I needed a deep clean of my AC due to mold/mildew buildup, and the cleaning product smelled like eucalyptus, which made my house smell so good for like 2 days. The price was reasonable. We’ve had our ducts cleaned before…but not like this. Dario & Lio were amazing. My house smells like a freshly cleaned office. I had an idea I would have some mold in my air ducts from the visible signs on the vents but the in-depth pictures that the guys took were super revealing about the quality of air in my home. We had a deep clean (also the guys saved me from a leak from a clogged pvc dumping over into the pan) and also installed the UV lights which are worth the price with a 5 year warranty. The before and after pictures were incredible. Highly recommend Supreme Air.

Today I had the pleasure of supreme air, Austin duct cleaning to come and take a look at my ducks in my new home.It was wonderful to meet the gentleman, Eli and his worker.They were on time within three minutes, they were very clean, very polite, gave full information of everything they were doing, also got a picture and video of every single air duct that they opened and cleaned during the cleaning and after the cleaning.The price was well explained with the coupon I had, but I chose to spend a little more for disinfectant and air sanitizers, and adding a UV light in order to stop any molds. It was a good price compared to others, and I am very happy with the work.I do not write a lot of reviews, but this is definitely one that needed to be let out. Highly highly recommended such wonderful people,And when they left, they noticed my father’s military items on the wall and told me to tell my father thank you for his service.That went above and beyond. I highly recommend Supreme Air based on the services Alex and George provided me today. They cleaned my ducts and dryer vents which were pretty dirty because I had not cleaned them since the house was built 6 years ago. Alex inspected the rest of the HVAC system, took photos and videos of what he found and recommended some additional cleaning/disinfection. Alex did a great job of explaining the work as it progressed and took additional photos when the work was complete. I’m a very satisfied customer and plan on continuing to use Supreme Air services.

Very, very satisfied and happy.I am a combat, disabled veteran and unfortunately, I have a severe lung disease. I needed a company that was professional reliable, and had good feedback from their customers.Supreme IS THAT COMPANYEli and George, arrived on time and clean and professional. Ali and Leo were so professional! I thought there was a problem with my dryer, but really it was that the vent was clogged. They showed me that there wasn’t air flow before they worked on it and the air flow after. It was kind of shocking! Now my clothes dry so much faster and I don’t have to worry about a fire hazard. We have an older house and had vent cleaning on our radar for a long time but never got around to it until I found what looked like mold in our bathroom vent over Christmas. Supreme was able to come out on the weekend which was super helpful since I work from home and am in meetings all week and Ben was so helpful and detailed about what they were doing and why from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. We did, in fact, have mold (60’s house) and they got everything sanitized, cleaned, and a UV light installed within about 2 hours. I love that they’re small and locally owned and we weren’t dealing with a big shady company that was unapproachable. They’ll be coming back now yearly and I’m so relieved to have had this handled and so easily too. Thank you thank you!

Eli and Leo were very punctual and friendly! When they arrived Eli explained the work that was going to be done and was very helpful in understanding the entire process. We have been in the house for a little over 3 years and have never had our dryer vent cleaned, so it was much needed! Marcus ran the Large Vacuum Machine ,removed and cleaned all the vent covers. The vents are cleaner now than when they were installed by my builder 12 years ago.The air quality is 100% better.Neil and Marcus are very professional & care about the customers ! I heartily recommend Supreme Air Austin. Eli and his crew arrived on time and got right to it (dryer vent cleaning). He provided a video of the rooftop cleaning and was done in a jiffy. Good clean up afterward. Very reasonable. We’ll be calling them back for ductwork cleaning after some remodeling work next month.

Eli and the Staff were more than good, they were absolutely outstanding.They serviced our two-story chimney with cleaning, cleaned our clogged Dryer vents; and identified mold problems in our ducts. They remedied the problems with appropriate cleaning agents and installed within our HVAC system a state of the art UV Lighting to kill future mold before it can spread.They made our month! And the Supreme Air team happen to be genuine and others’ focused humans. The guys Johnathan and Leo were polite and professional. The work went well. I was surprised with the amount to clean the air box in the attic as it was one hour or less and cost over $480.00 without a mildew/mold inhibitor. I originally had them come to clean the air ducts and dryer vent for the coupon price of $69.00. I think I should have had mold inhibitor to last the life of the duct.
