left on the floor fallen from cleaning the vents.I give them a 5 star because how thorough and professional they were, Eli recommends other work if needed, but he does not push you to buy it, as well as no hidden fees either.My husband and myself have allergies, and after having this done, we feel way better.I highly recommend their work.

This company has excellent customer service, they are professional, punctual, and honest. If they find anything that’s additional, they let you know before hand without performing anything without your authorization. I’ve had a great experience with this company, and I couldn’t be more grateful that I chose supreme Air for my home needs. Initially they came out to clean my air duct vents, and my dryer vents, and one of the technicians found mold in my Air Duct he provided pictures and videos that have a time , date and locationAnd presented them to me and even offered for me to go up and see the mold myself. Beforehand, I was not expecting to see mold in my air ducts and that explains why I’ve had allergies and sinus, and my children as well. It’s been three weeks now, and thankfully, I took the additional service of removing the mold and my sinus congestion and allergies have gotten way better! Thank you supreme Air for being there for us🙌🏼 I have already booked from one year from now for my yearly duct cleaning and dryer vent as well. I have provided videos of the technician when he was doing the work as he is sending the videos as he’s doing the work. Dario and Leo were fast, efficient, neat, prepared and installed 2 attic fans for me just after noon. Thank you. Great job. 8/24 97F today and the attic was only 104F. Fan is doing well. Even stayed on after sundown till the attic cooled down. Good choice.

I wholeheartedly owe the life of my family to this wonderful owner. I learned so much about the care of the HVAC system. After being in the house for 3 years with no pets, and the previous owners not cleaning the HVAC system, the buildup of dander and mold so bad that it was a toxic health risk. Initially i ordered a cleaning but a deep clean was needed and this gentleman and his protoje worked non stop for 3 hours to get my system as clean as it can ever be. Amazing! We have a two story house with an upstairs dryer that vents through the roof. Our dryer has never worked right. Burned up two dryers and three elements in an 10 year period. A normal load took two hours to dry. Several companies came out over the years and claimed the vent was clear all the way up. Found supreme air online and figured it was worth one last try. Eli and his team started at the roof and cleared years worth of clogged lint. My clothes dry in 45 minutes now. Eli and his team were prompt, professional, personable and even followed up. Called Suprime Air because they had $69.99 dryer and vents cleaning coupon. Ruben & Jose were the technicians that came to my house. Ruben took the time to explain what the coupon consisted and what they will do. During the vent cleaning, Ruben looked at my AC and recommended a service with UV light to kill molds and anything going through the AC. Jose cleaned all vents and Jose worked on the AC and UV. Both were very knowledgeable and didn’t feel like they were adding stuff just to get more money. My AC was dirty and the UV light was something I’ve never heard of so while they worked, I looked it up and UV light is legit for AC unit.Supreme Air, Ruben, and Jose has gained my trust. The service is good for 5 years with a free yearly check/maintenance. The price was fair for what they did.When everything was done, I felt good, knowing that the job was done right by professionals like Ruben & Jose. Highly recommended so have for them and you’ll the quality work these two provide.

Jacob and crew showed up on time. They did a great job regarding the coupon we had for $59.99 for duct clean. The remainder of visit was to encourage us to do a deep cleaning, a furnace inspection, install a uv light for any future bacteria issues. The final cost would have been over $3000. It was quite a shock, so we didnt go with the rest, only the air intake cleaning which was in itself expensive. All told, the guys were very respectful and did the job they came to do.

Brian the air duct technician and his helper, Brandon were very courteous, professional and respectful. Brian explained everything that they were going to do prior to the service, he sent me pictures and videos for me to see as they were doing the work. When checking my attic he found mold. I wasn’t surprised because I had a leak in the roof and had my roof replaced. Brian showed me where there was mold in the attic on the air duct and insulation and offered to get that taken care of. I felt like I dusted a lot and noticed one of my vents had black marks on the kitchen ceiling. My dryer vent was very clogged as well. How thankful I was that I called Supreme Air to clean my air ducts and they found these issues. I feel better and can sleep with ease that everything is clean. They truly care amount their customers. Two men from this business came to my home today. They were professional, explained what they were doing and why, and left my home cleaner than when they arrived (both vents and floors). They did find additional concerns and pointed them out to me with a proposed solution, price, and timeframe for completion. They provided photos of the inside of my unit as it currently looked and identified the health concerns they found. I found the men to be honest, hard working, and informative. I will definitely call on them at least once per year to come out and clean my vents and make sure my home and its air qualify are safe for me and my pets.

Contacted this company because I was having issues with my clothes dryer having to run it 2-3 times to dry clothes. Even after getting another dryer didnt help I realized it had to be something within the vent. From the beginning of the first phone call until the completion of the job the owner was very professional and exceeded my expectations. He informed me he would be calling 30 minutes before arrival which he did and that showed me he valued my time. He and another of his servicemen came, explained that they would be cleaning all of the vents and once completed proceeded to the dryer vent. While cleaning the dryer vent on the inside, they discovered the issue was blocked on the outside that was preventing the air from flowing. The owner went out and removed the blockage and checked to ensure the air was able to flow. I was very impressed with the quality of service I received and I would highly recommend you give Supreme Air a call if you encounter this problem. Thank you guys for everything. I appreciate you.
