We decided to have our dryer vent checked when large pieces of lint began to come out of the roof vent. Given that our home is 41 years old and we are the 3rd owner, I was fairly certain this cleaning service had never been performed. I researched several companies and felt Superior Dryer Vent would do the best job since I was sure we would need to bring our vent up to current code. We made our appointment on line and the communication about the appointment was frequent and professional. Our technician Virasay arrived on time and did a significantly thorough assessment of the current state of our through the roof vent. We were aghast at the amount of lint accumulation in 41 years of use. He provided us with a recommended service and products that we felt were in need of . He started work immediately and completed the cleaning and parts that we requested be updated in 2 hours. We are completely satisfied with the level of professional service and value we received. All the photos of the before and after were provided along with the invoice for our records. We highly recommend this company to others in need of these services.

I am really happy with the service I received from Superior Dryer Vent Cleaning. Due to the location of my dryer, the vent is very long, and makes more than one turn before it vents outside the house. Therefore, there was quite a bit of lint residue after 7 1/2 years. James was prompt, professional, polite, and very thorough. I recommended him to my neighbors, and all have been very satisfied with the service, and the results. I normally dont write reviews but we were so impressed with the quality of service from start to finish with Dallas Dryer Vent Cleaning. They were able to come out the same day I called, which was great because we couldnt use our dryer until we had the vent cleaned because the repairman told us not to. The guy who came out to our house was friendly and did a great job, which is such a refreshing change from the usual awkward experience of having a repair company come to our house. I cant recommend them enough!

The technician was very thorough in his assessment and reviewed all of the pictures with me, along with his recommendations prior to performing any work. We had significant blockage of our vent which he took care of on the spot in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with the results and now, not only does our recently purchased dryer actually work as it should, we have removed a significant fire hazard from our house. Night and day - would highly recommend this to others.

My dryer was taking up to 3 hours to dry a load of laundry and the repairman said that my vent needed to be cleaned so I searched google and found superior dryer vent. I called and spoke with James who was very helpful and straight forward about the process and most importantly the pricing. Fortunately, they were able to come out the same day and by dinner time my dryer was working like new. Very happy :)

We hated our dryer. It didnt live up to its reputation. Our vent was clogged, and we had worsened the situation by installing chicken wire (to keep birds from nesting) at the outside exhaust. Water condensation was actually accumulating in the dryer hose. Your technician was prompt, professional, and thorough. The quality of your services makes my LG dryer shine..Your services are well worth every penny we paid!

I had been without a working washer and dryer for almost 2 months. We got new units, and the dryer has all these new features including air flow sensor. Apparently, the dryer vent was clogged and the dryer would stop running cycles to prevent any further issues. I called Superior Dryer Vent Cleaning at 11:15a.m. and talked with James. I explained that I really needed him to come out asap! He said he could be there in 2 hrs.! I was already amazed!! He came out on time and we thought it was going to be about 3-4 gallons of lint. It turned out to be an amazing 12 GALLONS!!!! It was a fire waiting to happen. Not only was the service amazing, but he really knows his business and I would recommend Superior Dryer Vent Cleaning TO ANYONE, ANYTIME!!!! AMAZING WORK!! THANK YOU!!

My wife got their number from a friend at church who had nothing but good things to say about their service so we thought wed give them a try. Simply put, I was impressed with how direct their communication was with pricing and appointment setting and the tech who came to my house was friendly and didnt have tattoos or appear dirty. Our dryer does take less time to dry now and I feel I got what I paid for.

The company that fixed our dryer, E&M Home Service gave me their number because my dryer had blown its heating element due to the duct being dirty. I did my due diligence and checked out other companies for price comparison and these guys were actually the most affordable so I gave them a call. They were thorough and professional, definitely the right choice.

I got the number for Collin County dryer vent cleaning from a friend of mine because my dryer was taking way too long to dry. She told me she had hers cleaned by them and highly recommended them. I called and was shocked to find out they could come out the same day. It only took about an hour (which was awesome) and my dryer works like new again! A+++

The service tech did a really good job with what he was faced. He pointed out other issues that he thought needed to be addressed (and they do) and told me the fees. I declined as I can do the work myself and I also know that they point those issues out as a means of up selling. I was told they would charge $169-229 to clean out my type of vent and that I would receive 10% off if I made the appointment online which I did. He bid the cleaning portion of the job at $189 prior to the discount so that portion came out to be about $171. I am happy that he was able to clean out a 40 year old plastic vent tube that is in the wall without ripping it. It goes up the wall and through the attic to vent through the roof. It was so old and brittle at the top that it wasnt even attached to the roof vent anymore and he couldnt get it attached. He had to add about 3 feet of pipe for which he charged me but he didnt charge any labor. All in all I would recommend them. Hopefully you can see the before and after photos.

Excellent experience! Louie was outstanding, diagnosed the problem quickly, cleaned up the vent, replaced the exhaust valve, took his air flow measurements to ensure the problem was fixed and quickly wrapped up and left. This after I had a really bad experience with another company, who charged me three times their original estimate and didnt even fix the problem. Please use Superior and ask for Louie.

Heard about this from my sister and though I would give it a try because I was experiencing a few issues with my dryer.1. I would check the dryer periodically and the clothes would be quite hot but not dry.2. I had started to notice there was lint accumulating on the clothes while drying.3. It was taking an average of 45 additional minutes of drying time per load.After the cleaning appointment all 3 of these issue all but ended! I shudder to think of the wasted electricity dollars I spent over the last year or so, but Im a believer now!

I really wasnt sure what to expect having never done it before. I was blown away at the amount of lint he removed from my vent. He even trimmed the hose in between the dryer and the wall because it was way too long and didnt charge anything for it.

I did some price checking and found a couple services a little cheaper but ultimately went with them based on the number of positive customer reviews.
